Personal amable y atento, siempre pendientes si necesitas algo y sirviendo café delicioso. Los precios son bastante accesibles y la comida deliciosa, me gusta que en menú específica las calorías de cada platillo.

Best breakfast! We had Philly cheese omelet, chilaquiles, a side of 4 pancakes. Very delicious. And the pancakes, very fluffy and creamy! What a treat! Our main meals were also very good. Thank you team!

tonigh I got the double cheese burger, always I ask it. It is prepared with delicius fresh mealt. If I want eat a burger, I prefer to come to Denny’s instead to other fast food chain, the waiters services have been great during my visits.

Went her for lunch 5/27/17 and had a great experience. Was greeted and sat promptly. waitstaff was very attentive. Had nacho supreme appetizer (pictured) and requested extra chili (original serving seemed lite) waitress brought us more. it was delicious as well as the Chicken avocado Cesar I had and the chicken sandwich my companion had. Had Coffee as well will be back later for desert.. :-)

Excelente servicio, todos muy amables. Atienden razonablemente rápido (esperé 10 minutos por mi platillo). Dejé por error mis earbuds en la mesa y cuando regresé un rato después me los entregaron sin problemas :) El café me gustó mucho. El pollo y el brócoli estaban muy frescos y el pan de ajo estaba ligero y sabroso. Es para paladares muy estadounidenses y por eso no me encantó pero totalmente recomendable si es tu estilo de comida, porque lo que ofrece es lo que da.

La comida es muy rica, porciones abundantes y suficientes, precios no tan elevados y en general buena variedad de comida estilo estadounidense. Los platillos se sirven rápido y el establecimiento está muy limpio, además otro plus es que puedes realizar facturación en línea de forma sencilla. Lo único a mejorar sería la atención, que la verdad no es tan amable y en las ocasiones que he ido los meseros suelen ser muy bruscos cuando llevan o recojen los platos y aparte te hacen mala cara por nada. La verdad eso si es incómodo y molesto. De ahí en más todo perfecto y muy rico.

The only Denny's restaurant I know in Mexico. Located in Ciudad Juarez, it's a carbon copy of Denny's in the United States. The customer service is alright but a little slow, the food is prepped great. The prices are about the same.

Just a heads up due to its location being next to the US consulate it's very busy here and limited seats. The staff are always running and don't really show interest in their customers they're there to complete the order and at the end are the check. The food was normal nothing to wow and the omelet was the only thing that wasn't good. This is basically the same as if you went to Denny's in the US.

Denny's is like Denny's in any city, in Jaurez I do have a problem I don't speak Spanish and very few a at this location speaks English, but they do help you . One of the issues I had is I wanted to give the server at 15% tip, they did not understand and was going for a 50% tip. My fault really I can learn a few Spanish words. Good food, good price, if you are hear for work you can get over the language gap this place is recommended

El lugar es tranquilo y permite platicar a gusto. El problema son los empleados y su actitud al brindar el servicio y de la comida pues es de suerte, a veces bien, a veces mal. Justo en esta ocasión me tocó pan quemado, plátano negrito y fresas aguadas, las bebidas se les olvidaron hasta que les dijimos.

Iba con todas las mejores expectativas pero todo cambio desde que llegué. Eran alrededor de las 6pm de un martes y el lugar estaba casi vacío, tomaron mi orden rápido y llegó rápido la comida... Todo va bien, la carne de la hamburguesa no tenía sabor ni tampoco las papás, en resumen fue insípida. Dónde todo se fastidió en la atención fue cuando quería pedir la cuenta pasaron 10 minutos y nadie a la vista de los meseros por lo que me pare mejor pedí pagar en la entrada. Triste para un restaurante de renombre!!

I don't know if it's a Juarez thing, but every restaurant we visited during our trip was a bad experience. We ordered the Chicken Fried steak with seasoned fries. The fries were burned, so we asked for them to be replaced. Rather than just bringing us new fries, the server took the entire plate, including the fork, so we couldn't eat any of the other food. It took about 10 minutes but they ended up making all of the food over again. Server would disappear at times but there were other servers sitting nearby who would notice us looking for him and they would call out to get his attention. Not a lot of people so it didn't seem like he was busy.

Definitivamente se batalla demasiado en esta sucursal para poder hacer una orden, situación que genera una muy mala experiencia como cliente. Siempre me ha gustado Denny’s, pero este tipo de incidentes me hacen reconsiderar si vale la pena seguir visitándolos.

Food was good. Our server Leon wasn’t very friendly or attentive. He never checked on us after giving us our food. We had to ask 3 different servers for drinks and for our ticket. Yet when we were ready to pay he was right there taking the pmt and asking if we wanted to leave a tip. Umm, hell no. Won’t be back.

I liked the food , and atmosphere! Didn’t like poor service took forever to take our order! Wasn’t busy all the workers talking & I mean loud. Waitress took order didn’t have silverware nor napkins? The waitress that waited on us disappeared? Had to flag down waitress to get bill ? By the way got my own silverware the guy was cleaning table walked by asked people next to us if wanting silverware? Worsts of all I’m thinking it was manager let workers run the place free for all ? They did what they wanted manager let them. If your American maybe avoid good food if want to be treated bad go! Avoid going about 3:00pm!

Terrible Experiencia. Desde ingresar, me asignaron al mesero Lauro. En ningún momento se me acercó a pedirme la orden, ni la cuenta ni preguntarme si me gustaría ordenar algo mas. Me tuve que levantar a pagar, e incluso pedir mis alimentos. La comida llegó mal, el hashbrown completamente crudo frío y duro. Pensaba ordenar refill de café y postre pero estuve 1 hora y apesar de que había 3 mesas ocupadas jamás se me acercó. No puedo evitar pensar que es preferecialismo ya que todas las mesas a mi alrededor eran bien atendidas. No lo recomiendo y espero que el gerente hablé con Lauro y le enseñe modales respeto y atención. TERRIBLE. CERO RECOMENDADO

I ordered waffles and bacon and they were cold ( it took a while to get my food) I asked the waitress to warm up or replace it . so they just threw my plate in the microwave so I got saggy hot and hard to chew waffles and burnt bacon. I ate but was terrible. in their defense I have to say they are understaff but still thats not a excuse for cold food

This restaurant is supposed to be 24/7 and is posted on the doors as well. This very large man kicked us out rudely from here. Don’t listen to 24/7 sign because clearly they like to close early and dismiss of people whenever they want.
