The staff is very friendly and the food is always delicious. It wouldn't hurt to keep a closer eye on the floor but with the high traffic volume that the restaurant gets the floor does get a bit dirty. You probably won't even pay attention to it most of their orders are to go overall experience great will definitely come back.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is one of my favorite spots. The flavor combinations are a party in your mouth. And the fact that you can design and create exactly what works for you is key. Top it off with the Lime salted chips and fresh guacamole and I'm in my happy place.

Nice clean restaurant. Staff was nice and pleasant as well. Staff helped me out with everything, kinda waking me thru the process as I am a Chipotle noob. My son was fine, he's eaten at Chipotle in Toronto and it was his turn to pick our lunch spot anyway. As with all tourists trips, you get everyone's advice to stay away from Compton and the surrounding areas. Good thing I don't listen too well or I would have missed out on a great lunch and a staff with an awesome attitude. Be cautious wherever you travel but travel with a positive attitude and you get to see the best the world has to offer. Thanks again and we'll be back again too. Both my son and I reccomend this location. Welcome to Compton folks...
Got better over the years. I remember when it first open the didn't hire blacks. But half of the customer are black and in Compton. Now they have black employees and good customer service. Great place they are fast and clean.

I appreciate the customer service I was greeted with smiles. When I place the order I was told that it wasn't available at the moment and I was told it'll be about 10 minutes. All in all, the experience was a great, I appreciate the customer service and I appreciate the smiles. The team were calm and everybody was trying to work together. Nobody arguing, nobody yelling. Everybody was chill. Will definitely come back 😁

Cane as they had just opened for the day, The staff was very cheerful and greeting every person that was coming in the door all the way from behind the counter loud and clear with a solid HELLO and welcome! I ordered the usual bowl combination that I often get, White rice, black beans, Shredded beef, avocado, cheese and lettuce. The servers where very generous with the portions they put in my bowl. It was my 1st time visiting this location and I found it to be much better than most others, very well cleaned and the staff was very welcoming which made me feel more comfortable and the fact that they where making the solid welcome greeting as everyone was opening the door made people feel nice. Very good job at service quality
Very clean environment and plenty of parking is available. The staff is very friendly they do a good job of making what you ordered in a fairly quick. They also do a good job of making sure that all of the ingredients are ready... ( I have been to previous chipotle's where they ask you to wait until they make some more guacamole or bring out some more veggies) overall it was a good visit
The place is pretty and kept clean! The staff can be a little rude sometimes. However, I enjoy the food since I never really stay here to eat. I love how they have plant based chorizo, which is great for vegans! I do wish they had more vegan options, though. The best thing you could get from here is a burrito bowl.

Was a rather mundane experience. Waited in line for about 10 minutes, got to the counter to see the employee just staring at me waiting for me to tell what I wanted. No hello, no what can I get you, certainly no welcome! I asked for a burrito, not a comment in return, he just grabbed one out of the plastic and threw it lop sided on the heating iron. The only comment he made to me was the single word "protein" more of a statement than a question... enough said, the experience did not improve and when I paid and went to find a table they were ALL dirty and piled with more than one customers worth of debris. Disgusting lack of cleanliness, I did grab a few napkins and wiped off a small area to fit my food. I think Chipotle is having trouble not so much due to the health department problems that seem to plague it, but moreso to that lack of customer service or even acknowledgement.
Service could of been a little better. Due to my encounter with Jacky I didn't feel she was too happy to take my order. As a paying customer was expecting the best hospitality. I know 3 bowls sound like a lot of work but could of put better effort. Just wanted extra lettuce. Hopefully her energy can match the environment
I ordered two chicken burritos served up wrapped up and thrown at me like a football man. the bag was heavy and guess what folks I saved $50 on groceries this month the server didn't have stingy hands. and who cares about the atmosphere smack dab in Compton California off the 91 freeway and put Chipotle Mexican grill in your mouth. So we visited this location 1st time right before closing bad time right. There were 3 staff members but I was told to wait to be helped it about almost short of 5 minutes and the food station was dirty of food droppings and the pinto beans like dry like desert floor. I didn't want to act like a Karen or just decline the service and ordered a burrito. It was ok.

