We stopped by this hidden gem while passing through town, and it did not disappoint! We had the queso, combo fajitas, and an à la carte cheese enchilada—everything was absolutely delicious. The enchilada might just be the best I’ve ever had! Next time, I’m definitely getting the full enchilada plate. Highly recommend this spot—the food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the place was clean. This will be our go to spot to when traveling through town next time.

The owners are wonderful people and their food is so delicious. I have been there for breakfast and dinner. Their Friday fish is some of the best I've tasted.

You gotta love Prados it's a Texas treasure..If you find yourself in DeLeon you owe it to your taste buds to treat them to Prados cuisine.. 😋

I would drive 100 miles for their tacos. Small town centered around one of the best restaurants in Texas. I wish they had one in my home town.

Awesome breakfast and breakfast burritos! Lunch is really good too. The service is always solid. I just wish they were open for supper...

Breakfast burritos are what they are famous for the #2 with there homemade hot sauce and tortillas are my favorite. There lunch plates are yummy too the beef enchiladas and the beef chili Relno are my 2 favorites here!

The food and people here were great I will admit though I was a little disappointed that the chicken fajitas tacos was more like just plane grilled chicken and didn't have the true taste that chicken fajitas would have let alone no onion or bell pepper with it which would normally be in something like that. Other than that it was pretty good and the people were real nice and joketive.

The waitress Lisa was the best! Good iced tea. They had 2 lunch specials the Weds we went. Wide open area not crowded at all. Be sure to get there before noon so you can get a table

Soft Homemade tortillas were excellent as was the inside ingredients of my steak taco...it was my 1st experience at this establishment... but it won't be my last...Good Job!

Soft Homemade tortillas were excellent as was the inside ingredients of my steak taco...it was my 1st experience at this establishment... but it won't be my last...Good Job!

Well it was clean, friendly and okay on the price. I had a breakfast burrito. I personally felt it to be over salted. Small portion of filling compared to the one in Gorman. However I would like to try their lunch menu before I make a final decision on the menu.

Terrible waitresses! They act like filling a glass is beneath them. I travel a lot for my work and visit a lot of small cities. I've not seen many waitresses who seem to think themselves so above their job. They will serve you and check on you but aren't real quick on the refills. Shame, too. The food is nice and hot!

Good food but not worth the price or the wait. Gorman has a better place to eat where the staff actually takes care of you. The prices are stupid high for such small portions.

The service is terrible. I was totally ignored, no acknowledgment that I was seated, no menu, nothing. I seated myself at a table near the register, so I'm positive the two staff members knew I was there. I left after being snubbed, and I will never go back.
