Great chewy fresh boba is the standout. The Hong Kong milk tea isn't quite strong enough for my liking, but the roasted oolong and jasmine milk teas are great renditions.

Always a pretty short wait, even when there's multiple people in front of me. They make their own boba in house with no additives or food coloring, which is really nice. Tends to be a little more expensive than your typical boba place but the quality is worth the cost to me. They do not take cash, so plan accordingly.

Really impressed with their boba. Very soft and chewy, I loved it. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee drink with boba and the drink tasted great, very strong flavor. Service was great too, everyone was friendly and my drink came out quick. I’d go back and recommend.

Love that they make fresh, clear boba. You can customize sweetness, ice, and milk! My partner is usually super picky but he loved the mango smoothie. And I loved the matcha latte with boba 💕 I’ll definitely start going there on the regular.

6/5 stars for them going above and beyond during this pandemic time. They have a Square payment station where you can sanitize your hands and input your own order. Love this local boba place. Tea quality is great and comes through with the delicious creamy mixture. Favorite is the oolong then jasmine. Boba is made in store and is quickly becoming one of my favorite boba of all time. Their boba has that homemade jelly texture with the perfect bite and sweetness to it. Price is like 50 cents higher on average compared to other places if I get a large with boba, but it's worth it because you are supporting a local business over chain location #123. I have been here like 5-6 times and will definitely be coming back.

It's super good and you definitely need to try it out to know. If the lid for the crema had a smaller opening for drinking though, it would've been easier to tip the drink more to get a good mix of tea and creme. Will definitely be back again to try more of the menu.

Got the lychee tea with boba instead of the lychee jelly. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The more I drank the better it got. The boba tastes and feels “cleaner” than the usual dark ones.

I just randomly chose this store and it’s amazing! The boba is softer than others. I bought a mango summer tea and a hongkong milk tea.

It hasn't picked up quite yet on the attention this place should have. The mango king is definitely a drink to get. It is frozen mango puree with mango ice cream and whipped cream on top. I usually get a Thai iced tea, but their boba is so soft and delicious, should give that a try if your thing is boba.

Staffs are quick and patient with taking orders. Drinks are ready in a timely manner too. Got me a jasmine milk tea..love that it actually has tea aftertaste without being overly sweeten. Ps: I got less sweetness and less ice

We tried this boba place and took Mango King & Hong Kong Tea with Boba Mango king Tastes good not extraordinary but decent and good The HongKong boba tea felt a bit bland but okay manageable. Pricing is fair. No washrooms inside. Not great ambiance More of a ToGo place! They initially forgot to add boba to my order ! I had to ask for it. It’s a decent place. Not extraordinary but good. Do check for the boba before you leave!!!

Love(d) this place, but the inconsistency in flavor is annoying. I have the same order every time, and the sweetness level is never the same.

If I’m going to be honest, it didn’t exactly suit my taste. The boba was hard and the milk tasted sour. I threw it away after 1 sip. I’m not sure if it was just an off day but I’m never going there again.

Decent milk tea, Boba is good and chewy. But cheap lids that would not puncture with their straws. Overflowed and sprayed drink all over the inside of my car.

Bobaville is a bit out of the way for me, so I don't think I'd specifically make a trip to come here.. Maybe I'd try it again if I happen to be in the area.

My friend loves this place. It has a big parking lot (with tight spaces) and has a lot of seating. Inside is cute with a neon lights sign, perfect for instagram. There was a decent line when I came in, but ordered the hong kong milk tea with boba and a lychee tea. The drinks came out pretty fast. I didnt love the boba. It's smaller than normal boba, but not quite mini boba. The drink didn't really have much flavor, even though I got full sweetness. But my friend really enjoyed her lychee tea. Maybe I just didn't like their hong kong milk tea, but I was a little disappointed in it. Their drinks are a little more expensive, but it seems they use more quality ingredients. This place is convenient, with the parking lot. I would probably come back to try their other drinks, but I would not get it with boba.

Don't order online at all. Even directly through the Bobaville website or app. It lets you order when they are closed and it also doesn't tell you how soon "ASAP" is until after you pay. So then your order can be hours (yes literal hours even if they are open) away from a pick-up time. Which you don't know until AFTER you pay. There's no way to resolve any of this without a real person in front of you. Also the kiosk to order inside has been down before. So one person taking orders and making drinks and handling messed up preordering systems and upset customers. Be nice to the workers because it's not their fault. But this place is not managed well at all. That being said it's my 4 yr olds favorite boba. 😊 So if you walk-in only and are ok waiting awhile it's good.

Worst boba I’ve had in the Bay Area. My boyfriend and I came here to try them and not a great idea. He got the taro milk tea, tasted NOTHING like taro. Almost tasted like flour in water. I on the other hand got the strawberry jasmine fruit tea, super sweet. Almost got diabetes from just drinking it. $11 wasted since we immediately threw ours out.
