This restaurant has been a regular for us when we go to the med center. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. The floors in the dining room with trash and food scraps. I had to search for a clean table to sit at. Service was slower than normal and employees were less than friendly. Food was good enough, but I question overall hygiene when a restaurant isn't clean. I will not likely return

Love their food.been to this location many times. Today floor and tables dirty. Cashier was nice. Prompt courteous.food a bit slow as they were not busy. Doubtful if we will return. Sadly , need to clean up

Ordered a drinks on line. Arrived. No drinks ready. What's the point of ordering ahead come to store and get it yourself. Customer service says we don't get the drinks, we give you the cups. It's self service.

I love Panera bread. I normally go to the location on grey street but I was closer to this location today. Paid $20 for 2 bowls of soup (Cheddar Broccoli & Chicken Noodle) and a bread bowl on the side. My Chicken noodle soup bowl was Full of nothing but broth, a few veggies, 2 squares of chicken & NO SOUP NOODES and my Cheddar Broccoli soup was so watery & loose.. No thickness or consistency. Very disappointing seeing that I’m a rewards member and I eat at Panera A LOT, what is so hard about getting soup right? I really would like my $20 back. Disappointing and frustrating!

The customer service was really the worst, the lady at the counter was judgy and wasn't really interested on taking our order. It was really rude , could be one of the best chains but best if they could provide some good customer service as well.

I arrived on a chilly December morning from a 12hr night shift. Upon entering, I noticed the door was still closed despite the sign indicating it was open. Inside, I saw several staff members, but none of them acknowledged my presence at the door. After waiting for a while and making several attempts to open the door, I reluctantly returned to my car and called the establishment. The person who answered the phone was nonchalant and informed me that the store was open but unable to sell items at that moment because they lacked a manager on-site. This explanation didn’t make much sense to me, so I hung up and called back. The second person who answered the phone repeated the same information but suggested that I could place an online order and pick it up when it was ready. I informed her that the door was locked, and she promptly came and opened it. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating. Four staff members were stationed at the counter, constantly observing me as I stood outside in the cold, attempting to enter the store. None of them bothered to approach the door and engage in conversation with me.

I wish can give Zero Star to this location, only because horrible and rude employees here and their way of talking to customers. I just signed up for the Unlimited Sip Club. The app prompted me to get my first drink, so I ordered a chocolate hot drink at random. I went to the Panera location at 3151 W Holcombe Blvd, Suite A, Houston, TX 77025, but at the counter, your employee told me the drink was not available. Her behavior was rude and offensive. I am new to Panera and joined specifically for this Unlimited Sip deal, so I was trying to understand the process. Unfortunately, the employee’s attitude made the experience very unpleasant. I ended up ordering another drink and left in a bad mood, regretting my decision to pay for this unlimited sip club.

This is the worst, grossest Panera I've ever been to. I cannot believe it's still open. Floors are super dirty and ceilings have enough caked dirt you worry it will fall in your food. Quality of the food was worse than a standard Panera: gloppy soup, soft baguette. To top it off, the manager was super rude to the cashier, who was trying his best to make everything go smoothly. Clearly no one cares about this location, for your own sake I recommend choosing a different one.

Witness the worst employee- customer interaction tonight. After I placed my order I was standing by the register waiting for my food. An employee had her head down away from the register and someone else was trying to order. Without looking up she said I'm ready whenever you are to the new person. From there the woman was standing at a register but the employee was not .The employee then said ma'am I can't hear you. And argued with the customer about which register to stand at because she was doing "videos" The manager got involved and didn't apologize or anything and the customer left without ordering. As I witnessed the entire interaction I informed the manager about the events and the employee goes I'm talking to him. I replied well I'm talking to your manager and informing him you were extremely rude. Tonight you've lost 2 customers.

Good afternoon, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during this night visit. The cashier who assisted me was rude and unprofessional, as she did not understand my order (part of it to go and part to eat at the restaurant). Instead of clarifying the situation politely, she made me feel uncomfortable. I even had to take my salad back so it could be properly served in a bowl. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve customer service, since the quality of the food deserves to be accompanied by friendly.

I love Panera Bread but the greeting I got was horrible. Yes I understand it’s a holiday but you choose to come to work. I work in to order and I’m confused it looks closed. I asked what time do you close??? At but we want to get out of here… your store closes at 9pm it’s 8:22pm of okay… yea well if grill cheese is all you want I can make that, but that’s not all I want… well we’re close.

This store has really gone downhill. I placed an order in the app for scones and though my order said it was ready, upon arrival they told me it would be another 20minutes since they had just put them in the oven. I asked why the order status was ready if it wasn’t truly ready and was told that they had to “clear the screen” which to me defeats the purpose. Light bulbs are blinking and need to be replaced and tables were not clean.

They put multiple orders for different people on the same plate, forgot some of our food, and didn’t slice my apple as I had requested. When I asked for my apple to be sliced, they did it and handed it back to me even though it was clearly old and had gone bad. Restaurant was dirty and staff clearly couldn’t have cared less about anything. Waste of $26 for two people to eat mediocre food in a dirty facility.
