I visited this establishment the other day. I was very satisfied. Very tasty signature beer that they brew themselves. And they also cook very tasty food here. We ordered several dishes: fried dumplings, sea salad, shawarma. Very tasty dishes with interesting and original decoration. For lovers of sweets, there is also something to choose from here. I recommend it. There is a friendly atmosphere here for spending time with friends or loved ones.
I recently visited this bar and was truly impressed by the cozy atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The place has that authentic New York energy that makes you feel comfortable right away. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was beautiful and well done. I’ve never had a hot dog like this anywhere else it was incredible! The girls and guys working at the bar are true professionals. Thank you for such a great experience. I will definitely be coming back!
The presentation looked amazing, and people said the food was seriously delicious.Evil Twin is my home spot I don’t really go anywhere else. This is where I unwind and clear my head. Stephen and the team are awesome. They treat everyone like family.
Very good brewery located near the Brooklyn bridge. They have discounted beers, when a pint goes for $6.00. Otherwise, it ranges between $8-14. The beers are very good, and for someone that likes double dry-hopped beers, the "adult daycare" is a very good choice, whereas for a to-go lager the "greenhouse Nordic ale" does the job really well.
Evil Twin is pure Brooklyn vibe. Great space, chill atmosphere, and seriously top-tier craft beer. The nachos with a pint? Crazy good crispy, loaded, perfect with the beer.If you’re in NYC and want good beer and real vibes, this is the spot.
Walked by and saw a guy cooking through the window, got curious and had to try it. It was insanely good — honestly one of the best meals I’ve had. Ended up having two beers with it, of course 🍺Prices are crazy affordable too: $10 for dinner and $16 for two beers. Definitely coming back.
I just visited Evil twin and after leaving I immediately wanted to write a review for such a wonderful place.Best service and sure really friendly staff. Food was delicious and they have the best salads ,hot dog and hamburger ! the atmosphere is so beautiful with good music and cool decor. I recommend visiting and I will definitely come back more than once)
I used to come here often for the good beer and nice atmosphere, but yesterday I tried their hot dog… and wow. I’ve never had a hot dog like this before. Now I’m coming for the hot dogs too — my diet didn’t approve, but I did 😄🌭
One of if not the best brewery in NYC. They have such a great selection of classic styles and also inventive new beers that everyone is sure to enjoy it. They do an incredible job of producing lagers and kölsch, but they make many IPA’s, fruited sours, and adjuncted stouts as well. The tap list is always fun and you never quite know what to expect. They also have a bring your own food policy which means you can support another local business and bring their food here! Overall, this is an amazing business and one that I keep coming back to!
Really great beer! A nice selection of many different ones as well. I never saw a quadruple IPA until now. Plus if you walk around the corner you get to see some really great things.
Honestly, this is one of the best hot dogs I’ve had in NYC. The crispy sesame baguette, the juicy homemade sausage, and the sauces are unreal. I’ve never tasted anything like this anywhere else here.
Was here tonight with my daughter and after a long day of walking and exploring NYC, this was the best place to end up. I didn’t catch the bartender’s name but he was very attentive and gave great recommendations. The sours I had were incredible and I typically don’t even like sours. Great place with lots of options and excellent service.
Today 6/29/25 and it had a lot on the board. No frozen drinks or coffee were available and I was a dd so they let me get a soda and bring it in from dumbo market. Husband liked the Even More Covered in Marlon Hair and Mercat Marlon. James tried a greenhouse Nordic Amber Lager and liked it. Cool chill vibe. Only snacks for sale were chips and pretzels. Walk to look at Manhattan and the incredible views after a cold frosty one!
Stumbled upon this brewery after a long stroll on the Brooklyn bridge and we're glad we did. It's exactly what we needed on the hot day that it was. Excellent selection of beers. Favourites were #4 and #19. #4 is milkshake IPA and unlike anything I've tasted before. It's sweet and really very good. #19 is a triple IPA, also very good. The cocoa cream ale was decent. #18 was also good. The staff and service were good.
Hot spot for a quick, cold beer. Flavors range from the standard afternoon lager to sours and milkshake IPAs (a first for me). Busy but quick service. Just about every flavor is also available to-go, even if not the exact same beers as on tap. Cool.
I stopped by this place the other day and honestly loved it. The first thing that impressed me was their signature beer — they brew it themselves, and you can really taste the difference. It’s smooth, fresh, and just hits right. If you’re into good drinks, this spot is definitely worth visiting. We also tried a few dishes — fried dumplings, sea salad, and shawarma — and everything was super tasty and nicely presented. The portions were good, and the flavors felt balanced. The vibe is relaxed and friendly, perfect for hanging out with friends, grabbing drinks, and just enjoying the evening. I’d definitely come back, especially for the beer 🍺
Beer is 5 star. Nextone food popup is 5 star (I dream of the red sauce they serve with the dumplings and the lavash). Great location, beautiful space. One of the best places to get craft beer in the city.
I ordered dumplings from them, everything is very fresh, the cook cooked in front of me. Thank you very much, I’ll come again. I recommend trying hot dogs as well, they are the best in Brooklyn
Best hot chocolate we've ever had. Great to grab and walk the bridge. Highly recommend.
one of best plaine white coffees I had, also nice banana bread
Very charming place with lovely people serving. Beverages & food options are really good! Dont miss to stop here for a break!
It is a part of Ecuador inside another store, with my friends we had to look for it a lot to get to the place but once inside there is nothing more delicious than feeling the taste of your land outside of it, the perfect attention the suggestion would be that you close the space a little more since the coffee cools very quickly there… successes and always proud of my Ecuadorian people succeeding abroad…!!! could not miss the delicious chili
I was so excited to find an authentic Ecuadorian spot right in dumbo! It took me back to Ecuador for a second with the jugo de mora and tigrillo! I had tigrillo mixto and it was so good. I was also so happy to see that they had pan de yuca since you can’t really find this in any Ecuadorian restaurant in NYC. Very fresh, very authentic, definitely recommend if you wanna feel back at home.
I am ecuadorian. I came here all the way from VA. I got to meet the owner and she was so kind. Unfortunately in Google does not appear the whole menu. But you can see more in their Instagram and Facebook ZARUMA GOLD COFFEE NYC. My suggestion is Bolon de verde con chicharrón and tigrillo con chicharrón with coffee. Their ají (hot sauce) is delicious and has the proper spiciness. Also you can find different types of coffee from every region of my country. I will definitely come back.
Evil Twin’s DUMBO location is a solid spot for craft beer lovers, with a great selection and a prime location in Brooklyn. The beers were good overall, but the standout for me was their sour sangria—absolutely amazing and a must-try. We sampled the Pale Ale, Purple Rice Lager, and the Sangria, and while all were enjoyable, the sangria stole the show. The bartenders were friendly and welcoming, which added to the laid-back atmosphere. The location itself is a big plus—perfect for grabbing a drink while exploring the area. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re into unique and flavorful brews.
The coffee is inside a grocery store. The service is extremely slow. The quality of the coffee is poor: it seems more water for rinsing dishes…
I don’t like their coffee. It tasted weird. And that’s all I tried.
Awful experience with very rude bartenders. My drink was accidentally knocked over when my niece bumped into my arm, and the bartenders just watched and offered nothing. The couple next to us kindly poured from their own carafes instead. This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor and unprofessional behavior in this country. I definitely do not recommend this place.
