Avis sur Pocha 32 Broadway
Great Food and drinks! Customer service was good as well . Definitely recommend to come with big groups . I came with a group of 10 girls. They even gave us 2 complementary sojus because we got so much food!!! Will definitely be back:)
Pocha 32 provided a great experience. The atmosphere was chill and relax. We ordered a seafood hotpot (jungol) and grilled beef. We also got the watermelon soju. Between 6 people we were stuffed at the end. Next time you are in NYC definitely check this small hole in the wall in Korea Town.
Actually delicious choices. The wings were crispy and flavorful without being drowned out by a bunch of sauce. Even the starting kimchi was tasty. Egg fried rice was also worth while. We had the watermelon soju and melon soju. The watermelon is the better choice, but neither of them tasted much like alcohol at all. There is deceptively a lot of alcohol there for multiple people. The atmosphere is small and cozy. It sort of feels a little run down and busy but once you sit there for awhile you realize it's more friendly and welcoming.
This is the best Korean restaurant I had in New York. The BBQ squid is out of my mind, too delicious. The fried rice is no joke either, literally 10/10. Wish I can come back for this fried rice. Also super strict about legal age for drinking, if any one of you don’t have ID then they won’t sell you alcohol, not even digital pic.
Great atmosphere, delicious fruit soju, and excellent service. The fruit drinks taste super fresh yet have concentrated fruit flavor. I've tried the watermelon soju from a different Pocha in ktown before (it was in a basement, also super crowded) and the fruit flavor was not as strong. Definitely recommend! Like all the other good places in ktown, gets super crowded at peak times so come early! The spicy gizzard was also delicious.
Drinks are amazing here. Was able to accommodate a big group of my friends for my birthday. The watermelon soju got my out-of-town friends effed up. Wonderful memories were made here.
Really nice ambience and quick service! We got the kimchi fried rice and tteokbokki with cheese (Korean street food rice cakes) along with the pineapple soju! A few tables around us got the watermelon soju which also looked really good. Everything was really tasty. Kind of wish they also had tteok kkochi (the skewers) but didn't see it on the menu.
A large group of us came after Comic Con and we were taken care of since it was one of our friends birthday. Aaron took the time to make the birthday girl feel special and our food was amazing. Excellent Saturday vibe and an attentive staff
Perfect spot for food and drinks with a young group, there was no wait at around 7pm on a Saturday with a group of 5. Atmosphere is on the louder side with the crowded space and music, which we liked but not best for younger kids. Watermelon soju was yummy but not strong like other reviews have said, so order more drinks than that if you want to feel anything! Worth it for the fun sharing experience though. We also ordered the korean fried rice, rice cakes, seafood pancake, and bulgogi bbq, which were all actually really good! Could not choose a favorite and would definitely come back
We came only for the drinks!! We were just walking around and we found this spot… and we LOVED IT!! We came 2 in our staying in NY because it was so good!! We try all of them and our favorite was the Melon!! And watermelon!!! This place is great for some drinks and a fun time with friends
Hands down the best service in NYC. We come here quite often and every time it’s an amazing time. Food is solid (get the spicy chicken if you can handle spice). Great atmosphere and an amazing place.
This is a really interesting place with a grungy feel that reminds me of a similar place in heart of Seoul. We got their watermelon cocktail, which is served inside of a carved-out watermelon. Although I hadn't expected that, it did make a for a sweet drink. I got their skewered meat which was charred very well and savory.
Have you ever had a soju cocktail from a watermelon? I haven’t, but this was awesome. The pineapple one was also delicious, but I think the melon one might’ve been the best Food was great too, but I wasn’t a big fan of the Pork Trotter. Entire table avoided it after a bite or two unfortunately. Vibe was awesome, but every time they play the song for someone’s birthday, it got so loud it was actually a bit crazy! Maybe watch out if you’ve got hearing problems
One of my favorite spots in ktown 💘💖❤️🔥!! The food is great! The drinks are great i love their watermelon soju 🤤. The atmosphere reminiscent of street food vendors vibe with so much aura ✨️. The staff is so nice as well <3. I would recommend rsvp if you come in groups of 4+ people. Also it is 10% off if you pay by cash!! 💵🤑💰 #cashisking
Pocha 32 is such a fun spot in Koreatown! The vibes are unmatched — lively, colorful, and full of energy. I love how their ceiling is decorated with soju bottle caps. The food is good but it tastes like it’s just been reheated hence the serving time is just minutes after ordering. Their drinks are refreshing and very unique and instagram worthy. I got the watermelon soju and honeydew melon soju. Hello welcome not ourselves. Sadly you can even call and call our number. Funny story was that we actually wanted to order the fruit soju actually placed in the shell of the fruit so it’s like a fruit bowl, but we order the wrong size and It ended up being in the packets. The staff were so nice and even let us try a new brand of soju on the house!
