Grand opening ! This place is on point. Large variety of options to choose from. A selection of pastries and muffins as well. You can customize anything you want. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about options and flavor customizations. Lobby is great, music, couches, tables, bar stools. Many items are available for purchase. The specials they have opening week is awesome! Today was BOGO ! See pic for flyer of all other specials this week. We will be back ! Drive thru is run like Chick-fil-A, lol your in your out !

I've been coming here frequently since opening day! I love it here so so much. Always a clean, appealing, and chill environment. The employees are so kind and fast with orders! The mocha chiller is my go to, and the pastries are worth a try!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of trying the Mexican Mocha at Black Rock Coffee Bar, and it was fantastic! The perfect blend of cinnamon and vanilla added a unique twist to the mocha that made it unforgettable. The flavors were perfectly balanced, creating a cozy and satisfying drink. The drive-thru service was quick and friendly, making it a great experience overall. Highly recommend stopping by and trying this delicious treat!

Staff are always friendly and quick with orders. Also there is this one gentleman that wears these amazing tshirts that remind me of the shirts that Spencer from ICarly would wear. Whenever I see him, I think of the scene where Spencer goes "FOR TIL COLLEGE!" He's friendly and compliments my shirts from time to time too.

The workers on Spencer, really are FANTASTIC!!! My order is never wrong, and coffee taste like coffee, unlike other spots where it’s watered down or has an oily aftertaste.

I was in the area and needed a quick fix before meeting a friend. Black Rock was in front of me so I decided to go through the drive-thru. There were a few cars in front of me, but they moved quickly. The girl that took my order was super nice when I forgot my wallet and offered the Google Pay option. She highly recommended the Rocky Road Chiller, which I was super excited about. The employee ensured the drink would not be painfully sweet. Whomever fixed my drink did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place. I look forward to coming back.

I absolutely love coming to this location, the team here is so amazing and super helpful. I like that they have plenty of parking and seats. I got the bacon breakfast taco and it was okay it just tasted like microwaved fast food. The dragon passion fruit green tea was yummy.

I ordered a matcha latte with strawberry foam and at first they left a lot of clumps of the matcha which I strongly dislike. But a very kind employee remade the drink for me free of charge and made my cup larger. I'm glad I gave them the chance to remake it because they definitely delivered on this drink. Will be recommending!

I’m so mad right now! I was very excited about my iced matcha that I ordered through Uber Eats paying over prize, it just got here and is technically milk with sugar and some kind of flavor that tastes nothing like matcha (more like pistachio ice cream if anything at all). Idk if it’s the baristas, the powder they use or the Black Rock recipe but please skip this beverage if you like a good matcha, tastes nasty and is going to the trash right now.

3 months ago this location was the best ! This was my old google review below***** 11/11 I have been coming here a really long time and recommend others to this location, but I I no longer do so. They made a new rule on how the serve the cold foam….. so the way I like my cold foam I have to ask for extra but even when I order extra they still give me the bare minimum, then catch attitude when I’m asking the is this extra cold foam ? This has not happened once’s but already 2 weeks straight my favorite coffee shop is no longer the best just because this new staff that I didn’t see 3 months ago got some ugly attitudes. Example on how it looks now when they add cold foam now to back then. ************ I am a customer that comes in on a daily these ladies/staff is so friendly. I highly recommend to check them out and their coffee, it’s great !

Got to the window with my Vet ID fully out facing the window, while both ladies stare forward and act like they didn't see me for at least 2 minutes straight while nobody was in the Drive-Thru with hardly anybody was in the main dining room.. . I decided to go to another Black Rock location hopefully this location gets a handle on their customer service and the attitudes of their team members! I did not feel comfortable eating or consuming anything from there with the team member with that type of attitude
