One of the best hidden gems in Buffalo. I stumbled upon this place a month ago after another restaurant could not accommodate us. It was amazing! I've been back 5x now and the food has never disappointed! Thank you Pat and team!

Such amazing food here. I could eat their veal parm and fried calamars every week. I love the owner; he's an Italian immigrant and really adds to the authenticity of the restaurant. Come for the food; come back again for the decorations!

Quaint place with a varied assortment of decor. The food and service was excellent. Wish we were going to be in the area longer, so many Italian dishes I would love to try. The house dressing is to die for wish we could have bought some.

I've been meaning to review this place. Went there the Friday before Mother's Day with my mom and dad. Had never been there before. Let me tell you what a surprise inside the place is old school but covered in Christmas lights and decorations. Which I really loved it and so did my parents because we all are Christmas nuts.

One of our favorite restaurants in Buffalo. Best Italian food around. Made fresh to order by folks who have been doing it decades. Always great.

We love Faso’s! The food is consistently delicious, the owners are so friendly and kind. What can be said of the decor? It’s unique! Don’t go if you’re in a hurry. Things move kind of slow but worth the wait!

A beautiful couple making sure you enjoy the food. The food had that authentic homemade taste. With their vast menu and very affordable prices, this is a must to visit.

This small, old school establishment is reminiscent of the cozy mom and pop Italian restaurants of mid 20th century. Lots of decor and an old jukebox! I highly recommend the linguini with clams. Ample parking on the south side of the building.

This place is really great... I don't usually leave reviews but this place deserves it!! I had the veal parmesan and it was 10 out of 10... I would give it 11 if I could!! My wife got lasagna and again, 11 if I could!!! Do yourself a favor, GO HERE!!!

Delicious homecooked food and a very humorous and sweet lady serving us. Don't come if you're in a rush, this place is meant to be savored.

For a long time I would drive by Faso's Italian Restaurante and wondered what it was like. Today I finally went with a friend who has gone there at other times and always had praises for the food and service the owners had for their clientele ...wow - IT IS AUTHENTIC AND GREAT ...I felt I was in Sicily! I'll be going back again and probably make it my favorite restaurant in Buffalo. 🇮🇹 😀 🇮🇹 VIVA FASO'S 🇮🇹 😀 🇮🇹

If you've never heard of this place I'm telling you now it is awesome. Very nice atmosphere and pleasant wait staff. If you're looking for a cozy date night restaurant with delicious food Faso's is the place to go!

G

A very small and unassuming Italian restaurant located on Niagara Street in the Riverside/Black Rock neighborhood of the City. But when you REALLY want truly good Italian food (say, on a first or subsequent date) a small intimate place is really the way to go. Every day there are probably thousands of singles heading to so-called 'Italian' food factories like the Olive Garden. Take my advice and skip that garbage food, and take your date to Faso's. It has a nice atmosphere in which you can actually talk with your date and get to know them. As for the quality of their food, their slogan says it all: "Food so good, you'll think we stole your Mama'" It's much akin to the small Italian restaurant in the film The Godfather where Michael kills Virgil Sollazzo and the corrupt NYPD police Captain. Just leave your "cold" .38 Special at home and order a nice jug of Chianti for you and your date.

This restaurant is a gem. A nice family run Italian restaurant. The food was excellent, service was great. The only thing that was rough was the small parking lot.

We enjoyed everything from all of the decor to the staff to the food. Huge selection. Found some of my favorite italian dishes here that i cant get elsewhere.

It's an intimate cozy restaurant .one of the biggest Italian menus in the area .food was absolutely amazing. Friendly and funny waiter Dave,Prices and portions are reasonable can't wait to return soon!! Don't wait for a special occasion..

I never ate inside an Italian restaurant, I wasn't really big on Italian food before coming here. This place has changed my mind. I love the decor the hospitality and the fact that everything there was home made. The waiter Dave was very inviting and made me feel very welcomed. I definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Such a cute place with a great atmosphere. I was shocked that it wasn’t busy. Our waiter David was perfect and enthusiastic. The food was amazing, especially for the price. We also love the Christmas decor.

Forget everything you know about Italian food. Our meal was fantastic. The filet mignon was a little over cooked, but besides that the pasta sauce was amazing, the house dressing was super good and the garlic bread and knots were also great. Would drive the hour and a half just for this place. Thank you!

We called ahead because we have a big Family to be considerate because it wasn't a peak night. They had everything ready for a huge table, the service was warm and friendly and the food was absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to go back and try more of their wonderful dishes.

