This location was never the best, but consistently at least tasted pretty good and the portions were ok. However the last few months the portions kept getting smaller and smaller, and now are TINY. Currently eating a burrito the size of a SODA CAN. Ridiculous.

Yes you should believe the reviews of this Chipotle location, the portions are utter garbage, it didn’t even reach past the rim of the bowl. It tasted good though, only saving grace

You guys have ito mprove cleanliness its really messy and sanitization it's really bad . Untensil is facing up all of it when the customer touch it they will contaminated everything. Thats how bacteria will spread and if you guys Fallow servesafe you guys will know everything what is the correct way to do . If I am bad person I called health department and I am just trying to give you guys advice but manager its not happy she give attitude and kids was laughing it was joke I am looking like a young kid but I am old enough to know everything .🙏🙏🙏🙏

I’ve never been to the Colma location so I’m not sure if my experience is the standard for this location. Once I arrived to the order line, I saw a handwritten sign letting customers know they were out of sour cream. Another handwritten sign stated you must have exact change or pay with a card. 2 reasons for me to turn around, (I love sour cream and planned to use cash) but I didn’t. They were also out of trays for kids meals. No sign for that though. I was then rushed through my order by 2 human beings that clearly did not want to be at work tonight. I felt like I was bothering them 😂 Having such a large amount of fatty pieces in my steak was also a first for me. I definitely won’t be back. 👎🏾

Worst chipotle branch ever! Always messing up my order. Im vegetarian and every time they mix a piece of meat in my order. Literally happened 3 times in a row. Never going here nor recommend it to anyone.

This is the saddest chipotle bowl I’ve ever seen in my life. It was at most 3/4 filled. Not even in the brim either. Asked for hot salsa on the side and they gave me pico… the glass walls were so foggy I didn’t even notice because I couldn’t see.

Worst service ever, they are spry chemicals right next where people were eating, First of all they give the wrong order, while paying I even remind the person that you have packed my food to a delivery order but he turned his deaf ear to me and completely ignored. Yes, I got the wrong order and reminded them. Furthermore, while we were eating 🥣 someone came and started spraying cleaning chemicals right next to use and even other customers were eating but as expected he ignored everyone and kept spraying those cleaning chemicals.

Pathetically small portion size, and from seeing other people’s reviews, it looks like it’s been consistently happening for some time. I knew something was very wrong when the lid came off completely clean. First time I finished a chipotle burrito bowl AND STILL FELT HUNGRY AFTER. That is straight up unacceptable.

I ordered Bowl Steak... they barely gave me any meat nor rice nor ANYTHING.The taste is bland, cheese is clumpy, lettuce tastes old, and veggies tasted old as well. The service was terrible too. The workers were very mean and seemed as if they didn't want to work. Very disrespectful, overall quality was very bad and disappointing. I do NOT recommend this location of Chipotle. If you can go somewhere else.

I had to wait because there was an order that came in before me. I guess pre-order take priority over the customer at the store. I ordered the carne asada bowl. It was fine. They only had white rice. The counter looked messy and dirty. The self serve drink area was bad. I saw one of the staff walked over there but she didn’t bother to clean it up. Someone could slip and fall and SUE Chipotle. The trash cans were full. I wouldn’t go back again. It’s dirty. Used napkins on the floor, dirty tables. You would think after Covid, places would be cleaner.

I should’ve read the reviews before going here the worst Chipotle location you’ll ever see or a place you want to be getting food from, not to mention employees were arguing in front of customers and coughing without covering and a mask. Worst possible customer service you can experience. Terrible Terrible, where is the food safety inspector because you’ve failed this place. This was around 8:30pm-9pm.

NOVEMBER 30, 2022 - CHILD PORTION FOR REGULAR CHICKEN BOWL Although I still stay away from this store for the awful experience I had last month, my boyfriend went there against my advice and brought back a Chicken Bowl with just a third amount of food for over $11 ! If I was there with him I would surely refuse the order. This is so frustrating when no one from Chipotle reaches out to us to learn more about the situation. So To All Chipotle Patrons — PLEASE MAKE OUR VOICE HEARD AND REFUSE ANY ORDER THAT IS STINGILY SERVED. DON’T LET YOURSELVES BE RIPPED OFF BY GREEDY MANAGER. If we can improve the service at this store, we are the ones who will benefit from the improvements because the management doesn’t just ignore our complaints. I can’t wait for the day when I can return to this Chipotle store to have a good meal with my hard earned money. OCTOBER 2022 - TWO STARS FOR HOSTILE EMPLOYEE WITH HALF PORTION SERVED This week I had a bad encounter with an employee who stared at me with icy expression on her face when I requested her to give me a little more chicken when I saw that she just picked out SHREDS of chicken, not even some little pieces of it, and just served ONE LEVELED SPOON of meat. As we all know how shallow their serving spoons are, this came to half the amount of meat i usually get from this store, one my favorite lunch stops in Colma. This particular employee (or manager or whatever) should not be standing behind the counter to serve the customers because her manners and speech are rude when she coldly refuse my request. Unable to accept such half amount of food for my order I had no choice but to decline it and go the another restaurant near by to buy my lunch. CHIPOTLE should make sure that the portion of food served should not be left to an employee liking. Employee should be carefully trained and reminded to serve proper portion to all customers. I cannot let one employee prevent me from buying the good food at Chipotle. That’s why I have to post this review. I hope not to have such unpleasant encounter like this one in the future. FEB 13, 2022 - MY LUCKY DAY AT THIS CHIPOTLE yes! I was able to move from 1 star to 5 today. Fresh food, good portion to satisfy a hard working man, priced below $10. MOST OF ALL a team of young men who don’t look all stressed out, who are courteous to us and not getting irritated to help out customers with their “little more” here and “little less” there. For senior citizens (certified by SSA) this Chipotle is THE BEST place to get nutritious meals at reasonable prices. Today 1/12/21 I wish to call the attention of the management to the sad state of the grilled chicken setved. I got mine looking like craps of meat—dry, charred, tasteless and chopped in minuscule pieces. I sound this alarm to safeguard one of my favorite eatery in the Serramonte area where I can find fresh, nutritious, good tasting and reasonable price. Please, dear manager, keep a good QC on your meat. HEALTHY, TASTY & SOOO INEXPENSIVE 👍 With freshly grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans, vegetables, corn, sour cream, lettuce and salsa, this is a perfect meal for me. I feel so fortunate to have this Chipotle in my area. For only $7.50 i do enjoy the food made with fresh ingredients. What a relief and blessing to have you guys during this Covid time.
