This is the best location in the state!! Naomi is the sweetest Hooter Girl I’ve ever sat with! She remembered our order from last time and made us feel welcome!! We will be back to see Naomi and the Denton staff more often!

This a a review of 2 visits on different days. Both times were awesome. The food was delicious and quick to come out. The service was great. The girls were super friendly and beautiful. This is just a well managed location. The girls were happy and made me feel welcome. I just wished that the Saturday car show and wash didn't end early. But, it was over 100 degrees out, do I can't fault them for ending it early.

Going to the hooters in Denton is always a delight! The beer is always iced cold and the girls are very nice and attentive. My bartender today was extremely kind and personable (Madison)! I will definitely be coming back to the hooters in Denton!

One of the best dining experiences in Denton. Upon walking in i was immediately greeted with a huge smile. I was seated just as fast as i entered. Sophie brought me my beer almost immediately despite being busy. Today i had the Texas quesadilla with tator tots and it's by far my favorite quesadilla. The service is here is always fantastic and I'm never left unattended for long! 100% recommend!

Me and my wife decided to stop in last week and it was the most amazing experience we have had in a while. The service was top notch and our server Gina was so fun to talk to and truly took care of us. The manager Alex even came and chatted with us which was so refreshing to see as you dont get that kind of service anywhere these day. We didn't even know on Mondays and Wednesdays they had BOGO wings so we got so much food for the price of one and it was so worth it. This will definitely be one of our usual spots from now on.

This is a tough decision to make because I love all the Hooters girls, but when it comes to exceptional service I have to say Erika, Autumn, and Valerie are my favs. They go above and beyond to make me feel not only welcomed but actually very special. The manager, Alex, whom I have known since she started as a hostess when she was 17, stopped by my table today just to make sure I was being taken care of. It reminded me that she is the one that has instilled the proper work ethic in all the girls at the Denton Hooters and it is why I have continued to go there on a regular basis over the past 14 years.

The curly fries are golden spirals of joy, and the ranch dressing is dangerously good. my server was sonja, and let me just tell you, that was the best service i have ever received in my life. she was very attentive and very good speaker. she was very intelligent and knew about a lot of topics. she was quick with my drink orders and food orders, and they were of exceptional quality. she was hilarious and personable, and talking to her felt like i had known her for years. i appreciated the entire experience with this server, and i will be sure to sit with her next time i visit!

Simply stated, the entire dine-in experience was the epitome of perfection. I was warmly greeted as I walked into the store and was promptly sat. From there, Erica came by and introduced herself as my server. She was courteous, attentive, and was incredibly engaging to converse with. She glided gracefully between her tables, handling all of her guests with mesmerizing charm and expeditious service. While Erica's flawless performance in her work warranted a "shout-out!," I must also comment on Alex, the general manager. She made it a point to walk to every table and introduce herself, which was outstanding. Apart from the usual banter of asking for her by name should I need anything, Alex displayed a genuine curiosity not only about me but every single patron at that store. It is clear that customer service is her top priority, though it should be mentioned her leadership and coaching ability is world-class. This was clearly evident as Erica learned well and through her dedicated professionalism, significantly heightened my (and mostly certainly the other patrons,) experience.

Hands down, the best Hooters I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few across the state. From the second I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, upbeat, and relaxed. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious everything you want from classic Hooters visit. The wings I got were perfectly crispy, the fries seasoned just right, and the beer was ice-cold and flowing. I was genuinely impressed with the variety on tap I tried three of my favorite beers, and how quickly drinks came out, even during a busy rush. My wife got the buffalo chicken salad and the presentation was my favorite part. I didn’t even get to try it before she scarfed it down! What truly set this visit apart, though, was the service. Valerie was my waitress, and she was phenomenal. Super attentive, always making sure my glass was full, and she didn’t just stop by to check boxes she actually took time to talk, joke around, and make the experience fun. It felt like hanging out with a friend who also happened to be on top of her game. Her energy was contagious, and her customer service skills were top-tier. This place has officially become my Monday morning tradition. I don’t care how early it is — I’ll be here every week for good food, cold drinks, and to catch up with Valerie. Denton Hooters, you’ve got something special going on. Keep it up!

