Excelente menú de cervezas pedí una degustación y me guiaron perfectamente. Todo el tiempo te traen agua y están al pendiente. La comida está bien pero lo interesante son todas las salsas de la casa como la de maracuyá con chiltepin. Muy buena música

Tap de cerveza artesanal súper recomendado, variedad de estilos y además cuenta con promociones dependiendo del día de la semana, el ambiente es lindo y tranquilo además también cuentan con comida, el servicio es bueno.

Excelente lugar cervecero!! La comida tambien es increible, la atención es muy buena Recomendable al 100% Aceptan pago con tarjeta y te facturan como consumo de alimentos. Lo malo es que hay que buscar lugar para estacionarse por la zona en la que está.

La hamburguesa Principia deliciosa, súper recomendable. La Cerveza Entropia Barrel Aged espectacular. Definitivamente uno de mis lugares fa en la CDMX.

Mmm what a great place for craft beers + fish & chips (not the best ever but) can’t go wrong with this place, and such a nice part of the Colonia. And great service, they right away brought a glass of filtered water with a lemon in it, and they refilled many times (didn’t even need to ask them). A very customer-centric team. And pretty good wifi too if you need it!

Taproom with great craft beers on tap and in the fridge. Awesome selection. I had a blonde, session IPA, hazy kveik IPA and a double IPA and all were phenomenal. Tuna tacos and guacamole with chapulines were super tasty too!

I visited Principia CDMX during a short vacation. I have been to my fair share of breweries in Mexico City and around the world, but this place was different. The service was great, and the beer was even better. I would opt for a flight because they have a lot of really good options. If you are hungry, you cannot go wrong with the fish tacos. I will definitely be back!

This is amazing place with excellent beer and very friendly and helpful staff! I am in love with the atmosphere, cool design, lovely music (not so loud as some places used to do, so you actually can talk). There are a good variety of American craft beers and also local ones (they have amazingly designed bottles). Prices are affordable, even cheaper then average I think. Will definitely come back.

A proper tasting room with some amazing local beers. The best selection of beers I have found in CDMX. Great and friendly service, and the food was excellent. I tried a couple of their IPAs and they were excellent! If you are looking for an awesome spot to have some great beer, this is it! We will be back for sure.

The beer is great but isnt the same as it is back in the US for some reason. The bartenders and waiting staff are really chill and very friendly. If you have any questions they're happy to help out and answer whatever it is. The food is also pretty legit.

Had to try all of the beers! Service was great and plenty of beers to select from including a few in their fridge. Tried the guacamole and the shrimp soles and good appetizers to share.

No hay tantas opciones como pensaría que habría en una cervecería, la mayoría son similares entre si (ligeras). La comida en general estuvo muy rica, especialmente la pizza. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fueron las papas costa. El local es pequeño, fuimos en viernes y había varios grupos de personas que gritaban mucho, recomiendo sentarse afuera.

Sus líneas de cerveza se basan principalmente en variedades de IPA, no tenían su lager (siempre vas con alguien que prefiere algo ligero), su Stout con mantequilla de maní bastante mediocre. Los meseros en la entrada cotorreando, aunque la mesera se esmeró. La comida de muy buen sabor. La hamburguesa Principia, el Hot dog individual y sus Tacos Baja muy recomendables. El baño con un lavabo que necesita cambio (todo oxidado). Tardaron una eternidad en el postre. Sus Session IPA y New England IPA muy cumplidoras.

Principia es un lugar pequeñito pero esta agradable si quieres relajarte, tomar una cerveza y platicar. Los alimentos son súper ricos, el guacamole es una verdadera chulada al igual que los tacos. Las cervezas de la casa son supremas.

Gran variedad de cervezas, tanto las de la casa como las invitadas son buenas y hay para todos los gustos. La comida me parece sosa , sin mucho chiste pero bueno, es un bar; el servicio s veces es lento.

Soy fan de su cerveza. Pero estaba esperando mesa. Por 20 ninutos. Pasaron dos mesas y el mesero de forma grosera dejó pasar a otras personas que acaban de llegar. Me dijo que no había mesa para una persona y que esperara. Muy mal servicio.
