My visit to Denny’s was honestly better than I expected, and a big reason for that was the combination of great food and even better service. Everything I ordered came out hot, flavorful, and cooked just right—classic diner comfort done perfectly. But the true standout of my meal was my server, Kaitlyn. She was friendly from the moment I sat down, checked in without hovering, and made sure I had everything I needed. Her energy made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Good food is important, but great service makes all the difference, and Kaitlyn definitely delivered both warmth and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back!

Nothing beats Denny’s late at night, especially when you have a server like Kaitlyn. We came in pretty late (and pretty hungry), and she was an absolute rockstar. She was high-energy, super patient while we decided what to order, and got our food out fast and hot. She kept the vibes good and treated us like regulars even though it was our first time meeting her. Kaitlyn is the MVP of the night shift!

It's a great breakfast restaurant, and the waitresses are very attentive. It's almost always full, but there are enough tables. If you bring children, they give them coloring pages to keep them entertained.

Absolutely fell in love with this location because of our awesome server Luis!! His service was amazing from the moment we sat down till we walked out the door. His energy was so great and he was so attentive to our needs and without making us feel rushed. Food was great and got it fast. Highly recommend asking to be seated in Luis section to experience his amazing service which is hard to find nowadays.

I had a great experience at this restaurant from start to finish. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The atmosphere was clean and inviting which made it a relaxing place to enjoy a meal. Everything was full of flavor, well-prepared, and arrived at the table fresh and hot. The portions were generous for the price, and there were a lot of different options on the menu to choose from. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great service and delicious food in a welcoming environment.I look forward to coming back again soon!

Vivian was the best server I have ever had! She even gave my son some free Halloween swag. Definitely will be coming back to see her. Ask for Vivian when you come in and she will give you the best service👍🏻

Waited for 40 minutes for a table just for them to seat a family that came in after us. When i informed the host we had yet to be seated she said oh well you’ll have to wait because I’m already seating them.

This is the worst Denny's I've ever been to. First off, they got my order wrong. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries, but the server brought me a Super Slam. Not even close. Secondly, my mom's food was cold. The hashbrowns weren't even fully cooked! We sent them back, and the ones we got this time were burned. Thirdly, I had to wait for a long time to get my food. My mom was already done by the time they brought my food. Avoid this location at all costs.

Walked in and was seated waited ten minutes and watched three groups people walk in after me and the waiter got their drinks and took their orders before even coming to ask wat we wanted to drink so we politely walked out with our money to get our brunch somewhere else never be ok with spending your money in places like that I work a bit too hard to receive that type of service and then they’ll still expect a tip

Not sure what happened to this Dennys location. Worse experience in the @10yrs living in Baytown and eating at this exact location. Customer service was not even bad but more of a disrespectful service if that makes sense. If you don’t like your job, easily find another and allow someone else take have that position. One who will treat their Paying Customers better. Food was awful as the picture shows( literally had to spit out something awful). Paid because I’m not one to ask for a hand out. Yet the manager offered to take off @$2-3, but says he will cover the entire bill our next visit. 🧐 The thought of us returning here… hahaha NOT. I’ll take my money to Black Bear