My husband and I are big fans of Hooters. We used to go to the Lewisville location off I-35, but since it closed we visited the Denton location instead—and we’re so glad we did. We received excellent service from Lily, who was attentive, perceptive, and truly exceptional. We brought our son, and he absolutely loved the food. We had such a great time as a family, and everything from the atmosphere to the food was amazing. Apollo was also incredibly sweet and welcoming. Typical Hooters spot, but a little more spicy because it’s right off the highway (the exterior of this place is comically lit up like a Christmas tree, presumably to draw attention from passing cars). My bartender, JP, was a gem. The Daytona wings were decent.

I always order the chicken Philly sandwich. I asked for onion rings instead of fries and I asked for a large order. Sophia said the order was as large as the plate. They charged me 1.99 extra and there were about 7 tiny onion rings on the plate with my sandwich. Rip off! I wish I had taken a picture!!

This isn't the best Hooters that I've ever been to. The boneless wings were smaller in size compared to other Hooters I've eaten at in the past. The beer was cold, but not served in a frosty mug like other Hooters. I wasn't completely disappointed but not overly thrilled either.

Just OK and very expensive for basic food that wasn't particularly good. Building had a "need to be sanitized" smell. Shut down and deep clean!

I’ve been eating Hooters for over 30 years, and I want to start by saying the Denton staff was excellent. Friendly, attentive, and everything came out hot and on time. Service-wise, this location absolutely did its job. That said, the new wing sauce is a real disappointment. The original hot sauce is what made Hooters Hooters, and this new version just isn’t it. The flavor is off, lacks the punch and balance it used to have, and honestly doesn’t taste like the Hooters hot sauce I’ve known for decades. I actually had to buy three extra cups of sauce just to get the wings close to how they should be and how I’ve been eating them my whole life. That shouldn’t be necessary. This is not a knock on the Denton location at all — they were great. This is 100% a corporate recipe change issue, and I really hope Hooters reconsiders it. The sauce is iconic, and changing it takes away from what longtime customers come back for. Great staff, solid visit — but please bring back the original hot sauce.

Food was not good. Fries were hard and shrimp were over cooked. Long wait times for food. It used to be so much better.

Medium wings had no flavor and the smallest wings ever! Got cut off after 2 big beers because they said 3 was the cut off (first beer was a small then 2 bigs) so they cant count or pay attention to anything. Do NOT recommend to anyone to come here! Hooters just needs to shut their doors. Bathrooms look smelled and were about to be out of toilet paper (so they don't attend them).

We had a waitress named Erica. As she was taking our order, instead of focusing on our order she started having a conversation with another customer instead of giving her full attention to the task at hand. To me she needs more training. Plus she was not explaining the menu, it's like she didn't know it.

I have loved eating here for years. With covid we started ordering food to go. The wing size has gotten smaller and the picture attached is a $5.99 box of fries with $1.29 cheese..."where is the cheese"You ask? We asked the same question as it wasn't included. We may have to start looking for a new place to get wings as this is the second time in a row this has happened.