Had such a great time here! The food was absolutely spectacular and full of flavor. The staff was super kind and attentive, making us feel really welcome. We especially loved the yogurt soju (and the other flavors we tried), so fun and delicious! The place itself is very cute and cozy, perfect for hanging out and chatting with friends, and the music added a really cool vibe. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and come back to!
Ambiance (5/5): Located on the second floor, the restaurant has soju caps hanging from the ceiling and lights strung up to provide a cozy but also fun atmosphere. The music was a little too loud for my taste but I could see being fun. Expect only seating hanging as there is no place to stand to drink/hang out. We were seated immediately for our reservation slot (there was also plenty of tables available at 6p on a weekday) Service (5/5): We were helped immediately and serviced throughout our dining experience! Pineapple cocktail (4/5): The pineapple comes pre-scooped and we even got an extra serving on the side! My only qualm is that the inside left a 1-inch perimeter of pineapple wasted. The cocktail is also served in bowls which was weird to me, definitely would prefer a cup over a bowl. The serving size was approximately 4 small bowls. Cantaloupe cocktail (4/5): This was sizable and comes with a popsicle stick. When melted, the sugar/taste of the popsicle will command the taste of the remainder of the bowl (became too sweet for us towards the end!) Dumplings (5/5): I thought that the fried outside was perfect. The inside was seasoned well! Stir-fried Spicy Pork (5/5): Super flavorful, tender cuts of meat, and great portion. Not too spicy for those that can’t handle heat. May be a smidge on the salty side. Looking over to my neighbors who ordered the grilled variety, I’m glad I went with the stir fry option because our dish looked more seasoned and ingredients were incorporated into the dish.
Haven't gone there in over 10 years but it's still the same vibe as when I last visited. It's such a staple in Ktown in my eyes. I love how everything is family style so if you're with friends or family, you can order a few items and just share everything. The watermelon Soju is great! I would recommend getting another bottle of Soju to add to it when you're at the halfway point. The stuffed Squid with pork was so good. The only downfall was that it was a little too spicy for our liking. The person I brought with me is a champ with spicy food but that was a little overwhelming. I don't know if they are able to edit how much heat is added to the dish but if you can't handle spicy food, be sure to tell the server because I'm sure anything with their gochujang is gonna open up some pores.
This is the whole grind Korean experience. The soju watermelon and beef was epic. We followed it with the kitchen fried rice and spicy pork belly. So good food. Its a no frills environment with just nothing but good food and drink. If you visit with great company this is an awesome place to keep it low key yet is a vibe. EIN was an amazing server and made some awesome recommendations. Service with a smile and excellence
Pocha 32 is my favorite place for a fun night out with friends! The whole place is just so adorable and lively. I absolutely love the cute decor, with soju bottle caps hanging from the ceiling and sweet little notes written everywhere. It makes for such a fun vibe! The drinks and food are everything! We always get the watermelon soju, and it's so much fun. We got both the cute pouch with the light-up ice cubes and the real deal served in the half-cut watermelon. The BBQ chicken is delicious too, and it's the perfect meal to share. Even though the music is super loud (haha) and the person at the door was a tad rude, the servers were so nice and sweet. The whole experience is always worth it!
Celebrated a birthday for my friend here and everyone was exceptional. The servers were attentive and our food was served promptly upon ordering. We had problem deciding what to order initially so we kept asking for more time, and they were very kind to wait for us. They were able to accommodate one of my friends who had a shellfish allergy for the rice cakes by not adding in fish cakes. And they also gave us a candle and played the birthday song for my friend. Vibes and atmosphere was great! Gratuity is already added on the receipt with extra tip on the bottom. I tipped extra for the great experience.
Loved the watermelon soju + chicken feet here. I and my friends all thought it was really authentic. What put me off was the super loud noise - imagine in a club and having to yell every time you need to talk to friends - except the loudness didn’t come from good quality music but all from people talking and laughing. We had to leave to a nearby cafe to catch up after and our ears were buzzing and we were losing out voices slightly lol. I guess Pocha would fit for a large enthusiastic and loud group.