Placed an order online, waited for the time for my order to be ready, got to the restaurant, ask for my order and the guy, being busy gives me my order and turns around. I trusted that everything was in the bag. Get to my car and the kids meal was missing chips and juice. I go back inside and he says that the chips and juice should be inside. I show him the bag and he looks inside, doesn't find the items, becomes upset and goes to the backroom. Comes back and opens and brand new pack of kids juice, literally throws it in my bag and hands me the chips. Not a word said but just huffing and puffing. Never had a bad experience with chipotle... but this guy made it seem like I was stealing. Apart from that, I get home and my bowls are topped to the very line. The extras I asked and paid for were clearly not placed in my bowls.... never again.
I have always picked up at this location since i live close. For 13$ burrito the burrito seemed less packed than usual. I usually feel full but this time I didnt . U know you have a less portioned burrito when the ends of tortilla have extra folds. I love chipotle but maybe i shouldve went to my local taco spot where they forsure hook it up

I always visit this locatiothisn... No more... The staff was lazy and rude. The food preparation area was dirty and never cleaned during my visit. The trash bins were overloaded and smelled bad. I was very disappointed and happy I didn't get sick. Shame on this location.

There were 1 or 2 people ahead of us, and the line moved quickly. We placed our order, and I ordered a chicken bowl. So I asked if he could put a little more. It is called a chicken bowl, but they put two scoops of rice and beans and only 1 of chicken. Anyhow, right away, he says he would have to charge me for double meat with a little attitude. I said, "Really, it's coming out of your paycheck if you add a little more. He wasn't having it, so I let it go. We paid for our order and I asked for the manager. I asked a young man who looked like he was giving orders if he was the manager, and he replied yes. I asked him if he could please have someone clean a table for us because we wanted to eat there and all the tables were dirty. He said he would send someone. Keep in mind there were about 6 or 7 people there and only two making food and one at cashier. We went and got our drink and finally another young man came out to clean the tables. Service was unfortunately unbelievably slow and bad, 6 people in the front cashier was taking forever one guy was standing around doing absolutely nothing very inefficient. Man with glasses and Braids only one actually doing job.

Unable to take pictures. The hot table looked like it had been sitting there for days. All of the food looked dry. It was announced that it was a 20-minute wait for steak. No one was cooking the steak. To make bad matters worse, the grill was filthy. I don't know what else to say.

Horrible service employees talk so much there not paying any attention when taking care of your order as soon as I got to the register the cashier over charged me for the wrong items I did not ask for
Food portions are small. The store was dirty and the servers were so nonchalant. And rude.
I go here all the time and usually receive good service however today, myself and other customers received bad service. Per your website Chipotle opens at 10:30 am and it was 10:34 am and the front door was locked so we went in thru the side door so we could order our food but we were received with an attitude because they were having an issue with the register. Most of the people that go in at that time are going during their lunch break so we are either on a 30 min or 1hr break. I understand that technical issues happen however the employees should be coached and trained on how to handle them.
I been coming to this chipotle for a while but today was just the worst. Joceline the general manager I guess she is new. 1 st of all she mess up my order just because she was in a rush. Then they charge you $5.20 for extra meat that not even enough you can say is like 10 cut pieces is not even the spoon full is least then that. You pay like $20 for a burritos that can barely fill up my 10 year old. As much as chipotle is good you don’t get what you paid for.
Dont waste your money here, go somewhere else thats worth your time and money. The workers here are lazy and rude. I placed an order on the mobile app with extra protein, rice, beans, fajita and lettuce. The bowl was lighter than a feather… only half of the bowl had beans, the rice was nonexistent, the lettuce was old and soggy, and the extra protein was no more than 7 pieces of meat. Dont bother coming here people, drive the extra mile somewhere else.
Very poor service. There were 4 employees seen and only a young lady was helping customers by herself on a Saturday. Long wait time. Then when another employee comes to help, he doesn't and giver the poor young lady a phone order to do also. I hope the young lady get a thank you for her service, and something is told to the other employees. Time at store was 0835 on 7/24/20.
Extremely dirty place, all tables were dirty. Food all over the floors and their prep table always has mixed food, contamination all over it. Not recommended 😕
I’m not sure if her name was Maria or not but she is very rude throwing peoples food away is not acceptable this place seriously needs to be shut down and checked out it’s not okay!!
Ordered on line. Get my bowl and there is literally a tablespoon amount of chicken. I go back in tall yo one young lady, she turns to another lady and tells her my issue. This lady turns around and says something to me with a blank stare. I ask her tonrepeat herself and she throws up a hand and say, what?, you want more meat?" I said said yes I paid for it. She tells me to go to line to get it but then reaches out for my bowl on my hand. I told her "I'll do it because your attitude is disgusting" and walked away. The African American male is at the line. I tell him my issue and he says, "you have to talk to my boss" I stated I did and she sent me down here. The boss ge is speaking is the rude one that was mad because I complained about my protein serving. She gives the okay for him to give me more, after he hands me the cup, I thank him and he turns his head and mumbles "Mmm". I just looked and walked out.I don't understand why they are do angry because I asked for what I paid for. And my food was cold when I picked it up. Seemed like it was sitting for at least 20+ minutes. Hope the service gets better.

