I accidentally called my order into the wrong store. They were very understanding called the other store and cancelled my order with them. Then filled my order in a very quick manner. Very patient understanding The other store, which was Oregon City. No problem canceling my order. It's wonderful to deal with employees like this made for great experience.

Incredible service! The quibbles were a bit sour, but not in a bad way, and they could have put more saw dust on it. Definitely worth the price, though it was lacking in groove. That is to be expected, as most pizza places haven’t gotten up to date with our new alien overlords.

Excellent customer service 01/07/2021. The cashier/staff member was concerned that I had ordered a pizza with a milk product in the base, since I had asked for no cheese on my pizza. He went so far as to get the container for me to look at, just to be safe. His extra effort made a huge difference to our family, as we decided after getting the pizza home not to risk eating it and will now be sure order differently in the future! Thank you!

Papa Murphy's can be described as does okay at best. I've never had their pizza before but my family says it's weird. 5/2/2024 Review Update. After not eating here for 4 years I stopped by to get a CYO Salad And let me tell you that was the best dang thing I have ever eaten. It was the exact taste of having a 4 hour rush and scarfing some food in the back when you could find the time, and I mean that in the best way. So good, will be back everyday for the salad for the rest of my life. I dont know about this new manager though I like the one from 2021 a bit more. What was his name.... Austin or something? Anyway still think the pizza is weird 5 Stars.

I was the only customer when I entered but was still left standing, looking around when I was ready to order. 3 employees passed me when 1 stopped to ask if I was ready . As I finished my order another couple entered and was known by the employee that was helping me (they engaged in conversation during my order).I went outside to wait as after I observed pizzas being made reentered thinking my order should be finished, but to my shock it was the couple behind me that got handed their 3 pizzas 1st by the employee that took my order. After a short time I was handed 1 pizza out of 2 I ordered, and stood waiting wondering why noone was making the 2nd, as noone told me the cinnamon wheels were premade in the fridge.

Ordered online. When I got there, no pizza had been ordered. This is the second time this has happened. No discount, no, we are sorry, Why bother with ordering online? Just end up sitting there while they make your pizza and they won't make it before others they are making. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Got my go to Papa's favorite stuffed pizza last night and found a wood stick in it, like a tree twig I thought it was a chicken bone somehow got in there but nope turned it around and a knot is on the side and in the side that's cut I can see the wood grain, called store and told a lady I wasn't mad just wanted to know how it got in there like maybe an olive twig or something, she laughed at me and said there is no wood used anywhere in the store and that scared me pretty bad, I asked her if she just could look around real fast and help put my mind at ease but she said I have to put you on hold and hung up on me. I've been going to this store for ten years. Never again. wish I could show everyone a picture it's a real tree branch I can't believe it.

Workers are vary disrespectful. I made an order on the phone arrived at the place to get my pizza and told them my name clear as can be over and over and they were pretending like I was saying somebody else's name. Not being mature at all. Then they proceeded to laugh about it making smart comments. I will never go there again

The general manger Dallas was very rude and unprofessional when a concern about my order. I also heard from one of the employees that he does not treat them respectfully and is a little creepy towards his female workers.

I’ve been coming here since 2007. Today I was completely grossed out. The manager had asked a young man with a head full of hair, that was not covered out tied back, to come help on the line. He was in the back with a brush or broom- dropped it- picked it up- came to help- and without washing his hands- put on some gloves. As he was making my pizza, his hair and beard were all of maybe 8 inches from the pizza. I didn’t want to be rude so I took the pizza and left. I’m not going to eat the pizza, I know there will be hair in it. I was told when I called and asked about it that they are not required to cover their hair. Ok, but how about tie it back? I won’t go back.
