This store gives me mixed feelings. The young ladies working back there are always sweet and have a great attitude even when it’s super busy or slow. Food so far has always been fresh if you’re willing to wait sometimes. The part that puzzles me are the managers back there, they always have an attitude and are just not friendly. Good thing the other employees don’t copy them with their disposition because it’s just bad! Goes to show not everyone should be a manager.

It was the first time we went there for lunch. King Pao chicken was good , but we didn’t like orange chicken as it was so sweet. We also ordered veg spring roll but it was too bland and even my kid couldn’t eat.

Every single time I go here they are out of egg rolls, I mean every single time. They might as well take them off the menu, it’s very annoying.

Didn’t need inside so can’t speak for the atmosphere but ordered some food to the drive-through gentleman told me to pull around and waited for 20 minutes. Nobody came out.

All was good except I received only half box of shrimp. That was definitely on purpose to give customers half box for more profit. Didn’t customers have to pay extra for ordering shrimp? Then why do I deserve only half box of it?????

Door dash to the Hyatt (connected to airport) after getting delayed. The teriyaki chicken was grayish and had an odor, just a waste of money.

Out of White Rice at 12:21pm on a Wednesday. Completely ridiculous and not uncommon for this location to be out of stuff. Kitchen completely mismanaged

I asked to the manager Thai , about white rice 🍚 because I’m don’t like the Oder rice , she be so rude , and told we don’t have , but I’m asked, who long time to make . I’m waiting , she told me whit a rude answer, minimum one hour, but after 10 minutes the order employee serve the white rice , and I asked to her , why she lied me ? She told me the y make know, but it’s only past 10 minutes, so in my opinion, if management give this attitude to customers, Nobody can help if the customer needs assistance, I’m was there 2 times a week, and I don’t like make complaints, but this time I’m feeling disrespectful. I’m never come back 🙏

I am going to this store for past 2 years always very well done food and right proportion. But today took take out order for a plate literally there were 4 small pieces of chicken and uncooked chow mein

I ordered online through the app. 30 minutes later I arrived, but the order was not recognized. So, I ordered off of the menu through the drive thru. I paid for my menu order. Then I also got charged for the online order. I paid twice. I called the next day and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. The worst service I’ve ever seen. I will not buy from Panda Express again in my life. Terrible

There are a lot of good local options in this area, but I generally like Panda and was craving it… welp… I basically got a side of each of the 2 meats, then an entree of lo mein. Also, ordered it online, but it still took longer to get my food (after waiting about 15 min to pick it up) than the people in line. Even had to go back and ask for the sauces I asked for on my mobile order. Stick to the local restaurants around here.

Very slow service. There's usually a line a 7-10 min wait in the drive-thru. I love the super greens as the healthy alternative. The issue is they don't cut the broccoli stems, I've gotten some that were 2 inches long and very thick. Those plastic forks can't stick a tree limb. Needs better prep. In an effort to do the absolute least in customer service, napkins appear to not be available unless requested.

I ordered Plate with orange and Kung Pao chicken and they gave two portions orange chicken and no kung pao chicken. Half of orange chicken is cold and half is warm. I did left a complaint with Panda Express customer service but looks like their CC department is a joke. Huge disappointment with their food and service.
