Hostess was extremely nice and took care of the orders and games very well. We were very satisfied and glad that our now 5 year old had a fun McDonald's Birthday Party!

I love my cheese burger I order from mcdees. My order is always hot and fresh. And my nieces and nephews love the fries and have so much fun playing in the play area

I am a frequent at this drive thru and it’s always an absolute pleasure when Stanley is at the window! He is so professional, quick, accurate, and all around a joy to do business with. Management needs to realize that they have an amazing employee with A++ customer service, and that doesn’t come very often. I look forward to my visits if Stanley is working the window service!

Usually fries aren't the best here even when you ask for them fresh! Today, however I got my son a kid's meal and everything was perfect! Nuggets and fries were fresh! The best, he loved it!

Used the drive-thru. Went quicker than usual and it was at supper time. Absolutely No mistakes in food . We got exactly what we asked for, including changing the condiments on a couple of them. Fast Friendly Courteous!

The McDonalds was super busy due to the adult Grinch Meals. We received our food late and the manager Bridgette recognized the delay. She promptly ensured we were satisfied with our food and checked up on us again. She is a model manager and her team was phenomenal under the pressure of busy times. Just went in for fries to go. THERE WAS NO ONE IN LINE YET1 WE HAD TO WAIT FOR SOME ONE TO NOTICE WE HAD NOT BEEN .HELped it was only a few minutes for thefries to fininshed order of fresh fries and that was.prompt service.

When I went in there was a gentleman who was working, and he would yell out the numbers like an auction. Very funny and kept the bordem away while we were waiting.

It's a pretty nice place, the food is good and the drinks as well. I gave it 4 stars because It's my first time there, but I'm sure I'll be back and I'll for sure give it a more better review. :)

The French fries were a nice golden brown and crispy. I also purchased the howestyle burger when ordering if you're not into a lot of mustard . Let them know light . Great job mcd staff. Look forward to next visit.

Line was long to place order but did not take much time at all to recieve it and be on my way. It should be noted that that don't pay much attention to the construction of the burgers as they are always smushed or all the ingredients are in the middle of the burger. They do have the best fountain drinks in my opinion.

Always check your order! Its happened multiple times that my order is always missing stuff. But other than that, everything is good.

We went to the drive thru due the lobby being closed. I ordered the homestyle burger with cheese and the didn't add the cheese. They were out of drink carriers which made it difficult to carry all of the drinks for my family.

This McDonalds still has issues with prompt and friendly service. The servers aren't unfriendly but a smile is something seldom seen when ordering. The lines tend to move slowly and the cashiers don't seem to be familiar with the menu. Getting your food is likewise slow, often taking as much as ten minutes. The drink station is usually a mess as are the ketchup dispensers. The front of the store is usually clean and so is the mens room. The food is typical McDonald's, dried out and cold burgers served on stale buns. The chicken nuggets are usually good as are the fries. This store is less than impressive even for a McDonald's. It needs better management and employees who at least know how to pretend that they like their jobs.

Amist this pandemic they make us use a touch screen across from a hospital and its over priced foods. There were no screen wipe disinfectants or hand sanitizers to use as precaution.Instead they make you take a number to your table then proceed to call out a different number that automatically printed on the receipt and you go pick up at the counter. Whats going on? Why do I keep asking my phone questions?

My wife and I have used the drive thru about 5 times and the order was incomplete twice. I looked at the other reviews were the same or worse. Would not recommend this location!!!

It's been 2 yrs since I had a 1/4 pounder after lunch 1:45, ordered 2 1/4 pounders. Meat was semi-warm with no taste, bun seemed stale & price for one burger same as a Churchs chicken 4 piece with 1 side meal.

Standard McDonalds, nothing special. Fast food. Quick service, drive thru kind of slow. If you need condiments, you must ask as always. Food is what you expect. Careful if you need a low salt item to eat. They are heavy with the salt.

Staff works hard, including management. These guys deserve a pat on the back and the recent remodel looks nice. Food is pretty good. Have had orders mixed up a couple times in the last two years, staff is really good about fixing it with little stress. My biggest complaint was an order the other day; I got 6 spicy chicken sandwiches, totaling $7.50. I asked for tomatoes on them... Tomatoes alone cost $7.80. That is nonsense and cashier was apologetic but didn't do anything about it. Other than that these are good people and we like it here.

Never have had a positive experience here, everyone needs to be coached and taught proper soft skills. The atmosphere is just not great, maybe more team building or better mangers might help. Food is great though!

The food is ok, they can use a little help on teaching the till workers what comes in their own burgers, I asked one the workers here about one of the burgers and he didn't really know how the burger was made, he could've asked the person in charge about it but he chose not to, the place was not busy at all so he was in no hurry. Apart from that like I said the food was not bad at all.

