I had a great experience at this restaurant. When I added my name to the waitlist, I was told the wait would be about 10–20 minutes. Shortly after, they actually had my table ready and sent me a text notification. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the message fully and was waiting in my car, so I missed when they called my name. When I went back inside about 30 minutes later, they kindly explained what had happened. It was completely my mistake, and the staff handled it professionally. Emely was especially friendly and even joked about the situation, which made it lighthearted and comfortable. Overall, the service was excellent, and I really appreciated how understanding and welcoming the staff were. I would definitely return.🦦🦦

I have been eating at this Texas Roadhouse for at least 20 years & have been extremely satisfied with the high quality of food. Service is always great! The quality of steaks has been better than lots of very high dollar exclusive steak houses, until, roughly, the last year. Something has changed in the kitchen. My steaks have consistently had a section that is gristle & cannot be chewed, so I spit it out. It's embarrassing when I have to do that, but I'm not going to swallow gristle. The sirloin steaks are cut unusually thick now, not thin, like they used to be. My alternative choice, pork chops, are now cooked to be firm & dry when they used to be soft & juicy. Whatever changed in the last year, would you please change it back? Sides that I order are always excellent, but steaks & pork chops are not. I miss having a steakhouse nearby where I can go & enjoy a nice meal without any negative surprises. Thank you for all of your sincere efforts, but would you please double check those steaks & pork chops as they're being served.

My family took me to the Texas roadhouse for my birthday on Sunday, 23 November. The food was good surprisingly crowded for a Sunday afternoon. Our server was overwhelmed. She would not take time enough to listen to our complete order some of the items that we ordered were brought out to us and served to us incomplete. The white staff needs more period. I would still go there again, but I would make sure that I had a better waitress or waiter. It’s like nobody wants to work anymore. They just wanna stay at home or take it easier. But our waitress was just overwhelmed with too many people again. They need to increase their white staff, but I would recommend this location and like I said I plan on going there again.

Everything is bigger in Texas except at Roadhouse. Food is great, but they under pour the wine every single time. Don't put a line on your glass if you're not going to meet it, especially if it's already sent back once

Overall ok experience considering it was a busy time. Checked in exactly at 5pm. Sat less than 15 minutes later. Emeley was great. Professional. Took my name and number down no problem. Danica, our waitress was okay. Clearly she was tired but was pushing through. I ordered an alcohol beverage, appetizer entree and kids meal. The appetizer didn’t arrive before the entrees so I canceled it. I received chicken fried chicken instead of chicken fried sirloin. It was corrected in a couple minutes. No problem. Settling the check took a lot longer than I expected but in the end we dinned for a hour. Not a terrible experience considering the businesses of the establishment. I visited December 2025 on my birthday and had a ok experience as well. Perhaps we’ll visit during a less busy time next time

Okay so I joined the waitlist online and was estimated 5-15 minutes. I checked in and out “here” as the text instructed me to. I get another text to approach the host to be put “on deck”. (Mind you I am 4 MONTHS pregnant so for my own comfort I want a table.) I approach the host whose name was Sammy and asked her if I could have a table instead of a booth. She says okay it would be an extra 15-20 minutes and I said okay. I give them 30 minutes and I approach the host to ask if there’s an update because multiple families that got there AFTER me had been seated.. EMELY or however its spelled proceeds to give me an attitude that “we texted you 35 minutes ago”. I explained to her that I had asked for a table and Sammy told me it would be 15-20 minutes and I told her I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Emely proceeds to shrug her shoulders at me and give me attitude!!! Like where is the customer service nowadays?!?! Then a woman in a blue shirt I don’t know if she’s a manager or what didn’t care either that her employee gave me an attitude so after wasting a good 40 minutes of my time my family and I left and will not be coming back :)

Must be the location. We love Texas Roadhouse but this location time after time gets it wrong a lot. Also, I rarely leave reviews but if they don’t care about my dining experience, then their lack of professionalism needs to be known. First, my steak doesn’t come out the way I asked for it, which is fine because again, Roadhouse usually doesn’t get it right the first time, but then I have to wait another 15 minutes for my steak to be fixed from medium to medium well…and this is only because we told the manager to go and check on my steak. By then my husband’s food was cold and our dinner experience was ruined. Then they asked if my husband would like his steak recooked and by the time I had finished eating, we asked server to put his steak to go. Manager blamed cooks when it is known that in a well organized facility everything’s always team work. Don’t point fingers! Fix it!!

Where should I start, i normally go to the Pearland TX location but this one was closer, I had an order to go , i get my food and noticed they gave me a frozen apple pie which i told staff they were very nice replacing it immediately. I proceeded to eat my food everything was bland and my steak was very tough. I had a desert of apple pie which was disgusting the dough was completely raw at the bottom, I would never come to this location again!