We showed up and doors were locked, come to find out, they were just opening (late due to it being closed for a few week vacation) Even though we had a big order the food was fast, and delicious. Great little mom n pops resturant. Reminded me of my grandma's house in the 80s. Such nostalgia 😊. Pat is the best hostess and Mr.Faso even dusted off the juke box and played some Sinatra for us! God bless them and this resturant.

A true hidden gem of buffalo!!! I took my wife to Faso's for the first time and we will definitely be going back with family and friends! A quaint little restaurant that makes you feel like you are in Old Time Italy. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely out of this world!!! And while you are there be sure to look at all of the plaques on the wall to see how much they donate to charity :-) Ciao Bella:))

We come often, the food is awesome and I have to force myself to try something other than the scallops. Tonight I has the eggplant Florentino. It was made exactly how I like it. Tons of spinach and mushrooms with a light sprinkle of cheese. And the waiter offered a sciclian red sauce on the pasta side - also packed with veggies. A restaurant that few people know about and is a real Jem with real people serving great food at a very reasonable price.

L
Lori M. Lamey

Okay listen, get over yourself. You just have to go to this restaurant with an open mind. It is old school Italian, yes, the decorations are a little over the top but this is perfect for the unpretentious, fun-loving customer. We tried the scallops Mary. The scallops were large and perfectly cooked with peppers and tomatoes on a bed of angel hair. I got sauteed spinach with tomatoes and mushrooms over penne, it was hearty and delicious in a very large portion. The meatballs are homemade and tasted like my grandmother's. We tried the coconut cream pie for dessert, it is absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it! I would suggest fresh Italian bread over the garlic knots but that's just me. I like the atmosphere here, yes, quite honestly you could find better Italian but it would be more expensive and in a fancier setting that would not be nearly as cozy as Faso's. We love it here, it's not for everybody but it's for us we will be back...

I have read the reviews. Still wanted to try. First impression was were they open. Then I went in the décor is something you have to see for yourself. The waitress was just like your grandma and the guy at the bar was your grandma. I started to fall in love right away. The grandma was the best waitress I have ever had. Then the food came out. My god was it unbelievable. Hands down the best I have had in a very long time. I beg you to look past first impression and give it a try. I went on a Saturday and wanted to go back Sunday.

This is our favorite Italian place in Buffalo. The food tastes authentic and flavorful. The staff and cook are welcoming and friendly. The decor is quirky and lovely. The whole experience reminds me of my Italian grandfather’s home and cooking. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

Best Italian food in Buffalo a small but a great place. Charlie and Pat are the best!!

S
Shaun Fadale

The place is amazing. Charlie will converse in Italian with you if you can speak which is awesome. Families, especially with Italian - Sicilian heritage need to get their children and grandchildren there to experience this kind of atmosphere before it's gone forever. For the few reviews complaining about the decor, they just don't get it and never will. Food is incredible and they will prepare to order for you. Pat is the owner, cook, waitress and everything with Charlie helping here and there. She is as hard working as you get. Anyone who needs a jolt of ambition need to just talk to her for 5 mins. Great people, old school homemade food, super experience everytime!!

Had linguine and clam sauce, so did my companion... lots of clams and small shrimp. Seasoned with fresh basil. Good sauce but needed more. I like my pasta swimming in sauce. Nice fresh chef's salads with a good quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Homemade knot bread served on a tray by the owner who pleasantly spoke Italian to us. Butter and the same quality olive oil was offered for the bread. Nice quaint Italian restaurant with owners on site on Niagara Street in Buffalo. Recommended

My greatest friend of mine of 21 years and I went for the best experience over. From the moment we went, it was love at first sight. The decor was beautiful. The elder man behind the bar, it felt like we were family he didn't see forever. Our cute little table was waiting for us because we called and reserved a table for us to avoid the wait. The waitress was wonderful with helping us find what we wanted on the menu. Omg the house salad dressing that the waitress told me to try was amazing. You have to try it. I swear if I could buy it by the bottle, I would. The dinner portion was huge. Neither one of us could eat the whole meal. The dessert was rich and just a perfect touch. 21 years you can imagine we have eaten at a few places and this was the best one yet. We will be back. Thank you so much for a great night.

