When we arrived, the waitress told us we'd have to wait 30 to 40 minutes, even though they didn't have any customers waiting. I wanted to order some to eat there and some to take away, but she said she couldn't take my order because they had a 2-for-1 promotion. Yes, that's exactly what we wanted, and I needed a yakimeshi and a sushi (which I knew wasn't included in the promotion), and she refused to take my order. It seems like they're hired not to sell anything; they have no intention of selling. What a shame…

The service is slow, but the food is good, and they serve other people who arrive after you first.
It's good but the truth is that there are more options and even cheaper ones, the service is attentive and friendly, there is a variety of sauces but all with extra cost, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are sushi night 2 for 1, consumption on the premises does not apply to take away, in short a place that you should try but you don't miss much if you don't.
This is the worst sushi experience I've ever had; I would never go back. They didn't take our order until I asked them to, it took 20 minutes to get two sodas, and another 20 minutes for the food. I ordered a sauce that they never brought, but they still charged me for it. The waitress never came to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything else, but she was always on her phone. The sushi was completely tasteless, and the tuna in my bowl was frozen. If you have the chance to go, save yourself the trouble. Don't waste your money or your time.
I ordered an additional Tampico through Didi, but they never sent it. I called and they lied to me, saying they would send it, but nothing arrived. My Tori (a type of hot corn drink) just got cold, and I like it hot 😞 Why aren't they careful to send the complete order? Terrible service!!
They're all very despotic; they seem to be people who want to unleash all their hatred on everyone. I've been there several times and they always have the worst attitudes, and I've seen that the delivery drivers are even worse. Today, the 24th, I went back and it was a bad idea; I'll never return to that place.
The sushi I ordered from Rappi today tasted like it had been refrigerated, even though the rice was cold. I'd ordered from them before and it didn't taste cold. If they don't make the rice fresh, wow, what a terrible restaurant. The miso soup I ordered last time used tetra pack tofu. Awful quality. Although I think it's the wasabi. It was so cold that it affected the taste of the sushi. I had ordered sushi two weeks ago and saved the wasabi that had gone stale, and the one I ordered tasted (and looked) less refrigerated than the one they just gave me.
I went twice, once waiting an hour for a roll, the second time the hour passed and they (two waitresses and the manager) told me to excuse them, saying they had mixed up my order and taken it to another table. I waited a full hour. I don't recommend them.
Terrible after a 1 hour wait, the food is terrible, terrible, plus they deliver the food and charge you immediately, I literally had to go get my food because the waitress had it there, getting angry. Please, there are other quality options, plus the prices are high for the poor quality they have. Terrible service, I can't give a lower rating. Terrible and horrible my experience. I hope they close it.
Ordering delivery is a real hassle. Besides the fact that their soup and noodle molds spill out, they don't send all the condiments. I ordered my sushi and my in-roll without Tampico, so why pay for something they're just going to send if they feel like it? Remember, I'm paying for what I'm going to eat, I'm not asking for a freebie. And their phones are either off the hook or they hang up. How prepared are they? 🙄 Order from the competition, which has been better than this place.
Every week I come with my family because we love their food, and we always ask for the 2-for-1 deal, which didn't happen today, as they refused, arguing that it wasn't yet the designated time. It's worth mentioning that I've arrived earlier to eat and they've honored the promotion without any problem, and their staff just responds, "Well, they changed the policies, what do you want me to do?" One understands that there are different days and times. The problem is, if they've already offered the 2-for-1 promotion a little before the designated time, why is it so difficult to have a little common sense when serving a guest (customer)? And with these annoying situations, it's how they lose their regular customers...
