The last month or two, they really stepped up their game. I eat here literally 3.5 days out of an entire week and I can tell they maybe have a new manager or something new because before the food was alright, ya know...good but now! The lettuce is sooo good. They recently changed the burger paper to parchment paper (cookie sheet paper) and it keeps the flavor in and the good moisture. I never write reviews especially for food but they are really stepping up the game. I don’t get sick off their food anymore :)

We like Carls Junior. But we especially like this Carl’s Jr. I have to say that the team members that work there are always kind. There’s a woman manager named Ana and a male manager that I’ve met that are both really great. I’ve also met a couple different people at the drive-through and every one of them talks to me about my day or tells me something new that’s on the menu. We usually use the drive-through and there are always so fast. An update as we recently messed up our order and we were so thankful we ran into Ana because she helped us get it fixed and she always says hi to my son Mark. Just an outstanding person.

We like Carls Junior. But we especially like this Carl’s Jr. I have to say that the team members that work there are always kind. Walked in for a to go order. They were fairly quick and nice. If you park in the main parking lot (for the other places like Albertsons or CVS) and you walk over, it's best to walk to the side facing Ammunition Rd or facing Starbucks. There are no entrances facing Taco Bell or Albertsons.

The only reason I didn’t give this location 5 stars is because they aren’t open as late as the other spots in town but honestly it’s worth the trade off for how consistently good their food and service is, especially in comparison to McDonald’s or Jack in the Box in town. Everything’s hot, well packaged, and made correctly. The staff are all friendly and communicative, they ask if you need sauce or things to go with your meal unlike other spots in town. The prices and hours may not be great but the food and staff make it worth it at this location. Not sure why so many people are giving this place low stars for the AI, if you speak clearly and slowly it’s not difficult to have it to your order correctly. Even if it doesn’t, they’re pretty quick to ask what you need corrected. I go to this spot probably once every week to a couple weeks and I’ve never had issues like I’ve had at other places in town. I think the AI works fine if you don’t bark at it. I can’t believe people complain about being asked to back up when nobody’s in line too 🤣 I’ve done that, it’s not like they take longer to get you your order…it’s keeping good metrics for unrealistic situations…why is it such a big hassle to put your car in reverse literally five feet and come back to help someone out when nobody’s in line. Honestly that’s just petty, I get incorrect orders and smashed food at McDonald’s and Jack in the box all the time but not here, maybe I’m just lucky though.

Went inside.. Service was ok coulda been better. Right after paying i asked if i could change my fries. Of course but extra cost an didnt really seem like they wanted to. Had to ask for ketchup. Usually its offered. Probably the same service as the drive thru. Not to attentive.

Order # 298086 store #1100886 in Fallbrook CA. Ordered a Cali Classic no tomato, no sauce, add mayonnaise & mustard. WHAT WE GOT HAD TOMATO & SAUCE. NO MAYO NO MUSTARD. Very disappointing. The receipt read correctly. The cook CAN'T READ.

Can’t go inside to order. They rush you through the drive thru. Order is wrong half the time. Won’t be going here for several months in hopes new management comes in and improves. Look at their new chicken sandwich for $6. Yeah…no thanks!

We went through the drive through of store 1100886 (order #888583), and we had attendants ask us to reverse our car and pull forward twice so that the time on our order would restart. This is unacceptable. There was no one behind us in the drive through and you are inconveniencing your customers to try and make your store look better than it is. Our cashier was Mariana.

AI gets it wrong every time. If my Kid would eat something else I wouldn’t come here because of the AI. I used to be a once a week visitor. But not any more. One star because of AI

Drive thru took 15 mins + @ 10:30pm, pretty sure I received the wrong drink size but on positive note my fries were not cold.

Rude worker, no receipt, missing items on the menu, had a coupon, and the worker was bewildered of the item. I ended up getting a big piece of bread and a small piece of chicken. It tastes good, but I would recommend going to a different location.

i would like to preface this by saying that the big carl is easily my favorite burger of all time. however, they have a poster of their desserts on the drive thru window where the crust in the cheesecake looks like it has a piece of grass inside of it. its been there since like 2016 and i used to regularly visit carls jr and admire the grass cheesecake. today i went through the drive thru with love and hope in my heart just to find that a “give us feedback” sticker has been conveniently placed just over the spot where the mighty grass once was. my devastation is immeasurable. save me from this nightmare. place the feedback sticker elsewhere. bring back the grass cheesecake. i also like the strawberry lemonade

Customer service sucks here. Both managers the dude with the glasses and the Hispanic lady that works there both suck. Rude, disrespectful, and wouldn’t be doing all that and talking the way they talk if it weren’t behind that window. Fire them all and get new staff. Not much of a Karen but the way my blood boiled when I had to pick up food for my grandparents and had to deal with that lady’s freaking attitude irritated me extra. Also notorious for not giving receipts so I can’t properly report them.

I was told that I couldn’t receive a military discount on a combo meal. This location is right outside of marine Corp base Camp Pendleton. All of the other locations support the troops. After o received my food, I checked the bag to make sure I had all of my items, and the cashier kept repeating thank you, thank you, thank you, as in hurry up and drive off. Please give me a chance to ensure I have all of my items. She was very rude. I prefer to have communications with the AI at the window than the rude woman in person. I will not be returning. Beware

Look, it shouldn't be hard to not put cheese into a burger when the customer asks for no cheese. Its actually the easiest thing in the whole world to not do something. Doing anything at all is harder than doing nothing at all. So if you go out of your way to mess up an order by putting something in that was asked to be removed, you deserve 1 star