I should have taken the warning of the reviews. I’ve never had no many issues witth a chipotle. The place is filthy. There was trash all over the floor and tables which staff made no effort to clean. I was given a quart of a scoop of minced (crumbles, honestly) chicken. The lady making my bowl acknowledged it wasn’t a full scoop and tried to add more, then another guy rudely came over, took my bowl, and said there’s nothing they can do about it. I’m disappointed I didn’t walk out then. The chips I received were burnt. I reached out to customer service because it’s clear that I wouldn’t get support from the staff. This place needs to be cleaned and staff need to be retrained.
The dining area is dirty, trash bins are full of waste, music so loud. They charge you extra for meat that they are skimming you from the meat product. Rude employees there. When I ask for when another batch of tufu will be place out, the lady said after the current one finished, I said that current one looks so dried out .

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER..!! The steak smelled like blood, undercooked and chewy! The CHIPS were soft and NOT seasoned with lime or salt 😭😭😭 The salad was brown, and old. Awful. Waste of $30 We went at 3:30pm on Sunday March 16th.... Dirty facility. I love chipotle but now this one.
It never fails. 🤦🏾♀️ So this is the Chipotle in Compton and this is what they're serving their customers. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Would you eat that??? (This picture was taken right after they opened.) Presentation is very BIG for me besides how it taste. The lettuce is turning brown and withered. It's always something here. Either they don't have CHICKEN 😒 Gaucamole or something that they shouldn't run out of early in the day. The customer service can be horrible depending on when you go in there. They look at you and make you feel like (What do you want any why are you here?) Seriously! And it's always dirty. It's just sad because you want to support business in your City but this is what you give us and how you treat us... NO THANK YOU! I will just go to Carson or Lakewood. I was so happy that my City finally got a Chipotle but it's a disappointment. You can tell whoever the Manager is don't care about their restaurant. PLEASE DO BETTER COMPTON CHIPOTLE!!!

We placed an order with postmates..2 different meals, guy picked up the order wrong, we called to complain about it and chipotle couldn't fix it. Manager wasn't able to fix it.... I know that is the postmates company but your brand it has to be able to provide a solution.. If we ordered thru them is because we are no able to go to the store and pick up the food . Rude lady with a bun took my food and ate it in my face when I asked to get my burrito rewrapped. Even offered to pay for a new one she then made that and ate it . Guess someones hangry
First of all, the portions are terrible. Like I really can't believe the amount of food that they give us now. It's ridiculous. Chipotle and their employees should be ashamed. Also they never have what I want. The meat is always low. It looks so dry. Don't they use projections?? I used to work in fast food and one thing we used was projections. But only because the business was slow. When a business is busy you just keep cooking and cooking and cooking. What's wrong with them. The customer service my goodness is terrible. Why aren't managers teaching anymore and mentoring? It's all about customer service considering that they're making $20 an hour now. Overall horrible. But the portions though I cannot believe I pay that much money for a burrito bowl that has half a scoop of rice. A little bit of meat for outrageous overpriced bowl. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place at all.

When I politely raised my concerns, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff seemed dismissive and attempted to gaslight me throughout the process. They acted as though the charges were standard and implied that I was mistaken, despite the clear discrepancy. This lack of accountability and transparency was both frustrating and disheartening. As a loyal customer, I expect better service, honest communication, and respectful treatment. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of Chipotle, and I hope management takes necessary steps to improve staff training and customer service protocols. Clear explanations and respectful interactions go a long way in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. My visit was on 4/9/25 at 8:30pm PST
This location seem to always be out of something meat, cheese or crema. I went to get a Barbacoa bowl they were out of meat and refused to get some from the phone order side. Instead they wanted me to wait 25mins. My question is why are they running out at 6pm when they close late and what was my two little scoops of meat going to hurt if taken from the other side while they cook more? Someone is not making sure food is in rotation. The staff need more customer service skills. Everyone looks upset no greetings and all the tables were dirty. This review covers 3 separate occasions. I will be taking this further. Something needs to be done. That's Cpt for you.

I say hey is everything in here. They always say yes. I say okay and then I leave and then it's not! I have to keep driving back and I waste time on my lunch so I don't even get a lunch because of their mistakes. It's just ridiculous like I said