Faso’s is a unique little restaurant that we stopped at on the way from Niagara into Buffalo. When we went we were the only people there and it felt like eating dinner at grandma’s house. The service is extremely personal and friendly and the food is fantastic. The place was decorated for Christmas which it apparently is year round, I would highly recommend taking the time to look around and visiting the winter wonderland display in the back. Bring some quarters for the jukebox and get ready for a dining experience you cannot find almost anywhere else in the country. I would encourage anyone to dine in here and enjoy the personal service, great food, and unique atmosphere that Faso’s has to offer!

Faso’s is AMAZING!!! I knew this place was going to be legit when i called and talked to Pat to make the reservation. She is the owner and the nicest lady ever…even special ordered chicken livers for us! Our server, Dave, was great too…super friendly and just all around great service. The food is top notch. They make you feel like family at Faso’s. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for my dad’s 75th birthday!

Outstanding dinner as usual. I can only vouch for the Sicilian eggplant as it is the only dish I have had. I ordered on my first visit years ago and have gotten it every visit since. My husband loves the lasagna. I have never had a bad meal at this wonderful "mom and pop" restaurant

Walking in for the first time when you're the first customers of the day is a little strange due to the amount of decorations and silence. An elderly couple greets you and seats you. They're positively adorable and very welcoming. We got the rigatoni with meatballs and an order of lasagna with a meatball on the side. They both came with a side salad and garlic knots. We had the housemade salad dressing. Yum. The food will blow you away... It's so homemade looking and tasting and smelling. Everything was seriously delicious.

We decided to have Sunday dinner at Faso's. Craving Veal parmigian and saw through research that not only were they open but that they did have veal on the menu. Having never been before, we were surprised at how small it seemed. Kinda home like in atmosphere. A nice change from the overly bright restaurants. Our server was very pleasant and timely. The meal was fabulous. Now, disclaimer, I have had many a Sunday dinner at family homes that served home made Italian. So I was taken back to that time by this food. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely be going back!

A unique Italian restaurant on Niagara Street. A wide variety of specialties made of the highest quality and in substantial portions. Limited parking in the adjacent lot with street parking also available. Great atmosphere.

Faso's is quickly becoming my special, secret spot I visit for a culinary pick-me-up. It's a total hole in the wall, with relatively inexpensive, excellent Italian-American food they've been serving for more decades than I've been alive (I'm 43) by real, down to earth people that aren't going to kiss your butt. The decor inside is outrageously tacky & unique (think lit up Xmas decorations all year round, pictures of Italy, pics of Jesus and the Virgin Mary...) Remember to bring quarters for their vintage jukebox, shut the front door tightly behind you otherwise the broken alarm quietly buzzed & order a bottle of wine bc the service is very slow, you'll have to time to sober up... Patience is all part of the experience! Solo, with a date, with your family... Faso's is the coolest place in BlackRock, hands down.

I ordered takeout but I had to go to the restaurant to do it because all I got was a recorded message when I tried to call. The very sweet, little old Italian woman said it was just she and her husband working so she couldn't answer the phone. The place is decorated for Christmas with a very Italian feel. It was worth the wait because the food was delicious. I ordered the Sicilian Eggplant Parm which is different than regular eggplant parm. It had little to no breading but still very good. It came with spaghetti and I ordered two meatballs to go with it. They were delicious and so was the sauce.

Our family came here for dinner and we all loved it. My nephew ordered a fish fry, it was one of the best fish fries we have ever tried. They use codfish not haddock. I ordered the fish parmigiano(pictured below) also cod fish. It was delicious. This place is a hidden gem for sure .

This is a mom and pop restaurant that has been around for a long time. It's not for everyone but it's definitely for anyone who loves authentic Italian food. This is your Nonna and Nonno's Sunday dinners and any other meal you could imagine. The decor is one of a kind and your eyes will wander the rooms until your food arrives at which time you will promptly forget it because the food is to die for. I cannot recommend this spot enough - ya it's a bit rough around the edges but when it's gone there won't be another one like it.

I haven’t been here since I was a child living in riverside on East Street. I recently moved back downtown, and I searched for this place that I remember and thankfully it was still there!! I think the decor is amazing and they’ve definitely added more. The owner was very lovely on the phone and even better in person when i came to pick up my food. The garlic knots were everything I remember and more, and the gnocchi was top notch. If you’re in Buffalo looking for a good place to eat this is definitely your spot Also PSA I added my own parmesan

Amazing little amazing little find. Got to meet the owner as well. HE WAS STILL WORKING THE BAR!! been open for 43 years. Eclectic and very special for sure. Food has huge portions. The couple that was in dining already couldn't say anything bad about the place. I got a fish fry dinner to go for $12.95 plus tax in the service with amazing.

