Horrible service. I couldn’t understand the man when ordering. My nuggets were dry and my burger wasn’t plain I didn’t get my fries. Looks like new employees they places needs to get there orders correct.

Went through drive through. They took 9 minutes to get my number one. I had to go bavk because they forgot ketchup after I asked. When I was unwrapping my burger 🍔 it was cold from the middle. The bread was hard. I came back after driving a few minutes and asked for a fresh burger. They were not busy abd had at least 4 maybe 5 employees working.

I ordered North hills Wendy's in El Paso, Texas. I ordered a biggie meal with a large smoothie. I was handing my drink and smoothie was told to park. I waited almost 10 minutes while my smoothie was melting away. When I mentioned it to the gentleman coming out. Oh I just got here. That makes everything okay. I opened the bag. The french fries were half way in the box flopped over and cold. The nuggets were cold. The burger was cold that the cheese wasn't even melted. I don't know why I waited almost 10 minutes to get cold food. And the fact that my smoothie is melting away I had to put it in the freezer so it would firm up some. I didn't even get a receipt so I don't have a number or any proof to show that I paid almost $13 for cold food melted smoothie. If that gentleman hadn't clocked in, who knows how long I would have waited.

They parked like 6 cars one after the other. It took them like 20 min to bring out the food and it was cold. The fries and the burgers. No napkins or ketchup in the bags after I requested some. I realized why I haven't had Wendy's in years! Never again!

I ordered through door dash. I got regular nuggets instead of spicy. I called the store multiple times to see if i could get a replacement and no one answered the phone.

They Canceled my uber eats order after 2 hours of waiting and wouldn't pick up the phone. Anything under 4 stars seems to always have problems. Idk why.

Service has been an absolute joke, to include 20+ minute waits in the drive thru, for AT LEAST the past week (two separate visits). Pre ordered food was also an obscene amount of wait time. Some Staff clearly needs retraining/ adult supervision

I spent over $30 up here. I ordered my food online at 5:40PM. I didn’t get my meal until 6:00PM. Mind you this a drive thru order. And it was placed online ridiculous. Once I get to the window at 6PM I’m told to pull forward in the parking space. They didn’t bring my food until 5 mins later. I asked the man if everything was there. He had a smart attitude I guess because he doesn’t work well under pressure. I had to get out and go right in there to retrieve the dry that was missing. The manager working at the time didn’t give me a problem at all. However I get all the way home, and look!! Meal somehow messed up still. I DIDNT PAY for two meats w no bacon nor lettuce. I don’t recommend this location and if you do go in check your food until it’s corrected. I guarantee it won’t be. They don’t get third party orders correct either. (Uber and DoorDash)!

Went here for breakfast and asked if they were doing anything for Veterans Day, the speaker person announced yes but with an attitude. Pulled around to the window to pay and pick up. Paid the person and she was still giving attitude. Brought me the food 8-10 minutes later. Another person handed me the bag and just gave me the nastiest of looks for no reason. Both of the ladies behind the window made it out like I did something wrong by ordering the veterans meal. From the moment I pulled up, to the moment I left, snarl attitude, rude looks, aggressive hand offs. Cold food. It was just a biscuit and fries… the fries were ice cold. They really, and I mean REALLY made it seem like they didn’t want to be there or server anyone. Got there 30 minutes after they opened so it’s not like I was rushing them to open or showed up when they were closing. Cold food. Bad attitude. Cold shoulders. Nothing about this experience was inviting.

This restaurant is horrible. They have false advertisement, naming their burgers BIG BACON and then you get a child's menu burger. if I wanted to eat like a child I'd go order a happy meal. When I see Big I expect a big burger. And the management is children who don't know how to handle complaints and they want to argue and ask if if you ordered the double. Your menu doesn't give those specifications, so no. This place sucks and I don't recommend. The fries are also disgusting you can taste the oil is old.

I ordered food because I have twins and they are finally down and im tired I wanted to order something quick I ordered a meal and used uber. They gave me the wrong order they gave me a cookie and a spoon in the freakin bag seriously and then I have tried calling to let them know after I notified uber and they can’t even bother to pic up the phone.

In no way shape or form should a customer walk in the store and stand at the front counter for OVER 10 mins waiting for a employee to ask me what would I like to order. Managers at this store completely disregarded me while I stood there at the front counter waiting to be helped. Im sure you company would appreciate the real value of customer feedback. Whatever you all do don’t eat here! The employees could care less if a customer waits for a long period of time to be acknowledged or even served.

Whoever ate at Wendy's 8/26/205 before 9:07 pm at 10771 Gateway Plaza Blvd 79934 I hope u checked on your burger Dots of Mold were found on the buns and I spoke to the manager did not want to return my money back instead wanted to give me a gift card instead. I would not go back to buy anything from there anymore. She kept on serving the customers without checking on the batches of bread. Food handlers at their best and health food inspection coming their way.

Drive thru order!! It was busy, wich is a good sign of fresh food. Boy was I wrong. Who is the manager at this location needs to look over her staff. Fries where cold, burger was dry. Staff was friendly. But food was awful. 5:54pm Customer picture of my sons biggie bag.
