The cleanest Whataburger in Texas!!! Service was pleasant and polite. Yea that stuff matters. Food was good. We travel for work, and this may seriously be the CLEANEST WHATABURGER IN TEXAS!! I will bring them a BLUE RIBBON NEXT time, because that's some blue ribbon grandma clean!!

Service could have been better considering there was no one in line. The young men had good attitudes tho but slow moving . They kinda remind me of Beavis & Butthead. The blonde hair one really tried hard to get the order back right but it went left so quick. They forgot my cookie too. I didn't even know that until I was on 225 headed to downtown. I decided to try the boneless wings and they were really good. They didn't give me napkins but the one inside the fork set. I just didn't like that because who only uses one little tiny napkin while eating some drenched BBQ wings is all I'm saying. Then my drinks were originally sprite but the sprite was out and deceiving as hell. It was hot outside so I was thirsty between the BBQ sauce and the heat I was ready to refresh myself with a nice cold sprite. Not a mouth full of carbonated water omg I almost choked to death in the back parking lot. I drove around another customer just to get to the window and the little brown hair brace face one kinda ignores me waving my arms around. I got the attention of the little blonde guy & he tells me he can replace it like give me Sprite again. After drinking the spicy salty weird flavor water I didn't want sprite anymore in this lifetime, so I decided to get another drink. They took a little long to just replace the drinks but very apologetic. They were really trying hard but just slow as snails. The fries were very fresh and other than the 2 drinks being bad and them forgetting my cookie they were O.K. They tried but could improve on the coordination of what each workers job is to do. The one with the head set clearly wasn't able to pay attention at the window. The other worker noticed which maybe he also should be at the window as a second attendant. There were plenty of workers when I went. There were some outside and crossing the street so they have plenty of staff. They could improve but they had good attitudes and weren't rude. They just happen to forget some things. Napkins was a big one when serving anyone those boneless wings.

They never greeted me at the counter. I just stood there forever(more than 5 minutes) & decided to leave lol do better.

Service, quality, and quantity have gone to crap ever since Whataburger was sold. To the people who bought Whataburger YOU RUINED IT

Saddest looking salad I’ve ever gotten from whataburger ever! This sure doesn’t look like $13 salad !! I guess I’ll keep getting my food from whataburger on decker in Baytown they have the best service and food!

I used to love this location; however, it’s really gone downhill. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. My card was dropped, and I had to call, which I normally never do, because I was waiting for a salad, my breaded chicken was cold, and several items were missing. It seemed like no one wanted to work, and the mistakes were treated like a joke. Due to everyone laughing and looking out the window.

I guess fresh fries and easy to follow instructions do not exist at this location. Whoever owns this franchise does literally zero quality control and it shows with the absolute trash they send out the door.

Ordered a Grilled Chicken salad,brownie, and a 20 oz lemonade. Wait time at the window was 15 minutes. I get my order thinking everything is ok wit my order, it wasn’t. They forgot to put a fork for the salad. My brownie wasn’t in the bag. I asked for 1000 Island dressing, they gave e Balsamic Vinaigrette. Thought I received a 20oz lemonade, turns out it was the 16oz. Won’t be visiting this location EVER again.

Came to this location TWICE and the first time was unprofessional, the lady at the window had an attitude and they also forgot something in my bag. Decided to stop by today to grab a coffee stood at the counter for three minutes, and no one proceeded to approach me. And it wasn’t even busy.

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru just to get my 2 chicken sandwiches that were so under cooked that all you see is raw pink meat, smh.
