This morning I went to order a cake, everything was fine up to there, I decided to buy bread to go that I bought! A horn, a concha, a polvorón, a madalena and a strawberry vol-au-vent and 4 bolillitos that are called campesinos that was my purchase but the boy who served me whose name is Irving Alexis Montoya gives me my ticket to pay with the amount of $ 183.0 which I paid and my mistake was not asking why that amount arrived at my house which is not near that bakery I realize that they charged me for a box of Goren cookies that costs 120 I tell you this only so you check what they charge us 😡

The staff is terrible—rude, abrupt, and unfriendly. It's a very small bakery, poorly laid out and badly lit. If you're in a hurry, I don't recommend it. They take forever to charge you, you can't move around the crowd, and the staff doesn't make things easy for customers. I recommend going between 3 and 5 pm, or between 10 am and 12 pm; it's easier to shop during those times. They don't always have a wide variety of bread.

What a shame! The bread and pastries are good, but the staff are truly awful. They all serve with terrible disdain. It's the same every time I go; it's clear they're unhappy with their jobs. It's terrible! They act like they're doing us a favor by serving us. With the number of complaints, management should do something, but apparently, they don't care.

The service from the bakery staff is terrible. Bad information, bad attitude. It's a shame because the cakes are good, it just doesn't make you want to buy them. "The cake will be ready when it's done...it's 11 am but it'll definitely be before 8 pm because that's when they leave." HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Terrible service from the store managers. They made me go back three times to discuss a spoiled cake, and when I finally found it, they cited a return policy that isn't indicated anywhere on the premises, thus dispensing with any type of guarantee. Their argument is that the staff is new and they don't check what they sell, as stated by the bakery staff themselves. The purchase was made on September 3rd, 2025, so anyone who buys at this bakery in Picacho Ajusco should check before buying and not be given an absurd excuse.

I grabbed a cake and went to get a tong to grab a loaf of bread. I hadn't finished grabbing the tong when a young lady on staff snatched the cake out of my hand and started charging me. She then proceeded to explain that she gets scolded if the customer brings things in their hand. I hadn't even finished buying anything when she was already charging me and asking me what I was going to pay her with as if I were already at the register. OUT OF POLITENESS, you ask or warn first. Educate your staff. Obviously, I was annoyed, and she still gave me egg eyes as if she were the one offended. In the end, she charged me, didn't give me the product, I had to investigate where she left it, and she hadn't even finished charging me when she was already serving someone else. TERRIBLE TREATMENT