I arrived at a repurposed house claiming to be the best. Walking in I was overwhelmed with the decor, no photos will capture the scope of it. Slightly wary, I ordered what I can say is one of the best meals of my life. Take the time and go to this small…but uniquely decorated restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

I loved this small family owned restaurant, the evening I was there no children nor grandchildren helping out, both workers were either octogenarians or very close. They were very sweet and helpful. Felt like my childhood, at a place in Smithtown on Long Island called Angelo's (aka The Hotel) near the train trestle. Checkered table clothes, warm rolls, a bottle of Chianti. Then grandma's lasagna and delicious gnocchi. I will return. They already had Christmas decoration up, it was a lovely/festive evening.

The decor of this place feels like it's new Years eve in Little Italy. The lighting Mean Streets. The hospitality what Olive Garden ads pretend to be. Was really impressed by the no frills eating experience as Faso's. Had a white cheese pizza. I usually don't do white but it is a special. Very crispy, not too heavy, rich garlic and oil flavor. Anchovies make it even better! Do not hold on it, it's not strong at all. So if you want to go back in time for family Italian cuisine go here. I'm definetely coming back here again for more.

Amazing food! Its a little modest place but makes you feel at home. Extensive menu with lots of genuine Italian dishes, even ones you normally don’t see at restaurants. Props to the owners (the cutest little old Italian couple), they served and prepared our meals!Best peanut butter pie I’ve ever had!!! Will definitely be back when we are in the area again! AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD! The old-school combination of meats and design make this experience a cool one. The personal touch given to this place is apparent and appreciated. The food is amazing and seemingly cooked fresh.

L

What I liked there was the fact that a kindly lady prepared all the food. The home made spaghetti is good. Honestly, the atmosphere is a little exquisite. The place smells as that old rooms that has been closed for a while. But, it is relevant to say that my wife and kids loved the experience of kind of entering into a "time machine" to the past. The waitress was very polite and friendly. In summary: Rate 4 for the food (specially to incentivize a genuine home made food). Rate 4 for the friendly waitress. You feel as if you were in a family lunch. Rate 3 for the place (needs care). Rate 3 for the price. Final Rate = 3.5

Food was great, portions were perfectly sized and our waitress was pleasant. It's an old bar turned restaurant. It's cute but cluttered and tables are very close. Reminds me of old mobster movies. I was waiting for the godfather to walk out of the back. Other than being over priced it was a nice meal.

A funky little Italian restaurant that has been around forever. Love all the twinkling lights and decorations. The menu is large with something for everyone including all of the traditional favorites and more. All the food is tasty and prepared with quality ingredients. Expect a leisurely visit as you are not rushed in any way. Be sure to try the house salad dressing and the rolls. Buon appetito!

Well it's a very very very different atmosphere than I'm used to. Walked in and no one is in sight but it was decorated in Christmas decorations all about. Walked further around and found the waitress. All in all the food was very good just a very strange but surprising atmosphere. 😅

Very authentic Italian restaurant!! Have to be patient and understanding. Owner and wife work the floor very cute couple. Old Italian owners that speak more Italian than English ( loved it) food was delicious not typical main stream dishes very homemade. I had the full Monty. 100% recommend it.

This is a unique place and it happens to be close to my house. Pasta fagioli is delicious. Complimentary garlic knots are tasty. Italian house dressing is outstanding. You gotta try it! Veal marsala was wonderful. Penne parm, not so great but menu is huge so lots to choose from. I didn't like the sauce but that's just me. Wine is a bit over priced for a little neighborhood joint. I've had the pizza before and it's OK. This is Buffalo, so lots of competition, but not bad. Come here for the ambience/experience and friendly owners who are always working. Chicken Madeira was absolutely the best. Onions, garlic, red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms and pine nuts over penne pasta

This is definitely an “old school” Italian restaurant with an extensive menu. The service was good and my meal was ready for pickup and hot when I got there. I was excited for finding an every-day fish fry near me when I had a hankering for a fish fry. The fish fry was good and I was able to have a side of spaghetti instead of macaroni salad. In the future I’d like to try the scallop and chicken dishes, there were dishes served here that I haven’t really seen at other restaurants. The parking lot has lots of spaces and has a small “beer garden” section in the rear for outdoor dining when it’s nice out. The salads are all romaine lettuce, not spinach or other greens.

