Had a impromptu lunch today and service was great (Daniel was our server). Was very friendly and fast. Food was great.. Half rack of ribs.. We got a onion soup and wife asked for extra cheese, was not happy with it so they credited us for it. Very nice people there. Thanks for a memorable experience 😁
Took my own self on a date, and it was really good. I always get their breadsticks. I could literally just eat their breadsticks. Every time I go, and the strawberry Hennessy is always the best. I had two of them and I was feeling great.. I definitely recommend coming here. I went around 5 PM.
I order here to go, easy to do just download the app very easy to use that also give you rewards point that you can use after, thr order was ready in 25 min like the app showed after I placed the order, they have parking for to go customer that goes just to the pick up door perfect for me lol, the food was good tasty, the appetizer have strong flavors (if you are eating in you can have drinks there too they have a decent selection of drinks) I took picture of the package how they give it to me the only mistake I could find is they forget to put the sticks in the hamburger beside that I think was pretty good. In general I enjoyed the experience the food is a lot so if u don't eat a lot is perfect to share! Like my review if it was helpful! 😉
We can here 15mins before closing time at 11:45. We thought for sure we were going to be turned away. Instead, we were greeted with smiles, positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. We ordered a bunch of sharing plates and enjoyed everything. The pretzel was the best I've ever had. If you order it, ask for their ranch to sip into... Amazing.
The drinks are so great. The appetizers are like a meal and reasonably priced. The chicken dish with shrimp and mash potatoes was delicious. It’s always a pleasure whenever I go. *** 12-29 *** I recently went for my birthday dinner. The food wasn’t good. My friend didn’t even eat her pasta. Even the burgers and wings didn’t taste good. The food looked Everyone agreed. Plus the bathroom was disgusting 🤮 *** 1-31 *** The manager Sandy made up for my last visit. Everything was good. Great server and drinks 🍹
TGI Friday's $5 happy hour specials are worth stopping for to avoid sitting in rush hour traffic! The bites and drinks selection from their $5 happy hour specials are great. Their Whiskey Glazed Ribs and Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta from the main menu are delicious and cooked with just the right amount of sauce and seasoning. Kids eat Free every Tuesday so the whole family can enjoy for a great deal. Wing lovers, make sure you go on Mondays for their 50 cents wings from 5pm to close. Service and staff were amazing. Stop by and grab a bite soon! Instagram - @thesofloduo
This was my first time visiting TGIF in years, and it was an incredible experience. Our server, Isabella, was incredibly kind and helpful in choosing drinks and delicious meals. She made our visit truly special and memorable. We will definitely be returning soon!
Had a great experience with Demari. She made both of my Henny Hurricanes to absolute perfection. Great personality and even greater service. Food was good as usual too but Demari’s attention to details and her welcoming demeanor made the experience even better.
Our server, Ronny, was such a great person! Comical, easy to talk too, very sweet, a genuine kind soul, and overall had a very positive demeanor! On another note: the service was great and I would love to have him again. The food was good and very tasteful, highly recommend the Cajun pasta. We had a seating outside and I personally prefer being out there at night for the sole purpose of scenery, it was amazing! 10/10 would come again. :)
5 stars to my server, Juan. The place inside was by far the best Friday's location I've seen. The food was good but I wouldn't be giving a review if it wasn't for our server that went above and beyond. It was late yet he had a huge smile on his face and great tonality in his voice and attitude. (Something that appeared to be absent in the other workers I interacted with.) A great leader by example Juan is. By the end of my visit, there was unfortunately a heckler outside the property, giving unwanted verbal exchanges to passing guests including myself. Juan volunteered to escort me and my party to our car, ensuring our safety as we had felt uncomfortable otherwise. I've never seen Guest Service to this level.
My friend and I went out for dinner and randomly chose TGIF. Isabela our server was great. She was super sweet and was attentive, even with her section being busy. She made sure everything came out well and was honestly what you would ask for in a server. We came on DJ night not knowing and it was just a nice vibe, the food was also good. Def recommend!
Amazing service today! Isabella gave us the best service ever! She was super kind, helpful and very sweet with our kids :) the food was great and she even gave us recommendations of what to order! We had a great dinner and beautiful time tonight at TGI Fridays! Thank you Isabella, you were amazing!! :) we will definitely come back 👍🏼
I had a wonderful experience thanks to my waitress, Isabella. She was sweet, compassionate, and attentive throughout my visit. Her warm demeanor made the meal even more enjoyable, and she ensured everything was perfect. Excellent service—I would definitely recommend her!
my server was amazing, her name was isabella, super attentive anf incredibly kind. i felt so welcome and had a blast at my friends birthday dinner! she made sure our drinks we’re filled up and left nothing to want or need! awesome experience, loved her!!

