Llegamos de vuelo internacional a las 9pm al aeropuerto de Cancun. y nuestro siguiente vuelo era hasta las 3.30am. Caminamos a la terminal de a lado , de los vuelos nacionales. Y el unico restaurante abierto era este. Y lo recomiendo al 100% , tienen menu nocturno, asi que no te complicas. El sabor es muy bueno y la atencion tambien. Lo unico que te piden es que no te recuestes en sus sillones. Pero puedes pasar ahi el rato de espera. Nosotros cenamos y en la madrugada pedimos cafe y pan. Cada que llegue a un aeropuerto nacional , los buscare, sus precios estan mas accesibles que en cualquier lugar del aeropuerto.

Muy buena opción para esperar el vuelo en el aeropuerto de Cancún. Comida rápida rica, muy buena atención, y lugar cómodo con enchufes para cargar tus dispositivos. Los precios son muy razonables para estar en un aeropuerto, muy ricas las papas a la francesa. Súper cerca de las puertas de embarque

Pedí un Club Sándwich y me gustó. Está bien para esperar a tus amigos dentro del aeropuerto. Dejo el menú

Buen lugar para comer, algo caro pero estaba bueno 👍🏻, puedes cargar tu teléfono mientras comes eso estuvo genial. El agua muy refrescante, recomendado 🤙🏻

Las hamburguesas y las enchiladas estuvieron ricas. Los precios son elevados para lo que es, aunque se entiende porque está dentro del aeropuerto. El servicio es regular.

A mí me gustó, el único pero que le pongo es que el local no es cerrado, sin embargo, tiene buenos precios comparados con los de los restaurantes del aeropuerto de la CDMX, está bien para cuando quieres comer antes de tomar tu vuelo. El jugo de jitomate está delicioso y las enchiladas suizas también están exquisitas, dan buen servicio, amable y rápido, no tuve que esperar para tener una mesa y estuvo bastante tranquilo.

La atención está un poco lenta por la cantidad de personas que atienden, pero ya teniendo servicio los alimentos llegan pronto. Gracias a los comentarios ví que es el único lugar para poder cargar el celular, por ello Gracias. Pude disfrutar de unos ricos chilaquiles rojos con pollo y café o lechera le llaman, muy rico todo. Con ganas de dar el mejor servio por parte del personal. Me tocó comer junto a los empleados, y ÉSO me dió certeza del sabor al comer lo que ellos elaboran. Está limpio, aunque un poco limitado de espacio, y si le agregas que es un aeropuerto las personas con maletas, se reduce más el espacio. Pero si lo volvería a visitar. Cargas el celular, disfrutas un tus alimentos y un buen café..!! Gracias al personal por su atención..!!! Merecen esa quinta estrella por eso. Su amabilidad lo vale..!!! Gracias.

Bueno en otras ocasiones ya he comido en este lugar y honestamente la comida es mala pero recientemente estuve ahí porque hice escala y pedí unos tacos de cochinita, un caldo tlalpeño y una pechuga empanizada que en lo personal los dos platos me supieron muy ricos, la cochinita no tan grasosa como es de costumbre y los aperitivos deliciosos. Sin embargo veo que tiene muy malas reseñas en general.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I can’t relate to them whatsoever. You can expect airport food to be pricey, that’s normal everywhere. The service was friendly and the food was great. It came on time before our flight and was actually the best enchiladas we had throughout our whole trip. I can’t comment on the rest of the menu but if you love enchiladas you won’t be disappointed !

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews about the food. I had the valladolid styled eggs (scrambled eggs with Valladolid's smoked chorizo). It was honestly the best airport food I tried until now. I can't say all the plates are as good since I didn't try them all. But mine at least was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Make sure you order the same plate as mine and you shouldn't be worried. In terms of price... Well it's in an airport. It's not different unfortunately.

Tacos left a lot to be desire. Although the pork was tender, it was a bit dry. Handmade tortilla were a bit sour and smelled like they sat for awhile. The guacamole made right at your table was the highlight of my meal. Paired well with the mojito. Both were 🫰Yumm Prices were sort of high, but appropriate for airport restaurant. Only come here when you're desperately hungry. Careful when you agree to add tip to your credit card. They add 20% automatically so be sure to specifythw amount.

Today, I got a lunch takeout from Guacamole Grill in Cancún, using a $30 voucher I received due to a flight cancellation. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t good. The sales person was quite rude and only informed me after billing that no change would be given when using the voucher. Had she told me beforehand, I could have planned my order better. Also she denied to add extra items . These restaurants are making lots of profit with travel delay vouchers while the passengers are the ones affected. I ordered the loaded nachos, but the taste was not good. I ended up adding one brownie and a drink just to use up the remaining balance still six dollars were left Overall, the food quality and customer service both need lot of improvement.

Honest review. Prices are too high for the quality and quantity Guacamole Grill serves. Burger was not well seasoned and lacked flavor in general, for a 250$ burger, not satisfied. Caldo Tlalpeño was mid. Couldn’t find anything better at the airport so I came here.

