Depends on who makes my coffee but there is one lady there whom every time she makes mu coffee it tastes like she pours all the waste in my cup. I used to ask for fixes but today I am starting a new trend with my daily coffee. If it is undrinkable then I will ask for a refund. I am sure that will make a dent in seeing who is causing these problems for this store. I have been going to this store almost daily over the past year since moving here. And Starbucks isn’t the problem rather the hardheaded ones who think they are trained properly enough to slam drinks out. Its not all bad! There is definitely a few there that make it worth the daily drive as a regular there. One in particular is so good that I have told her often she deserves that black apron because our drinks always taste wonderful! When they lose her the store is basically not even worth trying out anymore tbh. 😂 so hopefully she trains some up before she goes or they find some other amazing drink makers!!!

The 5 staff working were very nice and helpful, however the store was filthy. I had to request that my table be wiped down because over half of the tables were dirty. The sugar station was appalling, trash coming out through the holes on the counter and coffee stains everywhere. Even the pick up counter was filthy. The store had the tall storage cupboards open behind the register. It just looked disheveled overall, not what you expect when you think of the Starbucks brand.

Before remodel 5 stars , after 1 star ! Tables, floors and seats filthy and it’s only 9 a.m. No napkins to even wipe off tables. New patio seating roped off with caution tape, and staff devoid of personality. This feels like an alternate universe. Change is not always for the better. Went to my car for wet wipes to clean table before my friend arrived.

Something was missing. It did not taste as it normally does. If traffic wasn’t a mess I would have taken it back. I pray the one for my son is better. Or it’s wasted money. They need to do better. I should have tried it before I left when I saw someone from the drive thru pulling in and going in with their drink. Never had a drink this nasty before from this Starbucks. The Mocha cookie crumble is sweeter. This is bitter. Strike 1. Wasted my $12.19

Summer

I don’t want to leave this review , but I feel like I should , ordered two coffees last night with oat milk , pretty normal order because my mom and I should not drink dairy and can’t. But last night coffees tasted a bit off , she couldn’t drink hers. I shrugged it off and I couldn’t drink mine either. Mean while I’ve been up the entire night sick . So please check dates on products and or make sure customers are getting the right products in drinks. I know what it’s like to work in that type of industry I know it can suck. Drink also tasted a bit sour, even if it was oat milk. Normally love Starbucks but this time was a huge miss. Please be careful and more mindful on drink recipes. Thank you also way to much espresso part of issue as well. They put way too much espresso, I’m talking 10 times , I ordered shots of white mocha, So I’m assuming they put milk and espresso shots. Not the white chocolate sauce I asked for. We will not be back to any Starbucks again. Cause a lot of problems, please becareful, espresso shots are no joke no, and I only drank a little bit. If you’re not gonna make the drinks with love please give it to somebody else.

This building looks just like a bank. Super cute. The person at the window didn’t even speak. Not hi not thank you, how are you nothing. Just handed the credit card machine to me and took it back. Handed the drinks and closed the window. I thought wow how do you have a job and don’t even great people. Sorry excuse for a person who deals with the public!

We have gone to this starbucks multiple times since it is directly off 95 and could be a nice and quick detour. Except its never a quick and easy detour, the line is always through the parking lot here. The baristas always have an attitude about your order and why you need to be charged extra for any request, yes a billion dollar company is asking you to pay more for simply not asking for a drink full of ice. Starbucks is one of those companies this is so disconnected from reality and only belongs in big cities. So many better smaller businesses you can get coffee or drinks from, 7 Brew is a great alternative. Starbucks prices and water down strategies are ridiculous to the point where they are losing loyal customers of over 7 years. Starbucks and all these other companies should learn to be like Costco

Stopped here on a road trip and it seems like all employees are unfriendly and have poor customer service. Pay for overpriced coffee and food (we paid over $50) and it comes with a side of eye rolls!

The receptionist at register was terrible rude. I was just starting my day for a cup of coffee. Add a shot is 1.25 and with a blunt face a lady at register gives me atitude its 2.85. Like how? I order stsrbucks all the time. I have orded extra shot so many times. Mever had a over price charge. The staff is very rasict of the colour u are is how these people treat u. Very very poor customer service and very poor humanity

We were happy to find a Starbucks still open at 8pm as we were traveling back from being out of town. I placed a mobile order and we went inside to pick it up. The coffee was usual Starbucks’ quality, and I’m thankful for that, however, the girls working this night were very short and unwelcoming, and mocking and laughing at customers. I don’t know her name, but the girl instigating the making fun of customers was wearing glasses. This is the first time I’ve witnessed baristas at Starbucks being rude and I’m writing this review so that the store operator might be made aware. The type of service people experience at these chains should still be as important as the quality of the food/beverage. Consistency is key all the way around.

I've been coming here pretty regularly lately with a friend to study. We were in Starbucks today, and I was told that in order to get a water you have to purchase something. I declined. My friend later joined me and we were very rudely approached by a staff member stating we'd been there for a while and needed to order something per their policy. We stated that we would order something later and she became argumentative and very rude about it. It was completely uncalled for and very rude. There was a higher up sitting near us, and they just sat and let her talk to us rudely without an apology or without correcting her. I will not be doing business here ever again.

0/10 incorrect drink & tone deaf Memorial Day drawings. I ordered my drink in the drive through & when I got to the window - they attempted to hand me the wrong drink. I advised them of my correct order & they proceed to discuss with the window open how annoying I was for the inconvenience / how they definitely typed in my order right so I was lying. When I got my drink, I noticed a drawing with 2 dollar signs and a tongue... drawing might’ve been funnier on literally any other day but Memorial Day.