Food is cooked wrong most of the time. Servers are careless and distracted. Managers used to around tables asking if everything was good, but they no longer do. Past year this location has gone downhill. I love Texas Roadhouse, but I'm going to have to drive to other locations.

My husband and I finally decided to go have dinner here on a Wednesday night. Very busy so we were sat at the end of the walkway with a large family sitting with the extended table right next to us. Was very cramped to say the least. Ordered our food finally after a long wait. Rattlesnake bites were so cold from sitting the cheese didn’t even stretch when took a bite. We both ordered salad as a side, the salads didn’t come till after our steaks. My husband ordered medium but his steak was under done. We could never get any refills on drinks or nothing.. I guess the managers seen on camera and kept apologizing and credited our appetizer. While we were eating they took the table extender off and lifted it up over our table while we were eating, like gross. Also lifted the extra chair over my husbands head to hang on the hooks, all while we were eating. This place has horrible service and food was just plain.

I have been there twice in the last 4 months and both times the meat was dry. The first time I ordered a 6 oz steak medium and it was too dry to eat. The second time which was just last month I ordered a single pork chop and it was also dry. The rest of the food was good but the meat just too dry. Sorry but I definitely want be back. Maybe a different location will be better. Ive eaten at the location in Lake Charles Louisiana and have never had a problem.

Bad experience. Yesterday online I got on the list for 2 people and a highchair. I received a text message saying my table was ready so we went to the hostess and they took us to a table. When we arrived at the table there was no space for a highchair so I asked if they could give us a table with space for a highchair. They took us back to the hostess and the hostess replied rudely “ you’re just going to have to get on the waitlist again”. I expressed to her that our reservation was booked requesting a high chair and the other hostess looks at the computer and then responds “ well you still have to wait 20 minutes “. At this moment I did decide to leave the restaurant because how are you going to take me to a table that doesn’t have what I requested and then take my back to the front to tell me that I have to wait another 20 minutes when my table should have already been ready. These 2 young ladies working as hostesses yesterday evening handled this situation very poorly. I have been coming here for many years as a reside close to this Texas Roadhouse and never had a bad experience until last night.

Used to be a restaurant I’d visit a few times a month. Was having issues with my takeout orders so finally decided to speak to someone when I made it home not noticing I didn’t have any rolls with my steak dinner. Got a call from what I think was the owner. He was very unprofessional handling my concern as he was agitated for having to speak to me about my complaint. He came across as rude and arrogant. As a long time customer who tips extremely well and never complained, I expected better than being told that rolls are a courtesy and not something I am guaranteed on a takeout order. Basically indicating I should be happy to get something “free”. News flash, the rolls are the main reason I used to go there as your steaks are average.

My family and I love dining at Texas Roadhouse in Pasadena, especially on Fridays. However, this time we decided to visit on Saturday, and we encountered some issues that upset us. First, the male hostess seated us without any acknowledgment, leaving us unsure if that was indeed our table. When I asked, "Excuse me, is this our table?" he simply nodded in response. After sitting down, our waitress, Kimberly, took our order about 3 to 5 minutes later, and everything seemed fine at first. However, 15 minutes passed before she brought my spouse his alcoholic drink, while I had yet to receive mine. When I inquired about my drink, she either didn't hear me or ignored my question. She left and returned 10 minutes later, bringing another Sprite for my son. When she asked if we needed anything, I mentioned that I was still waiting for my drink. She apologized and went to check on it. Five minutes later, she informed me that my drink was not ready and they would start a new one. By that time, our food had arrived. Another 10 minutes passed before she returned with my drink, standing there until I acknowledged her presence. I accepted the drink but had already started eating my dinner. After another 15 minutes, she came back to ask if we needed anything, and we said no. Another 15 minutes later, she asked again, and I requested to-go boxes. She brought us three boxes but didn’t return to ask if we needed bags or drinks to go, completely ignoring us after that. We decided to pay and leave. We usually tip well, especially when the waiter goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, but that wasn’t the case this time. I didn't expect to have this kind of experience at Texas Roadhouse. If you're not having a good day, it might be best to take a break and clear your mind. If you're unhappy with your job, consider looking for something else. Customers come to enjoy their meals and have a good experience, which encourages us to keep coming back. I left feeling quite disappointed.

Ordered two kids meals and portion is infant with not enough to enjoy for a 7 and 8 year old. Spoke to management and they are fixing now but unacceptable for as much loyalty and years of purchases, eating here once a week to twice a month.

The food was terrible. It came cold and with vegetables when I deliberately stated no vegetables twice. Not only that, the burger itself and fries came extremely cold and hard. The atmosphere is by far the worst, so many workers in the way and staring at me as if I owe them something. The service is also very terrible and poor. They had “called” us but didn’t. Extremely lazy staff and just overall not good. We also had to wait over half an hour just for our food after ordering.