It's decent, they definitely can't handle a rush, why is it an issue when u try to use ur McDonald's app? Asking for ketchup, is a battle! Some of the employees act like ur asking them for their first born! But other than that, it's the only McDonald's in town

There seems to always be an issue going through the drive through. Missing items, cold fries and the wait for cookies is insane. The inside has changed so much it's like they dont want inside customers. We have really gotten away from good old customer service. A friendly smile has gone out the window. Tonight's mistake brought me inside to have my order remade again. So much for fast and convenient.

Constantly not getting drinks in happy meals forgetting frys with my orders and not takeing my full order. I have a house of 6 ppl and it sucks to get homr and 2 dont have drinks 1 dont have frys 1 person doesn't even have food hecause they didnt even charge me for it. Get you act togather already

Usually this McDonald's is fair but lately they've been messing up our orders. Both sandwiches were not made right tonight. They were really busy so maybe that was the reason but the quality here is not as good as other McDonald's we go to.

They have 2 windows for a reason, right? First one to take payment and 2nd to pick up food? Well the wait in drive thru took forever, I guess fast food should change to drive thru food. Taking payment and placing orders at the 2nd window while trying to organize food orders to hand out just doesn't work. Let's get it together.

Ordered in the app, but had to pick up at the window, the lady at the window was SUPER rude. My card was charged the full amount. Yet she said it only partially went through and I owed $2. (Plenty in account to cover the whole $40 charge so no reason for that) ice I handed her a $5 she then turned around and handed me back $7 saying she’d had to refund me for my frappe since they were cleaning the machines… at 9pm… the food wasn’t ready after 10 min of sitting in line and then being asked to pull forward, and I’m still sitting here now waiting. The employees are all super rude, now my order is missing all three large fries and the nuggets are cold too. Go to sonic or anywhere that isn’t here.

This location gave me two bacon egg and cheese muffins instead of the bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal, I paid for. Everyone knows we go to McDonald's for the hash browns and fries and I got neither. The staff was nice though, but my experience was disappointing.

The food was not that great and they took 45 mins before I got my food. They were too busy dealing with the drive thru orders. My kids and I were the only ones who ordered to stay in. Would not go back here again. Also there was mustard on my cheeseburger when I did not ask for that. Yuck.

This the worst McDonald’s I have been to in all of Taxes. Got to the drive through and I was not giving the welcome of the day or ask if they can take my order, after I greeted and told him that he’s supposed to say “welcome to McDonald’s can I take your order “ he replied back with “do you want anything. Went to get kids some breakfast and the drive thru attendant was rude and rushed me for my order. They were lucky that I was in a hurry and couldn't go somewhere else at the time.

Messed up my order, I repeated it 3 times at the first window. Paid, drive to the second window, got the wrong size drink. Ben at that window then informed me I would have to take that size drink instead of the size I ordered. These people need some training.

Spent 30.00 in there , just to get stale fries and stale nuggets food was cold af and taste like it was sitting there and McDonald's food taste horrible when it's cold, so I called to complain and the manager in charge was rude and did not care about my issue. Very poor Customer service, they need to train their employees a little better, I wouldn't even serve this to my dog.

I used to go here a lot but they've changed management. I was here tonight 20mins before 11 trying to get a drink. They made me wait until 11:00pm and then told me they couldn't help me because they "close at 12". It was 11pm and their sign says they close at 12 as well as their Google page says they close at 12:00am. I'm very disappointed and will not be earing here again.

I just went to the drive through, ordered 2 Big Mac meals and spicy chicken nuggets and water . I asked for no onions and extra pickles on one burger and they gave me no Mac sauce instead. My friend got cold, hard nuggets and then I drank a sip of my water it was carbonated. Just a horrible experience today.

Definitely not coming back after today. Ordered a cup of ice aside from my drink(I love extra Ice) opened the cup and the ice had roaches frozen into the cubes. Wish I had snapped a picture but I was so grossed out. Gave our entire order back and asked for refund.

I ordered 2 senior coffee's and a small hot mocha, I got to the window and got my order it was 2 coffees, and what looked like a coffee with creamer. I told them it wasn't right, and the lady that made it told the other lady, " I'm not going to fix it, it's what they ordered" turns out they handed me the wrong cup. McDonald's, try training your staff on mannerisms and that the customer is always right.

Missing part of my order, it was delivered so I was unable to check my order prior to leaving. Ordered the HOT & SPICY BOF chicken pack, didn't receive the 20pc nuggets. Tried calling the store, and all I got was the ol dial up noise.