Went here while waiting for our flight. Seating was nice that they all had plugs to charge our phones. Ordering a burger seemed to be a safe choice. Things did take a long time, maybe 30 minutes for the burgers and water, then maybe another 30 to try to pay the bill. Cash in hand, it was so difficult to find our server to pay. I guess it was an okay burger but wouldn’t say it was good value for your money

el chico q me atendio super bueno y amable, pero mala experiencia con mi comida, pedi unos taquitos de camaron con salsa chipotle aparte porq mi mama no come picante. Cuando me entrgaron el pedido no me vino la salsa y la fui a pedir y me entregaron esta pasta negra que olia nefasto. Cuando me fui a preguntar que era me dijeron q eso era la chipotle, pero en la foto era una salsa naranja que ya he probado antes en tacos de camaron, y la chica con cero ganas de explicar. Termine pidiendo disculpas yo porq no soy mexicana y no se como se debe ver pero hablando con amigos mexicanos hasta ellos se sorprendieron, cero empaticos y me malograron mi comida porq no tuve ninguna salsa picante q ponerle :/

La comida es buena , para ser aeropuerto la verdad la comida no es mala El servicio es pésimo , tardan demasiado si tienes prisa por comer algo para tomar vuelo definitivamente nada recomendado . Aparte de todo deje el 5% de propina por el mal servicio , y un mesero tuvo el descaro de pedir más , cuando el servio fue algo pésimo. En mi experiencia un mesero fue bastante grosero con el servicio,aventado las cosas . Precio-calidad =malo

Really rude staff that stares at clients in a weird way. The whole time the staff and the neighbouring staff were giggling. It took 10 mins for my tacos and we had to rush them and say that we are boarding soon. The whole time the food was right there and ready. The food in question was delicious tho. Las trabajadores fueron muy malxs. Nuestra comida estaba lista pero ellos esperaron a que nos aderquemos a ellos. Mientras de este los trabajadores se estaban riendo. Pero la comida fue deliciosa

Al momento de pagar te exigen propina, según ellos dicen que es obligatorio, y del 10% para arriba. Normalmente yo siempre dejo propina pero el servicio da mucho que desear. Quiero pensar que no todo el personal es así

0/10, Pésimo servicio!! ,tardaron mucho para darnos el menú y jamás se acercaron para tomar la orden ,el personal de la cocina estaba jugando y los meseros con actitud pésima no fueron serviciales. No lo recomiendo, ahórrense de ir a ese lugar!!!

Malisimo, si eres latino o mexicano, no te pelan, no te atienden, se molestan si les reclamas o exiges tu comida. Eso si ven a extranjeros y hasta se ponen de rodillas. No vale la pena que coman en ese lugar, sobre todo si eres mexicano te van a dejar esperando o sin tomar tu orden

The food was very disappointing. The taco and pizza crusts were extremely thick and heavy. The pastor meat was poor in quality — it had no aroma at all and didn’t taste like grilled meat. Many pieces were very tough and hard to chew, and I couldn’t tell what cut of meat it was. Overall, the food was not enjoyable.

The food was good, pricey but good overall, the waiter was top notch but unfortunately that experience was overshadowed by the hostess. The lady was screaming at someone in her phone when we arrived and treated us like we were an inconvenience to her, my husband wasn't feeling well so he layed his head at the booth for a moment and this lady told him to sit up, even tho the restaurant had plenty of available booths. My husband sat; then she came back going at him again asking him to move his bag because she wanted to sit someone right beside us; again, even though the restaurant had plenty of other spaces available including the booths, the costumer she was about to place beside us; didn’t want that booth anyway. So the costumer asked for a different one with more room. She spent the entire time giving us dirty looks. That women shouldn't be working in costumer service at all. But in the other hand, our waiter was lovely and very acomodating, but we hope management do something about her she is a despitful person.

Avoid if you can. Definitely avoid smoothies which were the most horrible flavoured milk we ever had - see photos. Kids would not touch it. Staff brush off and react rudely and defensively if you dare to complain. Food equally bad, money down the drain. The only good thing about this place is that seating is a bit more comfortable than elsewhere on airport grounds.

The only reason to eat here would be an alternative to dying of starvation. I was drinking a beer and a piece of glass came off my glass and come to think of it could have injured me badly. The food tastes like it’s been revived from the dead. Ate there because it was the ONLY place to eat at cancun airport before going through security and we had just arrived there. Save yourselves!

I ordered the tacos here and find them very bad. The tacos were cold as the meat and cheese. I was not served friendly and as soon as I did not understand something and asked again, the waitress was angry even me (for whatever reason). This chain is definitely not recommended.

Don’t go if you want a sandwich quickly. Took 20 mins and you have no clue how their system works… I saw 3 people coming back with their order with missing items. Terrible. Too many other places in the terminal to pay $18 for a sandwich and water and the sandwich was just meh.

The food here is disgusting and super oily. My husband ordered a chorizo burrito and they put no chorizo in his burrito. On top of which they proceeded to argue with him on this! Then they decided to put the chorizo in a cup and give it to him on the side as opposed to remaking his order because it was clearly wrong. I ordered a chochinita bowl and as soon as I started eating it and my stomach started to hurt right away. In my pictures you can see how much oil they put in this food. Terrible food and terrible service.

DO NOT EAT HERE.Horrible place. I am not Mexican. I love Mexican food. I eat at Chipotle. I am ok with it. I am at Cancun Airport. They can't get this wrong. The worst Burrito bowl I ever had. Tasteless chicken. Veggie mix is extra, only 2 toppings allowed. So what do you give? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. OTHERWISE IT WILL COST YOU A LOT. ALMOST $12 FOR A BURRITO.