F
Fred Anna

Well fir starters the place looked like it hadn't had any dine in costumers in long time... The lady that took my order was a bit pushy n rude and didnt even wait for me to say that my order was finished..jus assumed I was done n hung up. The food was ok

Small Italian restaurant with great vibes. It’s kinda outdated on the inside but really good food if your looking for something homey. Went here with my bf and we were the only two people in the dining room throughout our meal which was kinda nice cause we had the whole place to our selves.

T

Definitely a quirky place that’s somewhat hard to describe but I recommend you go in with an open mind. Garlic knots were super fresh and the food came out reasonably quick for just an elderly couple running the whole show. Food was just ok, but great for the price. Simply put, it’s a grandma’s Italian cooking.

I wanted SO BADLY for this restaurant to be my FAVORITE authentic Italian family restaurant to order from, but sadly it was a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT !! ** I do want it to be known that this was a take-out/delivery order and pray they don't serve these portions while dining in ** I couldn't believe the PORTION SIZE of the entrees & ESPECIALLY the SIDE DISHES !! THEY WERE SMALL, PATHETIC & ACTUALLY DRY because they were also stingy with the marinara sauce !! My artichoke ravioli would've been OUTSTANDING if they had more than 3 tablespoons of MARINARA sauce on top !!! As far as portion goes, the house salads literally had 1 tomato & 1 cucumber SLICE in each of them& the spaghetti sides had We both had chicken entrees that were TINY PIECES of cut up chicken instead of actual chicken breasts ! "Buffalo's Best" Chicken Francaise was horrible ! I didn't even recognize it as Chicken Francaise , I thought they made a mistake !! I will say the DEEP FRYED ARTICHOKE was AMAZING & the ARTICHOKE RAVIOLI would've also been outstanding IF they would've put more than a few tablespoons of MARINARA sauce on top which caused them to ALL STICK TOGETHER !! I would've never accepted this if I was dining in & I REFUSE to believe that this happens while dining in ! It sounds like the owner is STILL A HARD WORKER & would NEVER find any of this to be acceptable ! Also the lemon cake was DRY like it had been left out & was very small slices I'm so sorry but I feel like the owner & take-out/delivery customers should know this since you can't send it back

Never have I had a meal not fit to feed an animal until I ate here. Never will I eat here again. Our salads came out after our dinners, which where cold( dinners) and had to ask for our bread which was garlic nots ( not home made) and cold and our waitress was a moron. Nothing nice to say about this place.

I called at 8:05 pm they close at 9 for a take out order. Woman was rude and hung up on me so I will never order from Therese people again. I guess their rudeness shows that they don’t need or want business. With their attitude they need to board up their business and close down

Horrible service, dirty place, microwaved rubber eggplant. COLD FOOD in center- Just TRASH! Over-priced for the quality. I was better off getting a frozen meal at Wegmans

My husband and myself, after waiting 30 minutes without any service besides being handed a menu when we arrived, didn't even takea drink order, we had to leave. Run by elderly man and woman who can't handle the amount of seating they provide. Its a sad place.

Live on the same street for over a year now, I was craving pasta so my sister and I ordered. Baked ziti was dry, just not enough sauce. My lasagna had absolutely no flavor other than sauce flavor. No seasonings at all and pretty dry between the layers for $15 just 1 serving and nothing else. Heartbreaking

I didnt bother to stay long enough to dine...I walked out after trying to order a glass of wine which I learned will only be sold by the glass from their boxed wine...open a bottle, youd best be ready to drink it all...really??? So will the owners pay for my DUI if I drive off??? This was ridiculous!!! I was tired, hungry, and all i wanted was to relax and have a nice meal that didnt include boxed wine. Then while googling restaurants near me while sitting in the parking lot, a younger woman came out to read my license plate like I was a terrorist??? I'm a 63 year young white woman who looks like a grandma but am young enough to be the owners' daughter...HUGE threat...HUGE. My opinion...this elderly couple need to retire.

The old lady with the hunchback bit my head off when I asked her if I could get anything else instead of fries with my fish fry, embarrassed me in front of the table lol clearly needs to retire. Very elderly, can barely move and grumpy

Went there for first time to celebrate our Anniversary!!! Got served a beer within 15 minutes- waited over an hour to place our order- over 90 minutes later was served our dinner. Food was delicious but service was terrible- guess someone called in and didn’t show but could have brought us something to eat or explained the situation to us! Never asked if we wanted another drink and had the nerve to dim and turn off lights an hour before they closed to kick us out. Was very disappointed - could have offered a free dessert or something- or at least apologized!!!!