I enjoyed dining in especially woth the help of our amazing server Isabella. Checked on us frequently and joked with us. She definitely made the experience better with her never ending smile and politeness that every server needs. The food was good as well.
Me and wifey decided to go and get a couple of appetizer platters together and for the price you can't beat it and it was delicious!! Server was a little slow to be honest but besides that was a good experience! I would definitely recommend to go out to this place!!

Very nice atmosphere, and all day Specials in bar area. TV's are great for watching sports. Wheelchair elevator is great! Welcoming staff😊
This was my first time ever coming to TGI Fridays! Our waitress, Isabela was very nice and the food tasted great. The overall presentation was excellent.
Isabella was amazing!!! She provided great service. My bf and Will definitely be dining again.

The food was delicious. The service was fast and done with a smile. We wanted to sit up high but the hostest denied us and sat us in the lowest spot in the establishment, "at least not near restrooms", as she has several parties that booked a booth...fair enough but as a party of "2" we were sat at a table for "6"...doesnt make sense. However, overall good experience for date night with hubby.
TGIF used to be one of my favorite restaurants, especially for happy hour. After having several unpleasant experiences years ago, I put it on my “anywhere but” list. I had a change of heart. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered salmon with jasmine rice and a cucumber and tomato salad. They have various sauces you can add to the salmon. (My first piece of salmon was small and overcooked, so they prepared another one for me, without question.) I added the red chili sauce…spicy but good! Their happy hour is still one of the best. They also have a live DJ on Thursday nights with a nice, relaxing vibe. It is great for singles ready to mingle! I guess I will take them off my list!

The Togo drinks are good. The food was good. The service was not great, even with it being Togo!!!! I felt like I was making the guy have to communicate with me. I’d go back for some Togo drinks! It had been years since I last visited this location!
It's okay service and standard food which you find almost at every Friday's. Servers definitely needs to pay more attention to the quality of service as may be neglecting few in a bunch of other customers just appears little rude and makes them feel unwelcome. Otherwise this place is pretty okay .
The food here is pretty enjoyable, but the deal breaker for young adults would be the "no vertical IDs" policy. Better off going to Bru's Room for drinks. Anyway, I got a Bacon Cheeseburger and a Mango Slush. The service was pretty fast and the food was pretty nice. Fries seasoned well, burger was a bit of a mess and the bottom bun a bit soggy, but not too bad. Eh, come if ya like burgers and mixed drinks.
This place went so downhill! The smell is horrible and the wait staff could care less. The food is pretty good but the smell and overall stickiness is a real turn off. Not clean and falling apart. Wondering how they are still in business. Will never be back. Sorry Friday's!

