Fries were definitely fresh, because I had to wait 10 minutes to get it (from the drive through). I saw people walking in and out with their food so my guess is that they forgot about me once I had to park on the side. So heads up, if you park on the side from the drive through, you most likely will be forgotten. Service was friendly enough and she apologized but no one should have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes just for fries.

The bathroom was filthy--out of seat covers, TP rolls exposed, sink dirty, i didn't want to touch anything. Food was ok... I like my fries crispy -- they weren't, but I expect that from McDonalds. Wanted to substitute a 3rd drink-we didn't need - for fry of same value and between 3 different people and Spanish were told "it won't let us do that". No longer can we think for ourselves but must obey the machine.

This place is absolutely disgusting, the staff was incredibly rude. Also if your a mcdonald’s and decide your one of the locations that charges extra for a single buffalo sauce, i’m never eating at your establishment again. I’ll go to chick fil a where they give you as a many as you want becuase you know, you are the customer. I hope this place gets condemned

Snake faces and free disrespect with smiles. Never have and never will trust anyone who works at this location. I have worked for McDonalds several times in my life and conduct here behind the counter I would have been terminated for. Targeting customers using the business. The location just needs to be closed down and a family business brought in that cares about its customers instead of using the business to disrespect local residents . Up the road a small distance is Nessy Burger and it’s like a breath of fresh air compared to the energy this staff carries. Highly recommend Nessy Burger over McDonald’s for years. The staff play a solid poker face and make sure to serve cold food and cold shoulders with every order.

Men’s restroom is disgusting, there’s pee everywhere on the floor and the toilet obviously hasnt been cleaned in a while. Also theres no soap.

Stopped here at 11:30pm and I was told they were closed even though sign on door said dine in closed at 12 I will not be stopping here again!

The cashiers do not know how to count American money. I had to teach the man in the Drive-Thru three times what a quarter and a dime was and he still didn't get it because I paid with a dollar bill and some change. He thought every single quarter nickel and dime was worth a penny each and kept asking me to show him again. At first I felt sorry for him but after the third time I was just frustrated. I've gone in a couple times before that and after and just paid with the app or a debit card and it was fine but the ladies were extremely rude and they have no problem serving cold fries. Like, how do they even get cold? They're under a heating lamp... I don't think I've ever straight up bought cold fries before. Freaking weird.

Quality control is horrible. Burnt happy meal burger, the buns were black. The apple slices were partially opened and covered in sticky gunk. I understand its easy to overlook things during assembly, but someone should've notices how disgusting the bag was, it was covered in gunk. Always closed either randomly or earlier without notice or a sign at least. Ladies are always professional and nice, but the gentlemen tend to be more rude at night. Sadly the closest Mcdonalds to us so we have no choice most times. My only review in the 10 years Ive been going here.

Ordered through the mobile app for pickup. Waited a little over 10 minutes, which was odd because they weren’t busy. I went to the counter to see if they forgot to make it and it turns out they did, no problem mistakes happen. I asked for a refund because I had to leave. They told me “they don’t do refunds if it’s a mobile order.” That I needed to call the 1800 number for refunds. I knew this was complete nonsense but instead of having a back and forth I left. I did end up calling McDonalds Regional office and they confirmed this was false. So if they tell you they don’t do refunds, they are misinformed. I will end up having to do a charge back.

When I was a teenager, minimum wage was $5.50 an hour, and my first job was at the NY Public library putting away books, cleaning the library, etc. I worked hard for pennies on the dollar. Here? They want $20 an hour to get your order consistently wrong, providing no sauces, ketchup, straws, or napkins, then expect you to be happy about the lifeless meal. I remember when McDonald's used to be made with real ingredients. This dry crispy chicken sandwich feels like I'm eating a flip flop sandal with salt sprinkled all over it.