Pocha 32 is a classic for hanging out in k-town, everyone knows of it and I've been here countless times for the vibe and the soju fruit bowls. Minus a star for the food though; everyone felt most of the dishes were too salty so we couldn't finish. Usually I just come after dinner to hang out and have some drinks/snacks, but I had dinner on my last visit and probably won't do that again, will stick to post-dinner visits.
First time here with a few local friends. Pretty chill place since we were drinking, eating and having conversations. We took our time there and wasn't pressured to leave. Though I wish their seats were more comfortable-- me sitting on a flimsy stool wasn't all that great. The service we encounter wasn't bad; servers were attentive. Like most people say, their food is pretty good and spicy but a bit on the pricey side along with their famous watermelon soju. The soju was pretty goodand refreshing while eating the spicy soup but was bit too sweet for me and tasted like it had a lot of artificial flavoring. May return.
It's a hole in the wall type restaurant. Food is fresh and tasty. I had a taste of the Sojoo, that stufg was potent, but yummy, it definitely gets you hammered. The service was ok, they don't check on you, you just let them know that you're ready to order and the food comes out fast. great ambience, sucks that they dont accept visa payments, you have withdraw cash from the atm they have on property. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible which is a pity. i don't need it why should people lose out on this dining experience because tgey cant climb up the flight of stairs. Lost a star for not having accessibility for wheel chairs and not checking on the guests. Otherwise, good food.
Atmosphere: Music was nice and vibes are always great. We went during peak time and I felt a little congested with seating. Service: Server was really nice and we did not have to wait long for the food. Drinks: I heard their drinks are really good but I did not try it this time around. Food: Seafood pancake (2/5) - Big portions. You can taste the seafood but it is very soggy and one of the more underwhelming ones I have had. Bbq pork (5/5) - Nicely cooked and slightly spicy. Bbq beef (5/5) - Nicely cooked and flavorful. Prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend coming here with friends but I would go elsewhere in ktown if you are looking for a finer dining experience.
Pictured is the spicy bbq octopus. Super flavorful, spicy, and big portions! Ask for a side of rice. The popular watermelon soju was okay....an experience to share nontheless. Make reservations or be prepared to wait a minimum of 30mins or more. Theres a QR code to scan to be put on a waiting list.
Pocha 32 is a fantastic Korean restaurant in Ktown, NYC. They serve up some delicious food and have a great selection of drinks, including cocktails and soju cocktails. The dishes are tasty and authentic, making it a nice spot for anyone who loves Korean cuisine. The atmosphere is lively and fun, but it can get really loud. Despite the noise, the yummy food and drinks make it a place worth checking out. If you’re looking for a casual and fun place with great Korean eats and drinks, Pocha 32 is definitely worth a visit!
Beautiful place situated on the 2nd floor of a building in Ktown. Amazing alcoholic beverages. Best food fish is the dumplings and the bbq chicken. For summers they have a special soju cooler in watermelon, melon and pineapple flavor. Great presentation and amazing taste. Approximately $40 per head with alcohol and $25 without alcohol.
First time I visited I had an amazing experience . The Japchae with beef among other dishes was amazing. Second time round took some more friends and found the japchae to be extremely chewy … the food wasn’t what it was the first time. Didn’t make a fuss and just let the staff know . Wasn’t offfered a remake of the food or anything just a sorry. Will go again … hope to be lucky 2 out of 3 times
This is a great place to grab delicious korean food and drinks. I really liked their flavoured soju (mine was grapefruit). If you have a big appetite this is the place to go! The dishes are huge and should be shared. My boyfriend and I ordered the boondae jungol and beef bibimbop. The soup came with a heating element to keep it hot which is fantastic. It had so many ingredients like spam, cheese, pork, noodles, rice cake and mushroom. I will definitely visit again on my next trip to NY!
