Tha real deal BBQ! Usually bbq joints have atleast one weakness. Never been to one that all the meats and the sides were good until today. Fall off the bone smoked to perfection meat with good home cooking sides. Couldn’t ask for more.

Got the Three Meat Plate with chicken, pork ribs, and brisket. Macaroni and cheese and potato salad. All the meats were perfect and juicy with no dryness. The potato salad was perfect and macaroni while simple was well seasoned to elevate it above baseline. All and all, great place to eat, fast service, great food.

This place is a high quality BBQ joint. The meat is phenomenal as anyone would expect but the real delight here is that the sides are delicious as well and not just an after thought like do many other places. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great place to eat in Bryan!

Oh my goodness!!! Y'all this place is DELICIOUS! We got two brisket plates and two kids sausage wraps! My kids loved their food, which is always a win! The brisket literally fell apart, it was so, so good! **Picture was taken AFTER I started on the plate!

There are no words to describe the way I felt when I first bit into their brisket yesterday! The ribs and turkey were just as delicious. Visiting from Colorado and needed some more bbq before I go back home...I am thankful I found this place! This is THE BEST BBQ I've had in years! I tried a few places in Houston but it was trash compared to this place. Whoever the BBQ Master is.... THANK YOU! You know what BBQ truly is 🥰 Can't wait until you open back up at 12 to get some for my road trip back home. My husband is going to LOVE IT! Glad I got a cooler lol. Will also try the chicken.. If you ever want a change, Denver/Aurora, Colorado could use a delicious, homemade BBQ joint 😊 our selections suck.

This was our second time to visit and it has to be the best barbecue ever. So glad we found it. The sides are delicious as well as the meat is tender and oh so flavorful. The service was also excellent- making sure we got just what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Wife and I stopped in on our way home from having lunch. We had heard from an Uber driver that the food was delicious. Our plan was to have a beer and continue on. The staff were so nice and the food smelled so great that we had to leave with a pound of brisket. While having our beers at the counter we started nibbling and can’t say enough about how delicious it is. Thanks to What’s Tha Deal!

I don’t say this often but all of the food was really good. As advertised the brisket was very tender and I loved the smoke taste. I also had the Mac and cheese which was better than most, even my wife’s. The baked beans also had a little something added to them that made them excellent. My daughter ordered the round sweet potatoe cakes. I had a few bites of hers and we both agreed they were the best we have ever had. Hands down the best bbq in the Brazos Valley, a little pricey but worth it. Not the greatest location but definitely worth the trip.

Seasoned to literal perfection, the meats are juicy and packed with flavor, the sides alone -highly recommend the cream corn and Mac n cheese- are enough to bring me and my family back. I personally love bbq of all kinds but this place is truly the best in the local area. Can’t forget the staff. Always friendly and welcoming, smiling, and just seem to really enjoy their job. Just an incredible establishment.

I don't get a chance to eat here as often as I would like, but they have never failed to provide great service, amazing food, and a friendly atmosphere. I tried their Red Velvet cake today! Oh my! That's all I can say. It melts in your mouth!!

In my opinion, phenomenal. I grabbed the 3 meat plate, sliced brisket, Turkey, and jalapeño cheese sausage. The two sides were potatoe salad and macaroni. Brisket, delicious. Turkey, delicious. Sausage, delicious. Macaroni was amazing. The cheese sauce was not too thick, not too thin. Flavor all the way. Potato salad was excellent, absolutely enjoyed every bite. I'm full to the gills, and want to eat more. Recommend without a doubt if you are coming through Bryan.

Both were really good... but the chopped brisket was my favorite. 😋 Will definitely be returning to try more of their food! ♨️

However, the lady serving the sides was incredibly sweet and the young man serving the meat was patient with us while we decided what we wanted. All in all the food was definitely worth it and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to go back!

On to the brisket and ribs.... brisket was a bit dry and tough and the ribs were fall off the bone, but it was almost as if they had been steamed. I like a little give to my ribs with a nice texture on the outside. Sauce was good and the staff was friendly.

Seasoning was off; bbq sauce needs to be more tangy Pork rib: more like steamed Sausage: best of all three, but then again, sausage is hard to mess up Potato salad: best of all Cabbage soup?: tasted bitter. I rarely waste food but I couldn’t eat it. Mashed potato: doesn’t exist
