Food was okay. This was my first time in the restaurant and it was fine. Maybe 1 step up from Taco Bell. Nothing knocked my socks off. Just average. The people were very friendly so 4 stars for service. Would I go back? Maybe if I just wanted fast and cheap Mexican food. Although I'm doing Mexican cuisine a disservice by associating it with this food.

Was very curious about this chain. First time stepping inside of one and learning it has a fast food type set up. The service was VERY friendly. The environment was clean and very colorful. The food was prepared quickly. And they also have a salsa bar with salsa, pico de gallo, cilantro, butter, and jalapeños. I ordered the nachos and the chicken enchiladas. The enchiladas were a bit cold/warm. The rice and beans were served hot. The flavor was better than expected for this fast food type set up. I do think the prices were a bit high again for fast food. But this is also more so because I don’t typically shop for fast food. However with the great/kind service and the flavor, I’d say this is a great option when you’re in a pinch for something quick and don’t mind fast food.

We love Rosa’s but we were disappointed in this location by the portion that was given in a ToGo order we got the fajita plater but it should be called the rice and bean platter cause the amount of meat they give you is enough to make 2 tacos and that’s pushing it

Hardly anyone in here but the tables were all dirty and we had to search for a clean table. Food was ok, my enchilada was horrible. It had a hard piece of cheese inside of it. And no flavor in the tamale. They are very dry as well. Stick to the tacos and hope for the best. Rice is absolutely gross!

It's amazing you charge so much for tacos and don't actually put anything in the taco. The flavor of the food is pretty decent. It's even more awesome knowing Spanish and hearing some employees talk about customers. Disappointing.

Been here a couple of times and to other locations and it’s just okay. Nothing to write home about. What they call a burrito is definitely not one. It was so freaking small. It was pita with chicken and nacho cheese. Very disappointing and the taco salad is basic. The steak was pretty tasty but that’s it. Again nothing great and customer service is blah. Probably not going back anymore but eat at your own risk. Oh the guacamole is not that tasty. Pretty bland but that’s my opinion. May be good to others. The food overall is blah. Truthfully I’d rather eat Taco Bell.

I ordered a chile verde and egg plate from this Rosa’s Café, but the meal I received did not match what is advertised or what I’ve been served in the past. The plate was mostly eggs, with very little chile verde, and the beans looked old, as if they had been made earlier and reheated. After going through the drive-through, I went inside to speak with the front-counter employee. I explained that I’ve been a long-time customer and that this dish is normally served with a generous portion of chile verde alongside the eggs and beans. What I received was essentially an egg plate with a small amount of chile verde and unappetizing beans. The employee told me that maybe the person who prepared my plate made it incorrectly, which suggests inconsistency in how this item is prepared. Because chile verde is part of the name and the price of the dish, I asked for additional chile verde,that I purchased to correct the order I had already paid for. When I got home and opened the container, I was shocked to find that it was red chile, not green. “Verde” clearly means green, not red. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. I shouldn’t have to return multiple times just to receive what I originally ordered and paid for. Consistency and accuracy are important, especially for long-time customers.

The food looks appetizing and then you take a bite. Bland. Totally, completely bland. There is no flavor whatsoever on any of their meat. We’ve tried their fajitas, their enchiladas, queso and now tacos. Bursting with nothing but disappointment. The restaurant is so beautiful and the workers are nice but the food is the reason the place is always dead on a Saturday night during dinner time.

I ordered 2 chicken nacho salads and one beef nacho salad and a chicken taco salad, once home after receiving the order I found two beef nacho salads with no tomatoes and another one with just bare chips and a slap of guacamole on there and then found a fat slab of beef in my chicken taco salad. 🤨😐 very interesting...it seems every other time I've went to this location its messed up an order

I've been to 2 different Rosa's Cafe and there is one consistency...it is bad. The food quality is between taco bell and taco bueno. I've had their enchiladas and their burrito. The atmosphere is great, but the food is bad. I substituted the ground beef in the smothered burrito with fajita chicken. The chicken was dry and there was literally nothing in the burrito but the chicken. The "smothered" portion,, tasted like canned chili. (Included picture for help) i would say stick with a local Mexican restaurant like, Villa Grande or le cima.
