I come here because it’s very close to my house and my work . But for some reason the cashier was super rude didn’t acknowledge my good morning . She had a attitude. Not only that but apparently my payment didn’t go thru because of a glitch on the system which was fine didn’t mind paying again but her rudeness was just all there and she called someone else over and my payment did go thru the first time so I received my change back since I was going to pay half cash n card and she didn’t even say sorry your payment did go thru . This person was going to charge me twice if she hadn’t called the other person . Will be the last time going here . The one in pico Rivera had way better service

I ordered simple orange with carrot juice but they managed to spoil it, it tastes like they squeezed oranges all with the peel. The juice is bitter now.. how hard could be just to do get a juice.

I had a long wait. There was no one in the front. It turned out they were in the back. They were both rude and it seemed like they didn't want to be there. The smoothie that I ordered had big chunks of frozen strawberries in it. It's also very pricey for what you get. Not going back and wouldn't recommend.

If I could rate this location 0 stars if I could. They are completely unorganized and extremely rude! I was helped by Joseline who didn't seem to want to be at work & she had a terrible attitude as she informed me that they were out of EVERYTHING except for 3 fruits. This was all after I arrived to pick up my mobile order...so this was a complete waste of time, gas & money ...a smoothie shop with no smoothies and my refund will take 5 days? Never again!

Was bad customer service I had gone here before and they were good but we waited inside for at least 25 to 30 minutes after we ordered and one drink was ready but was already melting meanwhile the other one was done and was thick and not liquidity we were there before 2 people and everyone left and we were the only ones there is that how you treat your customers preferences on the easier drinks I thought it was first in first out in the exact order the people were ordering but apparently not I would rather go to another jamaba where service is quicker and more reliable

Don’t come here in the morning. I came in to get one green juice and a waffle and it took almost 30min with no one here. Two other people walked in and waited and one just left huffing and puffing ( rightfully so).. It seemed like it was the manager who took my order and went to the back and never came out and left to younger employees who didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. I finally got my juice and the younger employee gave me another waffle which I declined because I told her that the manager or whoever she was already rung me up. I should’ve taken it as long as I was waiting there. It was ridiculous… the morning crew should be on point knowing that people are getting to work. They should be passing the decision and this was nothing like that

So I’ve been going in here recently because I realized the new matcha drink was REALLY good. I learned to order ahead because the wait can be a little long so after like ten minutes I go in to get my drinks. My matcha drink is ready and waiting on the counter, but the matcha looks darker than usual. I’ve had this happen before and it tastes super bitter. So I asked super nicely if the girl behind the counter could add more coconut milk. She sounded annoyed but said okay. She didn’t add more milk but she added more whip on top. I guess she just poured out some of what was already in the cup and added more but the cup was really gross when she gave it back to me. It was covered in whip and the lid was overflowing with it as well. I wiped it all off myself but it was still gross. I didn’t want to complain anymore but I was sad. Eventually my boyfriend went in and asked them to put it in a new cup and the girl with the pink hair immediately rolled her eyes and moved to the back to complain with the shift lead about it. Point is the whole experience sucked and wish it didn’t happen like that

Saturday 16, 2021 at 2:04pm I went there to get a drink. Waiting in line for the cashier to be finished talking to her friend because she had to show her something on her phone. I can understand a few seconds but more than 5mins. Not cool, Nothing was stocked outside, no chips or to go bars. shout out to Giselle A the cashier
