Just ordered a blizzard and slushes. Tried to go through drive thru, sat for two minutes with no acknowledgement. Drove to window actively ignored for two minutes. Went inside and waited at register. Two minutes till someone asked us what we wanted. Did not have any slushees. Save yourself sometime and go to McDonald's for some soft serve

If this business doesn’t get it together fast the will CLOSE very soon , pulled up here NOBODY was prepared to work took 20 mins for two drinks manager didn’t answer her headset and other worker told me to just cancel the order . I feel so bad for the owners .

The overgrown little girl working the window yesterday, July 5, 2024 at around 2:00 PM central time was incredibly rude and argumentative. She messed up my husband’s order. When he said it was wrong, she argued with him in the window. That alone is a customer service no-no. They were supposed to remake it because he didn’t want chocolate and chocolate was deeply mixed in. They essentially scraped off the top and handed it back thinking we wouldn’t notice. So when we went back, and this time to go inside, she got into her feelings about it and was even MORE rude. My husband just wanted to make sure that they did it right because clearly you need to stand over these people’s shoulder if you want your correct order. This is very important because if he were say allergic to chocolate, things would have been much worse. Skip this establishment and go somewhere else where the employees are at least baseline professional and competent.

Ordered the same exact thing on may 19th and may 20th, a large peanut butter shake. The price after tax is supposed to be 5.49. But when I ordered one on the 20th they rang it up in a weird way that charged me more money. I've attached pics to show what I mean. Both times I said "Large Peanut butter shake". Be careful, some of these fast food workers will try to screw you over, either purposely or due to incompetence.

If I could give no stars I would. Incredibly slow service and rude staff bickering among themselves.

I was trying to order a turtle pecan cluster and find least in expensive burger on the menu I originally asked about a Backyard triple burger by itself she said it was 7 something then the person with me wanted to order something so she said didnt hear what I ordered first which I dont know how cause I said it loud she answered with a attitude being all smart so I repeated everything then I just left off getting a burger since the person in the car wanna rush me and she wanted to rush me as well she all like is that it all smart mouth then I got to the window she still being rude at the window Ill just be going to another location cause the whole exchange made me upset I gotta be rushed then u saying u cant hear me I gotta constantly repeat and I know I said it loud ....

I ordered 5 strawberry cheesecake blizzards and got 5 milkshakes. They only did the upside down test on one and then handed me 4 melted blizzards that made a terrible mess in my car because they all leaked through the cup holder.

Ordered a mobile order, dilly bar was smashed and melted when handed to me to the point the cashier even made a comment. Cookie dough blizzard had 1 piece of cookie dough in it. Worthless excuse for a Dairy Queen.

Little girl at the window had an attitude. Ordered a combo. Took my order without fries. Charged extra for cheese when the combo I ordered was a chili cheese hot dog. Did not provide a spoon for my sundae. Horrible experience. Needs to be total revamped for customer service.

Come 4 times in the last 6 months, and every time the service is horrible, the staff is short with me, I end up waiting a very long time and the order is wrong

Drive through took 35 mins to get 4 cars through. For ice cream. Last time took 23 mins with 3 cars. This place used to be pretty solid but don’t waste your time anymore. Also you can’t get out of the drive thru once you get in so def go to sonic or somewhere else.

Clearly the people working there can't read the completely gave me the wrong order maybe they need to stick to sweeping floors or something not making blizzards cause they are not smart enough for that

OMG..... I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT THIS SANDWICH LOOKS LIKE AND IT'S DRY WITH NOTHING ON IT WHERE IS THE LETTUCE,MAYO, KETCHUP, MUSTARD I MEAN REALLY..... AND I TOLD THE YOUNG LADY IN THE RED SHIRT IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE EATEN DAIRY QUEEN, SO I HOPE IT'S GOOD AND SHE SMILED AND WAS SO NICE AND PLEASANT, BUT OHHHH NO I'M SO UPSET BECAUSE IT'S MY DINNER FOR THE NIGHT, I WORK 12HRS TODAY SO I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE COOKING,,,,, I'M SO UNHAPPY....