Could not complain about the food . It is genuinely good and a very unique experience . Specially when you are with a group of friends . The watermelon and musk melon sojus are amazing and refreshing and is something i have never had before. The hot pot was flavored and well cooked along with the chicken skewers and vegetable rice . They have a delicious spread and variety of options in the menu as well. HOWEVER, the service is very mediocre. The bouncer at the entrance seemed super mean and rude to us while waiting .The servers inside were not willing to help us when we were requesting them for a chair . We were provided with three uncomfortable stools and three plastic chairs . Although there were plenty of vacant chairs around different tables the people refused to give it to us and the staff seemed clueless about it too but finally my fiancé managed to get a couple of chairs for the group and we were well seated . This would have been a 5 star experience for me if only they could improve on their customer service a bit.
My friend & I shared and loved the watermelon soju and the bulgogi rice dish! Bring cash if you want to save on the card fees (classic k-town rule) and be prepared to shout across the table as it does get pretty loud. They have round tables that would be great for larger groups, too!
Really cool place on the upper floor with a fun entry way. The watermelon soju drink mixture from here in the pouch looked so awesome with the changing color lights but did NOT have the same special effect on me as the last time that I had the original bottle where I ended up falling in love with the girl that gave it to me.. it was still excellent for being almost the only adult drink in the world that is clean enough not to hurt my body afterwards.. Lovely to have such a convenient to go option too. Thank you Pocha 32 ☺️🍹
Overall good place for late bite and drinks! Very energetic vibe here and the lights decor is cool. Came late Saturday night and as always it was packed—luckily we got the last available table! Always enjoy the Boodae Jungol (ramen soup with meat and veggies)—huge portion for at least a few people. The Watermelon Soju is good too—comes in a half-size watermelon, delicious but not a lot of alcohol in it—and a bit expensive, was $38.99. Also tried the Corn Cheese and was not a fan. If you pay cash here, you can save 10%!
Pocha 32 did the drinks right. We ended up ordering each soju they had and felt they were all good. The yogurt and honeydew were my personal favorites. The food was decent but also pretty expensive compared to what you can get around the area. The vibes inside were also great, the music and wall decor fit was great company to have while drinking.
Fun place to drink in koreatown! We got the Watermelon soju and the melon soju. The watermelon soju was delicious! I do not like bottled fruit soju as they are too sweet for me but this fresh watermelon soju was very refreshing and not overly sweet! The melon soju was nice but I would recommend just getting the watermelon soju. The ddeokbbeoki was decent but very small for $20. Overall the service was good, they are very fast.
I enjoy going to pocha because they stay open late. They're famous for their fruit soju, with flavors like watermelon, pineapple, and honeydew, which I find quite good. After a late night, I often come here for their seafood stew, which includes ramen, mushrooms, spam, and kimchi--it's really comforting. The eel and pig's trotter are also excellent, while the seafood pancake, though tasty, can be a bit too oily for my liking. It can get busy during peak dinner hours, so there might be a wait. The prices are reasonable, and a fun touch is that you can grab a marker to write or draw on the walls to leave a memory.
We loved this place so much that we came twice during our trip to NYC. The food is absolutely incredible—super flavorful, delicious, and served unbelievably fast. It’s hands down the best Korean food I’ve ever tried! The ambiance is lively and fun, with a youthful crowd that adds to the energy. On our second visit, we arrived after midnight without a reservation and had to wait on the stairs, so I highly recommend booking in advance to avoid the wait.
Came here on a Monday night and the place was packed - we had to get in waitlist and it was about a 30 min wait. The place also does take a while to serve the watermelon soju dish so we waited probably 30-40 min for ours. The watermelon soju also isn’t super alcoholic so a tip is to add more soju into it. The vibes here are pretty party club like so if that’s your vibe come here! I won’t be coming back because of service.
Loud, we were shouting across the table bc of the music. Ok food. Their inner door is broken so it was unluckily chilly since we were seated close to entrance
Pretty busy and crowded bar in ktown with some good sojus that are great for a crowd! Definitely a place that you want to go with a group since the vibe is energetic and upbeat. Their music is quite loud so maybe not a great place to catch up with friends. Who doesn’t love a watermelon soju though?
The food is top quality: I had chicken and rice and shared a cheese corn and cheese ball appetizer with friends, really well done taste and slice. However it's far too expensive for the amount and for the location. Moreover, the staff is rude and slow. It's also really strange that they require ID from EVERYONE at the table for ONE person to order drinks; I haven't ever encountered this anywhere else, including in K-town. You can find a better Korean place for cheaper. Try next door.