I ordered for pickup, and the 10 minutes I waited there were not great. Very, very cluttered and dirty. Pasta for the ziti was overcooked to a paste. Gnocchi was a solid mass fused together with a ladle of cold sauce on top. A table was complaining about wait time. Single staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the few tables present. Sidewalk was dangerously slippery right outside the door. Have eaten there a few times happily over the years but lately it seems like they can't keep up with running the place, and the details are really slipping. I normally wouldn't have written a review, but this time was really bad. Reminded me of something out of kitchen nightmares.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I saw a post on TikTok sharing this heartwarming story of the owner of this place, who is in her 80's, who drives from Springville, miles away, to maintain this restaurant. It sounded like a feel good story, one that I wanted to support. So, me and my daughter get a $20 Uber over to Faso's Ristorante. As soon as we walk in, the dining room is empty except for two tables. About 8 remain unseated. We tell the gentleman who is the only employee we see that we will be a party of 3. He looks around confused and then says "Well, we have no where for you up here, we will have to put you in the back." I work in the service industry, I totally get it. So, no problem....happily we follow him into the back of the restaurant. Now this area looks like it hasn't been touched in ages. Dust is on glasses, old plastic patio chairs are piled up in one corner...the place looks deserted. Christmas decorations are still up (mind you, this is the first weekend in March) But, once again, whatever, I am willing to give it a shot. So we sit at the table he tells us to. No menus. No drinks. It's fine, we'll wait. But then it starts to become longer and longer and he is not coming back to us. So I look at my watch, and it's now 20 minutes we've been sitting at this table with not even a menu to look at. So I decided to get up to walk over to where the server was behind the bar to ask for menus to at least get started. As I approach the bar, this man is on the phone probably taking a to go order (at least I hope it wasn't a personal call). So I patiently wait behind him as to not interrupt. Thinking I would just ask him to see some menus to take back to the table after he was done with the phone call. Instead, about 5 seconds after I am standing there, patiently waiting. He, mid-call, whips his head around and snaps, "Yes?!?" I stammer, " I was just wondering if I could get some menus?" He visibly rolls his eyes and says "Ummm...yeah. I will be over there AFTER I FINISH MY PHONE CALL." I, of course, am taken aback by this utter rudeness so I just kinda stare at him, trying to process what just happened. But before I can even say anything, he then yells "What?! What are you staring at me like that for?" I shake my head and mutter that I'm sorry and head back to the table, bewildered. He shortly follows behind me and approaches the table with two menus that he promptly throws onto the table and before anyone can say a word he screams, "YOU'RE WELCOME!!" and storms away. I wish I was making this up, but it literally just happened and oh my God. Needless to say as soon as he did that, I told him there would be no need for waters because we were going to go. To which he replied, and I quote, "Yup!'. So, alas I have no review of this restaurant because I didn't even get to eat here. But I will review the horrific welcome I got to this place my first time there. If this is your standard of service, being in the business of hospitality, then maybe I dodged a bullet not eating here. Because if you can't even make someone feel welcome off the bat, the experience don't get better. Just saying. To summarize, do not go here. It's not worth the disrespect. This individual I encountered has to be related to the owner in some way, shape, or form because there is no way they could still be employed otherwise. It was bad y'all. BEWARE!!!

Loved the eclectic place, great food. But it has moved on. With 4 full tables in front we were seated in the back. Friday night 6:00. Two other tables were also seated near us. We were seated for 25 minutes before we were given menus. The hairied waitress poured water for one table a 2 top and took their order. She then took an order from the 3 top next to us, no water for them. She told us, a 2 top, that more than 2 orders would overwhelm the kitchen, and she would come back. We were not even offered water. So another 10 minutes at 35 minutes we left. Maybe we will return on a weekday when there is only a table or two.

Ah where do I start. Well it was my grandpas 80th birthday and he was so excited to try this place and well, it was a huge let down. The raviolis were supposed to come with meatballs, they didn’t. We got two lasagna dishes, they were completely different sizes. The rolls were beyond burnt. The hamburger was dry as a bone and the bun was burnt. We may have had a bigger order but we gave them a 24 hour notice. They said it would be ready at 5:30, we called and they changed it to 6.. okay that’s fine. We didn’t get the food till 6:40. Over an hour late and we didn’t get a discount or anything, just an extremely disappointing dinner. I hate writing bad reviews but this is necessary. If they couldn’t handle a larger order I would’ve rather them deny us instead of butchering most of the order. I didn’t get a picture of all the meals but here’s two.
