Good place, the food is alright for its price, great value, however I do have some very minor problems with some staff but it doesn't affect my experience with eating at the place.

This location always has fresh food and that's the main reason for the highest rating. The service tries to be good and the place is clean. Always pleased at the great and quick experience.

Food seems fresh from this location. Last burger I got was super hot like it was fresh off the grill. My son also says they have the best chicken sandwich which is debatable 🤣

During busy times, I have never been disappointed with the speed and accuracy of the Del Rio Wendy's location. This is EXTREMELY RARE in Del Rio! They are slower late at night, but I think I understand why they don't want to have a bunch of patties on the grill when they only have 2 customers per hour between midnight and 1AM. Don't order the chili or have chili put on anything unless it's early in the day.

I am a big fan of the Wendy's chocolate frosty, and I have to say all other Wendy's should take note of how they're making them here, because it was soooo GOOD! Also, the employees were super nice and patient enough to let my five year old order.

I went here for lunch and got the four for four special and came out pretty good. The chicken sandwich was slightly small but I can understand the size for the price. I love that they use the freestyle machine so I was able to get a customized drink the way I like it

Good place to eat,but a little expensive for a fast food.If your willing to spend a good 25 dollars for 2 or 3 people depending on the order its ok,good fast food for your money.

The service is usually pretty speedy which is why they get four stars, but I did order the new bacon ranch fries and there was virtually no ranch. But still, you can't go wrong with the 4 for 4 dollars deal.

This Wendys was clean and organized. I came in expecting the lower tiered burger join to bring the same as McDonald's and Burger King. But it was cleaner than expected and they call you by name and not by a number. It's a good small town stop. However the menu wasn't very helpful for deciding what I wanted to get. I guess because its further out in a small town their menu isn't as depth with options or insane with it. We had decent burgers and my friend got the chicken burger and said it was really good. The restrooms were clean too. I would come back here in the future.

The staff was very nice, but service was slow and there were lots of flies when I was trying to eat.

It was quick service and fairly clean. The only issue we have is the salads we had were grainy as if it was dusted with sand, or if they were dropped on a dusty floor then picked up. Everything else was fine.

Fairly unclean location. Floor was sticky and bathrooms were pretty disgusting. Side door was still locked after they had been open for a half hour already too. Caused some confusion. Food however tasted fresh and hot.

Slow, unable to understand me, I speak English. All the yak yak & i ended up with a cold patty on a bun.

Tables were dirty. Flies buzzing our table, french fries cold and greasy. Ladies restroom dirty.

Almost $9 for a medium #1 combo?!?!?!? Easy overpriced and over thought. Unless their employees are getting$$15 per hr, this is nuts!!!

I don't know why it took long to get my order. It wasn't rush hour and only 2-3 vehicles ahead of me. AND my order was messed up. I told them at the window but I guess I failed to double check the order a second time. I got less did than what I paid for

I have never been in the Del Rio Wendy's WITHOUT flies everywhere. Landing on my fries,on window seals, my face. I was in there last nite and again flies. I havw talked to managers many times over the years.

First the girl taking our order at the drive thru didn't place my order correctly... then they tried to fix my order and still i was missing an order of fries... THEY NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THEIR ORDERS...

Came for two breakfast baconator sandwiches and a medium seasoned potatoes with a large tea. Got pulled forward after receiving the tea, then received the order minus the potatoes. I went in to fix the situation and when I spoke to the manager he told me we hadn't been charged for the potatoes but he would give them to me anyway. It wasnt until I asked for a copy of the receipt that I hadn't been given before that he re corrected and offered me ketchup for stale potatoes. My order was $15.54. I will not be spending money at that store again.

Good taste and temperature have always been good. But for the 2nd time I get shorted. Asked for a double and I guess it's too hard to count to 2 because I get just a single. Be sure and check each of your meals before you leave.

I ordered a Son of a Baconator and when I bit the burger there was a hair inside.

The food was dry and bland. Not even ketchup or any other sauce helped bring out the flavors.

The only thing you can taste is the bread, its too thick, Burger King is way better.

They didn’t have ketchup, nor the regular chicken nuggets. Wasn’t informed about ketchup until after paying. how am i supposed to eat my food? fed up

I love del rio but omg at this Wendy's location I had to dodge Flies or fight them off in order to eat my food. They were flies dead on the windows seal. Other customers said to Rader trow there food a away because all they see was flies on there foom.

Ordered thru door dash and only received half our order. Had ordered a baked potatoe and the failed to let me know that they didn't have any. Then when I called to try and get it straight they were very rude. And since they failed to give me a receipt I was unable to even talk to them.

Tables were dirty and it was obvious that they had not been wiped down in a while. The bathroom floors were very sticky and a customer remarked to me that they were equally sticky on her last visit.

The drive thru is the only way to come by here cause if you get off you better not be hungry you are going to wait for service along time, they don't even great you here or acknowledge that you are there.

I ordered the maple chicken biscuit and was basically served the driest, greasiest piece of chicken that looks like it was left in the bottom of the fryer. I don't hand bad experiences with other meals but my first breakfast here was absolutely horrible. I included a picture of what they served me on the photos. It was such a waste of money.

Too many times have we ordered takeout from here that they screw up the order. One meal we will order spicy nuggets, the other will be regular nuggets, yet we will only get spicy nuggets. Most recently we ordered a cherry Coke Zero and a Coke Zero and we get two coke zeros. Reading comprehension is seriously lacking at this particular establishment. I don’t care if the food comes out fast, I want it to come out right.

The meat tasted like it had barely been cooked. Fries are always either too crispy and dry or soggy, always cold. The chili was horrible. Watered down flavored. The only fun thing is the soda fountain.

I was excited for the new remodel but then I get my burger. I had asked for no vegetables and I ended up getting all of them. I also asked for cheese and I didn’t get that.

I had ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich to go and asked for them to make it fresh. Only to get home by the lake to find out they had given me two burgers. It would not have been so bad had the burgers actually been fresh. The meat was old and slightly burnt. Definitely not worth eating here if they can't tell beef from chicken. I'd give them a negative 5 stars if I could. Don't let them rip you off