Food is good Service is okay, servers doesn't pay attention Party of 4 your check will include 20% Gratuity included good thing is there a 10% discount for cash payment
Is just a spot the food was OK, I’ve had much better K-fried chicken, pork dumplings were fine, the watermelon soju was delicious but overpriced, they do their weird thing with the price where if you pay cash there is a 10% discount but is you pay with a card, oh well you suck all the fees, which is fine but… they give you a suggested tip including the tax which of course hikes it up from the already ridiculous tipping situation in NY, overall I had a good time with my friends but wasn’t impressed at all, not with the service, not with the food and then the confusion with the bill!
There was some wait coming here but not too long, perhaps around 15 minutes? One thing to note is that in order to get their famous watermelon soju, you would need to have EVERYONE at the table to be 21 or older or it’s a no-go. The spicy hotpot wasn’t too spicy but the mild spicy chicken was REALLY spicy. The waiter was really nice but the waitress made us feel as if we stayed too long and not welcomed. Also, the check said 18% to be expected if it is a part of six or more but we were only a party of three and they wrote down a 20% expected tip. It wasn’t too bad and nice vibes but I wouldn’t come here again unless to try their well-known watermelon soju.
Went there for a late night dinner. Thankfully, we didn't have to wait on line. The place is a bit overcrowded, which is typical for a polular pub in Korea Town. Definitely a place where you have to yell at each other in order for you to hear someone speak. Food was really good though! Whoever the chef is definitely knows how to cook! Although the portions were a bit smaller than we thought compared to the price. The service was polite. Do make sure to pay attention to your check as they already add a tip to the bill and yet there is another tipping option at the bottom.
Place is small and has low ceilings so it can get quite loud. We found ourselves having to shout across the table to hear each other. The service here was below average and we felt like the staff doesn’t really care. We tried the watermelon soju and it was refreshing however I think we saw these watermelon bowls being reused so I’m not too sure of how sanitary that is. There were some good pints though. The rice cakes, kimchi fried rice and army stew tasted like the classic dishes and were flavorful. The army stew was packed with lots of meat.
Unfortunately, this place feels very different now. It used to be such a cool spot to hang out after work or grab dinner, especially late at night when it was packed with energy and the food was great. This time, the experience was not the same. The atmosphere felt off and the food quality has definitely gone down compared to before. The only positive was that the service was still on point. It’s disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite late-night places.
After liquors, my friends suggested we grab some late-night food here. The overall taste was just average, and based on my friends' opinions, the quality seems inconsistent. BBQ Beef: The best dish! The beef was tender and juicy, with a delicious aroma of fat and rich meat juices. The seasoning was primarily sweet but not overpowering, enhancing the overall flavor. BBQ Chicken Feet: It was a bit spicy for me, a Cantonese, but still tasty. The chicken feet were so tender that the bones came off easily with just a bite. Japche / Beef: Disappointing. Generally, Japche, or in China, Chao He Cai炒合菜(Stir-fried mixed vegetables), shouldn't have much sauce, but this place had a thick layer of sauce. Besides being excessively salty and sweet, I couldn't taste any other flavors. The restaurant lighting was really dim; if you plan to take photos, remember to use extra lighting.
Came here the other night for a quick dinner before a comedy show, and I will say the vibe always hits at this place. The pub-feel and music are always great though a tiny bit loud at times. The food is good and we have some reliable favorites - the corn cheese, fried dumplings, BBQ meat - though I would say it's slightly above average. The soju is definitely a draw here - watermelon, melon, and pineapple and these are always great - sometimes maybe a bit too strong. All in all, a good place to pop in for a quick bite but if you're looking for fancy food in K-town or another Korean BBQ experience would obviously go elsewhere.
Food: great and delicious. It came out quick and it was hot and the servers were nice Customer service in the front: the worst reception I've ever gotten. My friends got a table and we're waiting for me so I went up the stairs and was looking. The hostess greeted me and I said "I'm looking for my friends", her literal response was "if your friends are not here then they're not here" and they put a bad taste in my mouth. But I found my friends table at the end. Well, after we had all the food and drinks and paid our bills, the same person came to our table and literally kicked us out with such bad attitude saying "there are other people waiting for the table" ok what can we finish our drinks at least. Yea I've never been treated this way and I feel sorry for other who will experience this again. Please reconsider this venue option as they do not value their customer's satisfaction.
