My husband and I are big fans of Hooters. We used to go to the Lewisville location off I-35, but since it closed we visited the Denton location instead—and we’re so glad we did. We received excellent service from Lily, who was attentive, perceptive, and truly exceptional. We brought our son, and he absolutely loved the food. We had such a great time as a family, and everything from the atmosphere to the food was amazing. Apollo was also incredibly sweet and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back—thank you so much for the outstanding service!

Alex was the MOD when I was there. She flagged me down in the parking lot after she saw my Jeep and asked me if she could give me ducks for my dash. She presented me with Hooters Ducks. I thought that she went above and beyond her scope as a manager and it was awesome. I think she did an amazing job with my customer experience.

I love this hooters. Started to come in on the regular. The menu has changed, but it’s all good. My favorite bartender is Alexandra. She is friendly and goes above and beyond for the customers at the bar. I would highly recommend to come here.

Sonja the Saturday bartender was great. She took care of everyone in a timely manner and offered exceptional service. Even when a rude manchild customer came in and complained loudly about everything in the menu. ( He was the type of person that literally asked for only flats instead of drums ) I was very impressed with her composure behind the bar while being blamed for things out of her control. Way to go Hooters.

Simply stated, the entire dine-in experience was the epitome of perfection. I was warmly greeted as I walked into the store and was promptly sat. From there, Erica came by and introduced herself as my server. She was courteous, attentive, and was incredibly engaging to converse with. She glided gracefully between her tables, handling all of her guests with mesmerizing charm and expeditious service. While Erica's flawless performance in her work warranted a "shout-out!," I must also comment on Alex, the general manager. She made it a point to walk to every table and introduce herself, which was outstanding. Apart from the usual banter of asking for her by name should I need anything, Alex displayed a genuine curiosity not only about me but every single patron at that store. It is clear that customer service is her top priority, though it should be mentioned her leadership and coaching ability is world-class. This was clearly evident as Erica learned well and through her dedicated professionalism, significantly heightened my (and mostly certainly the other patrons,) experience.

I had a fantasic time here! I am a regular at the Hooters in Denton and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The managers are always attentive and the service today by my waitress, Valerie was the best ever. My beers were consistently cold.

The girls at this location always work very hard and make sure every customer feels welcome! I’ve known the General Manager Alex since she was a hostess 14 years ago!! Best Hooters location! Hands down, the best Hooters I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few across the state. From the second I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, upbeat, and relaxed. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious everything you want from classic Hooters visit. The wings I got were perfectly crispy, the fries seasoned just right, and the beer was ice-cold and flowing. I was genuinely impressed with the variety on tap I tried three of my favorite beers, and how quickly drinks came out, even during a busy rush. My wife got the buffalo chicken salad and the presentation was my favorite part. I didn’t even get to try it before she scarfed it down! What truly set this visit apart, though, was the service. Valerie was my waitress, and she was phenomenal. Super attentive, always making sure my glass was full, and she didn’t just stop by to check boxes she actually took time to talk, joke around, and make the experience fun. It felt like hanging out with a friend who also happened to be on top of her game. Her energy was contagious, and her customer service skills were top-tier. This place has officially become my Monday morning tradition. I don’t care how early it is — I’ll be here every week for good food, cold drinks, and to catch up with Valerie. Denton Hooters, you’ve got something special going on. Keep it up!
