Very good selection of wines for purchase or to enjoy while on site. I had a great glass of pinot noir from the area and loved the roast beef sliders.

It is small but perfectly stocked with All the right wines and the woman here is amazing and he recommendations based on our personal taste were spot on.

Wendy is great! Very knowledgeable, not pushy or pretentious. Shop is well stocked with a variety of international and local wines along with a tasteful selections of snacks and food pairings. Patio was dog friendly with little heaters at some of the tables. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with some wine and various appetizers.

An absolute gem in the Anderson Valley. Wendy has done an incredible job curating some of the best local wines alongside some delightful imports. If you're a local looking for great values and an even better eye for selection, this will quickly become a favorite stop. If you're visiting the area, it's still worth swinging in to check out her selection (who knew you'd be coming to Anderson Valley to get a great Alsace sparkling). The small bites are equally pleasant – and priced to let you pick and choose to your heart's content. Amazing chorizo and salumi, peruvian beans, roasted peppers, truffled potato chips, castelvetrano olives... hard to beat the selection, and it all goes perfectly with wine. The tasting menu is unbeatable – sixteen wines by the glass when I visited, and five flights ($11-$13). A local flight, an aromatic flight, a Spanish flight, a French flight, and a flight of bubbles – hard to beat the options. The environment is laid back and comfortable, with outdoor seating under shade and a table inside as well. Wendy is generous with her time and knowledge, and couldn't be more friendly. This is a gift to Mendocino County, and I hope everyone visits so she can continue to flourish.

Great wine store with glasses and delicious bites. I highly recommend stopping in to try some great local wine that does have a tasting room. Duck sliders and olives were perfect for a lite lunch. Owner is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. We'll definitely be back!

This place is worth a substantial detour. Wendy has sourced an incredible range of wines, including a number of small batch wines that you probably won't find anywhere else. Plus, she had a 100% hit rate on picking out wines for us based on our description of preferences. There's a lovely patio for food and small glass, with a great relaxed vibe.

Wendy really knows her stuff and enjoys talking about her broad selection of wines by the bottle from all over the world. Was. A great way to relax after the long drive from the bay area. Left there with supplies for the weekend. We'll be back to visit with this vivacious host.

We had a wonderful time! Wifey and I dropped in on a weekday in July of 2020, just before the big fire. It was the height of the coronavirus the brewery was closed and the local wineries turned us away the tasting rooms didn't even allow to taste expecting you to buy a bottle but luckily we were able to taste all the wines in the Anderson Valley area worth of recognition and had a lovely cheese paring on the patio at Disco Ranch. The staff was very helpful when I asked for a powerful red with lots of fruit a friendly gal hooked us right up with what we wanted. Being more familiar with wines further south in the Napa/Sonoma Valley areas, we were so happy to try the wines from up here and the breathtaking scenery is amazing. I'm writing this review now because we are heading back to the area and probably will swing on by this charming spot sometime near the end of this month.

I just love the place -- fabulous selection of local and international wines, and wonderful specialty food items that are well priced. On a chilly day, the outdoor fireplace or heaters will keep you nice and toasty while relaxing on the patio with a glass and tapas -- I've had the shrimp, goat cheese peppers, smoked salmon with cucumbers, dolmas, sliders, mixed nuts, and they were all great! Tell Wendy what you like, and she will find the perfect wines for you. Can't wait to be back!

I like the fact that she supports and sells everything from local producers who don’t have a tasting room to imports. The local wines I tried and purchased were from Lucier & Read Holland who I have not heard of prior to visiting the Disco Ranch. For a quick bite, we had the smoked salmon tapas on Hawaiian rolls which paired nicely with a glass of white she recommended. The Disco Ranch is a worthwhile stop whether it be for a quick potty break, or a chance to converse with Wendy who is passionate about bringing good wine to the masses! 🙂

(Go there and ask! It’s a good story). The food we were served was not vegan friendly, but for those omnivores in our group it was amazing. We had their hors d’œuvres style wine-pairing treats.