This is my final time going back to this location. The server was ok. The food was Luke warm and the ambience could have been better. What got to me was our dessert to go. Got home, opened my container of their $16+ Share-a-bration, that took them 16 minutes to prepare, it was poorly packed and looked scanty. The strawberries looked shriveled, the brownies and the cheesecake looked stale and the ice cream 1/2 melted . I’ve been to other locations, NY for example and nothing like this one. Get your act together TGIF , Coral Springs.
Went to dine yesterday afternoon with a party of 10 ( a reunion of friends after some 30 years ) At the conclusion of our meals , the summation was that we would not patronage this location again as it left much to be desired . Wasn't impressed with the level of service , the lengthy duration time it took some members of our party to be served and worst of all : the food and drinks . It was either a hit or a miss - we suffered several misses . Notably , the Cajun pasta was a clear hit to the palate . The cold served fries , the season less wings , the Whiskey Sampler with the ribs in particular were not so much . We left in high spirits not from the tasty alcoholic drinks ( that was certainly not the case ) but from celebrating the occasion for what it was and for enjoying each other's company .
This place has gone down over the years. Went on Father's Day. Was not busy at all. Son's food came out cold. Seemed like the manager was doing the cooking herself. Food took over an hour to come to the table. Waiter was friendly. Drinks were good.
I got the whiskey sliders..... by far the dryest chicken I have ever had. It literally took an hour to bring out. The sliders were so over done. And the waitresss walked by our table atleast a dozen times before we got any refills. It wasn’t even busy at all. I watched a couple of tables come order food and start eating before we got drink refills. Was atleast an hour before we got food. Worst service in my life.
The food was great the last two nights I was here. But, the wait times... I waited up to an hour for my food the last time I was here. (Update: now there is mandatory gratuity and they also ask for a tip on top of gratuity. They take 18% and requests another 20% recommended, they want tips even when you order takeout… Pay your employees to do their jobs and maybe they don’t have to rely on other people’s hard earned money. Safe to say I’ll never come here again. These restaurants save so much by offloading their expensive to the customer via tipping.)
This was the most unprofessional, friendly restaurant service. Ti begin with we walked in and no one greeting us. Just told us to go to bar. The hostesses were both on their phone texting. It took aver 20 minutes to have someone serve us. The drinks took forever and appetizer ( chips and salsa) came like 30 min after we order they were horrible. Then our food came right after our appetizers like 10 min. And that meal was horrible too. It was hot but the chicken was hard n burnt. The shrimp had some Salsa sauce that tasted like cold sphagnum sauce, all I ate was the little bit if jasmine rice they put on. The only that I was pleased with was the mojito. At all this there were no management on the floor n when he was he was just at the bar. He was a unprofessional guy We will never go back. Which is a shame cause used to be one of my favorite place to go
Our visit was terrible from start to finish. The server has really poor customer service, and was not friendly at all. I could barely hear her speak. The service was super slow and when our entrees finally arrived, the presentation was disappointing— the burger was overcooked and looked like it came out of a school cafeteria. Frustrated by this I called the restaurant from my seat to speak with the manager. She was incredibly kind and apologetic, which I appreciated. We packed up our food and went to the bar. Even that experience was mediocre. Overall the visit was a reminder that chain restaurants just aren’t what they used to be. I don’t see myself returning to any TGI-Fridays locations in the future.
I ordered a beyond burger from this location and by the time I time I made it home, I looked and seen it was a real burger with bacon on it. God forbid I was blind or visually impaired and decided to eat it then I wouldn’t have known. I called to let them know and there was no apology or anything done. Not a coupon, free drink or anything offered for their mistake besides we can make you one just bring back the other one, which I don’t agree with. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
We just ordered from this restaurant via Uber eats and it was truly disgusting. Besides missing post of the order. The mash was grayish, the wings were disgusting ( seem old or frozen a long time, not sure. My husbands food was almost entire burnt and stuck together. Fridays has gone so far down hill. This is not my first bad experience here whether in restaurant or ordering. I will not be going back.
Horrible service experience. From the person who seated us, to the server, and even the manager... they all seemed so unconcerned with anyone's experience. The restaurant was not overly busy. Service was extremely slow. The food when it finally arrived was perfect. The manager brought the food and asked if we needed anything else. I told him we didn't have silverware or napkins. He left and returned about 10 minutes later with silverware and napkins... why so long to get what we needed to eat the food that is getting cold? The server stood and talked to guests at a table nearby for over 20 minutes about his TikTok posts while we waited for refills. The food is as good as you remember it, service at this location is very bad. Not surprising that this chain is struggling. The district manager or regional manager is where I place the blame, they need to pop in on Friday's on a Friday evening and give some direction to get the service to an acceptable level.
Sat for ten minutes with no server even to greet us. No drinks, nothing. We were sat and ignored. Until we walked out. We really wanted to try the new menu. Sad. No host....No manager up front to talk to... I waited a minute up front looking for someone to atleast express our concern to.

I ordered today 2 steak sandwiches with fries for my boys. They tried to eat them but they are too salty. I have to find them something else somewhere else to eat.