All food cold. Put items on burger that were asked to be left off. Box even labeled with correct tag food made wrong. Chicken nuggets were rubber. Fries ice cold, undercooked, and floppy. Ordered through door dash. No sauce in order. McDonald’s Beeville is TRASH. On top of all that you cannot get through on their phone as if they know they are serving garbage and don’t care. Whoever owns/operates this location should be ASHAMED of themselves. I cannot say enough how horrific this experience was. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

The drive through wait is insane and the staff are uncooperative. If you're hoping for a specific thing off the menu, stop hoping. They will "not have": root beer, pies, anything frozen, or anything they don't feel like grabbing. If you decide to proceed with ordering your pitiful and dissatisfactory meal, you'll be pleased to find that the fries, at least, are consistently cold, and food poisoning will always be waiting for you on the other side. I only ordered a large frozen coke. they gave me a small frozen dr pepper and it didnt even taste like dr pepper. they cant even get 1 drink order right. wish i could give 0 stars. thats $2.37 ill never get back

Staff works hard and fast to ensure you get what you ordered. If a mistake happens, they correct it. Friendly and restaurant is clean!

My 4 year old can slap a burger together a whole lot better than here. The condiments are to be placed on the food not the box. Messy & unorganized! Ask for fresh fries, they still give you the old stale fries. Always old tasting food. Better management is definitely needed.

I placed an order on line with ample of time for the order to be prepared correctly.... I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder meal and plain hamburger with cheese.... I received no bacon on quarter pounder and no cheese on burgers.... I tried multi times calling the location and phone is busy. My ticket number is 1962 if this helps.... Very disappointed...

Moved from Beeville, 7 years later and nothing has changed... still messing up orders and not adding all items ordered in the bag... What is REALLY going on??? I put my "basket of fries" into a large fry container and it didn't even fill it up. So not only did I not receive my complete order... but the portions weren't even accurate. This is "So beeville"

I ordered 3 decaf coffees with the mobile app at 11 am, I went to the drive thru have them my order number and that tell me it's invalid. I tell them my name and the order and nothing still. I was asked to refresh my app and still didn't work. I had to inside to the counter again was told my order didn't exist so I asked for a refund, showed them the email as proof of purchase and then a manager told me again they don't have an order for me. Finally someone found the ticket but the manager gave me attitude anyways telling me that they had to brew a fresh pot. The level of incompetence went up the chain of command and it took over 10 minutes for 3 coffees, I don't mind the wait, I mind the attitude and being told that somehow I made a mistake.

So I didn't mind it the first time it happened to me, but when it was the second I was kinda like wow, I hope they pay attention to their drive thru waiter. This time for the third possible time we get the same lady. I haven't seen who she is fully but she has a slight accent in her voice. I know she is just glued to the order screen in the front next to the ice cream machine and the frappe machine. BUT every time we order and she takes it, something is wrong with our order. Even while taking our order she says something completely different. For example (we ordered a fanta orange and she said Powerade blue ?!??) Plus she has not been taught hospitality since she is rude and very hurry up and order so I can just finish this, type of feel when ordering.

McDonald's I came in and I ordered two home styles I received dayo fries my burger was just slapped together it fell apart it actually broke apart my fries just awful. I had such an horrible experience this morning. I was in drive placing an order when the cashier asked anything else. I did not respond right away because I was trying to decide what I wanted. Realizing what I did I stated wait I am not done. When the order was on the screen was submitted. I stated again I was not and asked again to display the order again. During this time employees switched not Realizing the mics wer not on and overheard them telling each other her order is not done. Also During this time when I asked if my order can be displayed again they said they couldn't, yet it was put back on. Someone mentioned that one of the employees did not have a headset. When I arrived to the window, all 3 employees had a headset on. Now I arrive to the window when the young dark complected girl opens, the window is rude and stated a only my drinks, to be sure it was correct, I repeated my order. She rolled her eyes and I asked for the manager. During this time I see this girl and another ligt complected girl giggling, rolling eyes and making movements in my direction. The manager arrived and she wasn't any better. I can say hands down the morning shift is always the best time. Maybe this isn't a position for them.

I don't usually like to complain or leave bad reviews but this is the worst McDonald's my husband and I have ever been to. Our burgers were cold and seemed like they had been sitting for hours, they had weird smells and they were so dry that the pickles were even dried out! The fries were not fresh, same with the nuggets. The employees seemed to not care about anything and since when are pajama pants part of the McDonald's uniform? We are just passing through being hours away from home and we just wanted a warm meal after a long work day. It's just highly disappointing. We will definitely be sure to never come back to this location again.

Today i went the drive thru and it was almost 7 pm, i ordered 3 double cheeseburger bundles and a mc chicken. The burgers were cold and cheese wouldn’t melt! The chicken is hard, old, and cold! Disgusting! The fries were hot (which was crazy considering everything else was horrible)!!!! The drive thru was not busy enough to have such poor food quality! How can you allow your food to leave the store like this?!