I got recommended but my experience was not good. Tiny place, limited seats. We had 6 people and still have the same space as for 2 people?! Slow service, the grilled meat came out real fast but we had to wait over 30mins for terrible k-fried wings. The coat was soggy, too sweet and plain inside. Pelicana is so much better. Pineapple soju was too strong, and watermelon was too light. Can't get anything right?!
BE WARNED AWFUL SERVICE ON WEEKEND NIGHTS Food and drinks were good! I really enjoyed the corn cheese, one of the best I’ve had in my opinion. My friends and I went on a Friday night so it was packed. The atmosphere was lively and decent but the service was terrible, worst service I’ve ever gotten at a pocha place. The server was not attentive so we needed to grab his attention if we wanted anything (we didn’t even call for him that much) but we had to wait long times because it was hard to get him. I know it is typical to call for your servers if you want anything at pocha but this was bad. No hospitality and never checked in on us either. I understand it was a busy Friday night but he was taking shots with another table and being quite attentive to them lol We went to another pocha in K-Town the next night and it was so much better in every aspect and it was a busier Saturday night. I may try this place again but the service is deterring me from coming back.
Food is decent. Size - much smaller portions than they used to give, only had 1 pack of ramyun in the army soup (had to request for a second for $2-3. Service is ok, don’t expect any enthusiasm from the staff.
We got the watermelon soju. We finished it in 30mins and didn’t get tipsy at all. I asked the server how much of soju they put in there and he said 1.5 bottles of soju. I know that’s not true at all. Will never go back and I tell my friends not to go there either. Definitely dilute the cocktail. Our server never showed up except to get the order and give us the check. We had to talked to two other servers who were actually doing their job tables next to us. I gave her 10 percent tip (I usually tip at least 20 percent or above of course) and she chased me down and asked me why I only gave her 10 percent lol. The manager needs to train their employees. Oh and also we had some pancake leftover and we asked the server(not our main server bc she was nowhere to be found) for the to go boxes and he brought us a container for soups……. I told him can I get the to go box for the pancake(i pointed to the pancake) and he was like “i gave it to you”….. so i said “ yeah but this is for soups. we need the one for pancake” DO NOT GO HERE……I’m Korean myself and as Korean, I’m ashamed that this place is a Korean restaurant in NYC. For those of you who are not Korean, please don’t be disappointed in Korean culture bc of this place. They were for sure the worst Korean restaurant I’ve ever been to. If 0 star was an option. I would have given them 0 star. Their overall star rating is 3.9 (which reflects on other customers experiences as mine) and I know it won’t get better unless they actually care to work on their services and stop cheating on the cocktails.
Horrible experience some random guy just got into the women's bathroom and did his business in the sink so you should think twice. it is also a Saturday night and the wait time was over an hour and 30 minutes after we're finished the weight with the online version after we get to the restaurant. We still waited for like around 10 minutes, so not a pleasant experience.
Not too bad. We came on a Monday night at 5:30. Server was quite attentive to us and the food tasted great. We got the buddae jiggae, extra spicy chicken gizzard and watermelon soju. LOVED the buddae jiggae and chicken gizzard. The watermelon soju was ok, tasted very diluted and essentially was juice. Apparently itaewon pocha is owned by the same owner but has a more pub feeling to it if that’s what you prefer. It is 10% off if you pay in cash and they recommend paying for tip in cash but it’s honestly fine to pay in card if that’s what you used. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. Update: If I could give a negative review, I WOULD. Pocha 32 on Friday is the worst experience. Their waitlist was simply a scam. Random people kept skipping in front of us and yet we kept getting pushed back. We waited 2 hours on line just for randos that just got here to be in front of us. They only allowed the meekest person amongst us to go up to talk to the host and so we kept getting ignored. Clearly they don’t care for their customers. Whatever positive feelings I had towards this place dissipated quickly. Will spend this money in other ktown stores, will not be wasting my money at this place, they clearly don’t deserve it.
Went there with a group of friends a few days ago. We were treated very badly by one of the male staff there. It was a Korean guy with a strong build and about 5’3, was wearing a hat. Extremely poor service and ignorant attitude. The food looks nice on the outside but tastes bland and nothing special. Terrible experience.
The food was not good at all. Very disappointing because this place gets a lot of hype. The drinks are ok. If it’s 3am go to another place for food. If you just want to drink sure. I understand it was loud but I was charged the non cash option when I paid with cash and that was disappointing to see the next day when me and my group were low maintenance and did not ask for much of anything. Not worth it.
