The workers are nice and place is clean, but I ordered a chicken sandwich to go, and there was no chicken in the sandwich.. what the heck?? Got the bun, onions, avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes but no chicken 🤣 Manager said they would reach back out to me when I called, so I will update review accordingly. Update: manager reached out within 10 minutes, seemed a bit skeptical but offered a refund or to remake the sandwich. I chose the remake and it was delicious (despite the wrong sauce being on it haha) This was a silly experience and I know accidents happen, it will not dissuade me from coming here again in the future.

As a huge fan of Shake Shack, I always look forward to enjoying their delicious burgers! The quality of the food is consistently excellent, with juicy patties, fresh toppings, and perfectly toasted buns. Each bite is packed with flavor, making it hard to resist coming back for more. The environment at Shake Shack is inviting and vibrant, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Whether dining in or grabbing takeout, the experience is always enjoyable. If you haven’t tried their burgers yet, you’re missing out!

I literally am doing a lesson plan for school and I was on the letter k using ketchup packets. I needed about 100 and they were able to give that amount. They were so sweet and Kylie saved my life. I recommended this restaurant because the service is so good and food is amazing.

Sometimes I like to snack on something quickly. Your restaurant is a great solution for this. Overall, I have a very positive impression; you have created a very interesting solution in your segment. The burger 🍔 was really good, separate five stars for the numbers on the tables, it’s convenient, for the wooden sticks for the potatoes 🍟 and for frendly customer service 😊

This was my first time coming to a Shake Shack. Hallie the cashier was extremely helpful and had an amazing smile! Very kind and sweet! Nathan brought us our food and was very kind and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. What a great crew you have here! I'll be back again and again!

I did order at terminal and take out. If you are using cc you can place your order at one of 3 computer terminals, grab a plastic number sitting next to the terminal, use that number when ordering. They will call that number, hand you your order and you are out. Currently they have the Dubai Shake which is the sides of the cup coated in chocolate and shake made with pistachios. It is a limited time shake and delicious if you don't have nut allergies. My burger was good, the basic Shake Shack burger.

Okay this was an interesting experience. The food was solid. The service was friendly and prompt. But it didn’t feel like somewhere that should’ve cost $36 for two burgers, one basic order of fries, and one milk shake. We saw you could order at a kiosk when we walked in. There was someone available to take orders but he was occupied so we opted for the kiosk. It was fine to use but asked for a tip at the end? Didn’t love that. The burgers are delicious, no real way around that. They cost too much, but are great. Milk shake was a bit melted but tasted great (cookies and cream). The fries were good but maybe a tiny bit overdone? 3.5 stars rounding up to 4 here because the burger was really solid.

Food is good but on the expensive side for what you get, both in dollars and also in caloric density. Also try to avoid placing pickup orders during busy periods. This is often a problem for many such popular joints so just be aware. Some of the food components were clearly "older and colder" than others and the orange cream float didn't have a scoop of ice cream anymore when it was handed to me, it was a glob of melted cream. The float has clearly been made earlier than when the food was ready, so was just allowed to sit at warm room temp for some minutes while the rest was getting ready. Will I go again? Absolutely, but I don't go very often anyway so I don't mind the occasional missteps.

The staff were incredibly polite and responsible, checking in on us multiple times to offer refills and even cleaning up the table for us. We ordered the chicken burger, which was delicious, and paired it with their cheesy fries—both were absolutely fantastic. I left feeling very happy and satisfied. Highly recommend Shake Shack for both their food and exceptional service!

The black truffle burger is nothing like they advertised. It's tiny too for over $10. You'll need to spend $30 here to get full.

Onto the food, I ordered the truffle burger and my partner ordered a shack burger, both burgers patties had virtually no flavor. My complaint is really as the the price point and quality of the food, realistically outside of the special sauce from the black truffle most burgers at any other store would have more flavor than this. Staff again was amazing, just hoped more from a 13.99 burger :/

The staff will literally make sure you feel that you are not welcome by rolling their eyes to the back of their skull if you ask for a side of sauce or any question. I also witnessed an uber eats driver come in and talk with the staff, at first I thought the driver was giving attitude, come to realize the worker was being rude to her. Audibly said bye thank you have a good night and the lady at the front looked at me, and proceeded to ignore me. So I said really? No response? I get it you wanna leave work but you work in service.
