My wife likes to go to sonic to get their drinks in their treats. We just tried this place and wow we are definitely going back. If the cookie was incredibly soft and delicious. If you like to go to sonic to get a drink I would definitely start coming here instead. Customer service was professional and kind.

Affordable and delicious! I got an ad on Instagram that they were having a grand opening today Feb. 24th so I came by since it's close to us. They were giving out FREE drinks AND a dessert!?! For EVERYONE!!! I got the "drama queen" reviver for my kids and the "beach bum" soda for myself. They're both delicious. I never heard of "Swig" before until now and am so happy they're right across the park that we go often. We will definitely be getting drinks here to hydrate after the park in spring/summer. All the employees are young and super sweet!! Opens at 10 AM and they were BUSY, sadly the construction on this road is annoying and hard to find but shouldn't be too hard. Recommend you check out their menu online since there's so many delicious choices to choose from.

Sierra (Sorry if spelling is wrong) took great care of my family and I! She was so patient and explained the menu. Top tier customer service took our drinks to the next level. The cloud 9 drink was a 10/10!
When the day is hot, I love driving up to Swig for a Hula Girl with Sparkling Water instead of Sprite. Super yummy and less sweet! They have lots of fun, unique drinks that are affordable and wow! Are they ever fast and getting the drinks into your hands! Their line buster meets you, gets your order, grabs your payment, and it seems like seconds later you have your drinks and are pulling away. I also love their Sweet Teas, and Dirty Doctor Pepper drinks. Definitely give them a try!!
The man in the drive thru was DELIGHTFUL! He ended up going inside and taking my payment too because he said his card reader was down. He was a pleasure to be around and very kind! Today I tried the spice spice baby, and so good! Nice combination! 💓
Absolutely love this place. Drinks are always great and the staff even when they are busy are always pleasant and efficient. It’s usually the goto spot after baseball or football games and it’s always a good experience. I recommend using the app as it’s well put together and lets you order in advance.

Workers are always so nice. The drinks are amazing. Pretty expensive for easy drinks though. And I wish the menu was further back but I know it’s hard to do that with the other businesses.
Strawberry breeze with sparkling water is my daily obsession! Everyone who works at Swig is very friendly and they make delicious drinks. As a teacher it’s my favorite special treat to buy myself!
The guy in the drive thru around 4pm was AMAZING!!!! His good mood and upbeat attitude turned my whole day around. Best drinks, snacks and ice in Prosper!
Got the holiday peppermint cookie, definitely recommend:) Also the Just Peachy drink is a 10/10

Very good and innovative drinks. Order in the app and pick up at the drive thru or counter. Easy peazy. And yummy. Along with the pretzel bites.

Pretty decent spot. Tried strawberry breeze which was tasty. Hubby had super trooper an energy drink which he enjoyed as well. The young man at the menu that took our order was very helpful.

The soda is good and love the blends, but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a drink. It's like that every time, and it's not even busy
every time i come here, my drink turns out completely different. spent $10 on two drinks today (we always buy the same ones) and both came out with a completely different taste. the color of my drink was wrong too, thinking the person who made it messed up. it wasn’t JUST that it tasted different, it actually tasted bad somehow?? sometimes it come out right, but it’s such a hit or miss. not coming back anymore

Update- how could I ever return when I never felt welcomed in the first place?! I was mistreated despite her error. And then made to feel like I was the problem and overreacting, meanwhile that door dasher could have done anything to my food with no barriers. Remedial action or termination for that girl is necessary. I ordered these three items on door dash. They came arrived as shown in picture. They are dirty, not at all covered and completely unsanitary. The cookies literally have no cover. The cups have no sticker covers and are dirty. I took the liberty to drive to the store to ask for them to be remade. Not even asking for a refund. The self proclaimed general manager, what ever her name is, (some short, over weight Caucasian women) said she would remake the drinks but not give us the cookies or anything because it’s not their fault. She proceeds to remake the drinks. When I ask her why the stores policy is against covering the cookies or bagging the food items upon door dash delivery, she says they are supposed to and that they have a new employee that must have forgot. So that’s admitting blame after saying it’s not their fault. Not only was I entitled to that or a refund, her sassy attitude also disrespected my wife and I. I said I would leave a review and contact corporate- so her I am. I also know if it were a fellow Caucasian family, they would not be treated this disgustingly or disrespectfully. Not one apology. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. People like this DO NOT need to work. Period.
Do not fall for any of the snacks. First time around we ordered regular pretzel bites and cinnamon pretzel bites. Both tasted as if they were frozen to straight in the microwave not oven and left chewy. We then tried the cup of chocolate chip cookies and were handed a cold cup with cold, slightly hard, cookies. I asked if there were a some warm cookies and was told all their cookies are cold and I could leave them out myself for “2 min.” Wish I was told this prior to purchasing. Go for the drinks, but definitely skip on ALL of the snacks atleast at this location in Prosper.

I don’t usually leave reviews, when I do, they are positive. I’m going to make an exception for this establishment. I visited them Sunday afternoon at approximately 3 pm , October 19. I had learned about Swig the night before, and was excited to patronize their establishment, especially since it is in the neighborhood. When I arrived, there was about 8 vehicles in front of me ordering. Usually, I will move along and chose another place when lines are that long, but I was not in a hurry, and was excited to try Swig. Eventually, the young man standing outside in the drive-thru taking orders was very helpful and polite. I ordered 2 32.oz drinks and 2 pretzels with queso, and also ordered a 3rd drink (small) to taste test for next visit. I went to pay the young man, and he said I would have to pay at the window since I was paying cash. He used his head-set to explain “Order for Chris is paying cash”. I told him that I did not have my credit cards on me, and I only had a $100 bill. After sitting in line for 15 + Mins, and finally getting to the window, I gave the cashier my $. She came back about 1 min later and asked me if I had any smaller bills, and I told her that was all I had. She closed the window and went and got Manager named Cordelia who came to the window. Cordelia was EXTREMELY RUDE! Her first comment to me was “you don’t carry cards on you?” . I explained I didn’t have my debit card with me, and All I had was cash. I was told that they did not accept $100 bills, and I would need to pay some other way. I was told that they did not have any change, which seems very unlikely. Cordelia then said, since we can’t give you change, we will just give you the drinks we just made, but we are NOT going to give you the pretzels. First off… I NEVER asked for anything free… I was trying to pay for my order, 2nd, you don’t ever talk to customers like they have done something wrong. When they are paying for their order. Cordelia was very condescending, and made it seem like I was trying to get my order free. I refused to take anything free from your company , and I left empty handed… THIS is 2025… The price of things are way too expensive for your company NOT TO HAVE CHANGE. Especially mid day on a busy weekend. If you are NOT prepared to do BASIC business, like make change for cash customers, then perhaps you should not be in business. Either way…. Every day I pass your establishment, I will remember how yall did business, and I will keep driving. Yall lost a potential daily customer, simply because Cordelia has poor management skills.

I am rudely told that you have to wait for someone even if you have an online order. I simply did not know that I had to wait for someone there even though I have an online order. There’s a way of saying that to someone, and this way was extremely unprofessional and rude. My family did not deserve that.