My husband and I arrived at 3:30 pm on Sunday 9/28/2025 with our 2 teenage kids to enjoy a meal and watch some football after a long weekend of softball in Fort Worth we decided to stop in Denton since it is the only location in a 40-mile radius from where we live. This is only our 2nd visit ever to a Hooters and both to the same location since we had a great experience over 3 years ago. first impression walking in was great were greeted immediately by Alex one of the Managers and the hostess and seated. Kamerin was our server, and she was amazing she came over as soon as we were seated and got our drink and appetizer order. everything was going great we were taking our time enjoying the AC, football and having some drinks and food no rush to leave. We ordered 2 shots of fireball and on drink each and the kids got sodas. about 40 minutes into our stay, we ordered our food and went ahead to order 2 more drinks and 2 more shots when we were met by a manager named (Alexis) that instantly came from the back with, and attitude never introduced herself or acknowledged me at the table she walked straight up to my husband and said that we were cut off from ordering anymore drinks. He politely asked why, and she continued with an attitude rolling her eyes avoiding talking to me and said that was there policy and walked away in the middle of the conversation. so, then my husband was talking to the server to try and get clarification on why this was happening since we were never informed of a drink policy when we started ordering then this manager ( Alexis) comes from the back again with an attitude interrupting their conversation basically telling them to quit talking and it's because what she says goes and she returns to the back again. let me add that while we were there, there was a couple in the corner completely trashed that were still getting served alcohol and multiple men at the bar not eating and only drinking since before we arrived. we go on about our stay when we received our food which took a while to get probably another 30-45 minutes for 2 orders of wings a salad, hamburger and crab legs. we ate our food then proceeded if we were now allowed to order another drink the waitress went to ask the same manager, and she replied no we were not allowed to have any more at all which we did not understand but left it alone at this point I am ready to leave. Kamerin was fabulous the entire time very apologetic about the manager we had encountered but she never skipped a beat to make sure we had everything we needed. we asked for the bill and a couple of boxes to pack the rest of the food to head home since it was another 45-minute drive. Before leaving we asked to speak to the manager (Alex) we encountered at the door upon entering to discuss the situation. She was very polite and understanding of our concerns about how we were approached and how (Alexis) interacted with us was uncalled for we talked for a bit after that about sports and football and she asked us to please consider coming back again. The whole time you could tell that it was making the other manager (Alexis) mad she kept walking around behind the bar and rolling her eyes trying to see what was being said mind you she had to been out on the floor the whole time except to confront us. We apologized to again and made aware that everyone had been on edge that day due to management I'm assuming (Alexis) and you could see it all over all the waitresses faces every time they came from the back where she was. By the time everything was said and done we left the building with a $191.23 tab and tipped the waitress $35 on top of that since she was so great and didn't let any of the management affect how she served us. We left at 5:30 pm so we were there for 2 hours at least. Moral of the story I do not know if she was just having a bad day or what but do not take it out on your customers, we did not deserve that and there was no apology from her but from everyone else for her which is unacceptable they don't deserve that kind of behavior either.

Was craving wings so the wife and I decided to head to Hooters. Was very disappointed when I saw the menu and noticed almost all the wing flavors were out. Only had about 5 to choose from. Got the new 911 Bentley and it was terrible. Tried to order question and guess what.... they were out of that too. My wife tried to order onion rings and out of that as well. The service was great but everything else was a not so good.

Worst service ever.The server, Nikki, was not very friendly; she was asked if she could change the channel on the TV because I wanted to watch boxing, and she refused to do it, claiming that they can't do it.I asked for some fried pickles, and I never got them. We saw an ad promoting National Chicken Wing Day where they were advertising BOGO: Buy 10 wings and get 10 additional wings for free. When we arrived, we were informed that to enjoy the promotion we each needed to order 10 wings because we couldn’t share. Basically, we were going to receive 40 wings for 2 people. I can’t barely eat 8 wings, let alone 20! I shared the ad with our waitress and the manager on shift and expressed that the add was very misleading to which they agreed but mentioned that there was nothing they could do about it. They also shared that we were not the first customers to complain today but those were the instructions they received from upper management. I understand the restaurant is older, but under our booth we could see dust and dirt that had to be there for quite some time. The bathroom was dirty as well. Wanted to highlight that our waitress Erica was very empathetic and apologized on behalf of the company. The star that I have to mandatory give on the review was given on her behalf because of how nice she treated us. I have attached the ad that was shared on Instagram and Facebook for reference. This was our first time trying Hooters and I doubt we will be returning.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing experience we’ve had at any Hooters location. The level of service from beginning to end fell far below expectations. We arrived at 8:30 PM and were initially greeted by our waitress, who took our drink order as we waited for the rest of our party. Once everyone had arrived, we ordered a second round of drinks and placed our food order. After waiting nearly 40 minutes with no updates, I asked the waitress about our food, and was told, “It’s almost out.” By this point, it was 9:40 PM—well beyond a reasonable wait time. My husband approached the manager for assistance, but was met with a dismissive and condescending response. The manager claimed our order had just been rung in at 9:30 PM, which appeared to be an attempt to shift blame and suggest that we had ordered late. This was particularly frustrating given the restaurant was not busy—there were only about seven other guests, all of whom were served well before us. It became apparent that the issue was likely due to our waitress failing to submit our order. Instead, she was seen socializing with a male guest at a nearby table rather than attending to her responsibilities. We shared our concerns with the manager, canceled our food order, paid for our drinks, and left. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

This is how they deliver your wings. The bottom is filled with oil. Ridiculous. Take your money elsewhere.

So this place is a dump. I came here on a Thursday night craving some wings and I sat down for 20 minutes and not one person offered me service. I got up and left. This is pretty unacceptable for me and I am not the type to complain about restaurants. No wonder Hooters is going out of business.

We often come to Hooters and came in tonight to a changed menu. Basically, giving you way less and charging a lot more!! No longer do the burgers come with fries and if you want to substitute the coleslaw or potato salad it’s a $2.99 up charge. Everything else on the menu has gone up by $2 pretty much. Not only that…they got rid of Happy Hour!! Way to tank your business!!! So sad!!

I would strongly recommend not going to this Dump. They give you undercooked wings. The manager during the day is VERY RUDE and ignorant when you say anything. She should not be in the position of talking to the customers. Take out oder was 60 dollars for 20 wings and 2 sodas and an order of mozzarella sticks. The wings were undercooked, and were ordered extra crispy. When I said something to Alex the manager she wouldn't refund my money and just treated me like garbage. I will make sure I tell everyone that I know about this place.

We visited the Hooters in Denton as a family of six while in town visiting relatives, since the Lewisville location was closed down. We ordered wings, tater tots, fried pickles, and steamed shrimp. Four of us had drinks (two cocktails and two draft beers), and everything was fine at first. After finishing our second draft beer, our server suddenly cut us off. A manager came over and said we were drinking “too fast,” which made no sense — no limits were explained and no one was intoxicated. After that entire conversation, the server oddly asked if we wanted a third round, which only made the situation more confusing and unprofessional. Our tater tots didn’t come out until we were already leaving, and the wings were extremely small — about the size of tater tots — very disappointing for the price. We didn’t argue because the experience was already ruined. We’ve been loyal Hooters customers at the Frisco location for over 25 years and have never been treated this way. The Denton location made us feel uncomfortable and stereotyped, and we will not return. This deserves more than a generic response — real customer service and accountability matter. Update: The owner responded with a generic message asking me to submit feedback through a link, without addressing any of the specific issues I described — being cut off after two beers with no policy explained, delayed food, and extremely small portions. This felt dismissive rather than accountable and confirmed that customer concerns aren’t taken seriously at this location.

Rude behavior from a certain front of house or floor manager.was told to leave for exercising my constructional rights and she was trying to violate my rights. And for standing up for my rights.i was told to leave.point blank period I was trying to celebrate my birthday with my son and to document the event.we don't get to spend much time together and I wanted to cherish and capture the moment.this world may be destroyed soon by fire, according to the Bible.and we don't know how long we have on this earth.also the appetizer and the entree portion was small and the fries were cold and bland yuk.the service was excellent however,but not hospitalist the or food quality or quantity. I just wanted to go there and record some memories with my son and where we went and what we did there.
