My favorite place to get coffee. The staff is very friendly. Today my wife and I walked in and Meg was at the register. She greeted us by name and remembered our order from our last visit three days ago! Just an excellent place to get coffee!

Everytime I come to this coffee bean I have a great experience. The staff is very friendly and kind when taking our orders. The store is always clean and they have a public restroom and will provide the key if you ask. The drinks are delicious and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend coming here!

Wonderful customer service and very polite employees. They will always get you on your way in a few minutes. They will get to know you treat you like family. Don't forget to try out the food items that they have too! Bagels, cakes, fresh fruit, sandwiches and croissants and more.

If you want a great cup of coffee, this is the place to go. Love love love Coffee Bean! Way better than that other place on every corner. Try the White Chocolate hot latte or Dream Latte I think is what they call it. It's so good, add shot and you're good all day. Also good cinnamon rolls, chocolate brownies and all their pastries are fresh and tasty. Highly recommend and you can even do homework there or prepare for upcoming meeting or whatever. Free WiFi as well

Stayed here at the end of one week night and saw that there wasn't a long line so we finally had the opportunity to try the famous ice-cream cookie dessert. It's basically Chipwich, which is what you can get into in a section of the bay of any grocery store. What makes this one different is that the cookies are freshly baked. Good to try if you don't have anything to do.

This Coffee Bean is by far my most favorite! Everyone here is super friendly and efficient. Smiles all around at all times of the day. Free wifi, several tables to work and even outdoor seating. They have a tiny lot out front but you can also park in the structure. I believe they validate up to 30 minutes!

Im not from the area finally stopped after driving past ot for a week (wishing i would've stopped in earlier) the coffee has great flavor i tasted notes of chocolate. With no bitter bean taste 🤌🏼. Next time I might try some tea

I really enjoy coming to this coffee bean. The service is consistently excellent, and it's a wonderful spot to relax and savor my coffee with my significant other. We make it a point to meet here at least twice a week for some casual conversation and to unwind. The atmosphere is inviting, the coffee is great, and the location is ideal, especially if you’re heading to or coming from the airport. It's truly a peaceful and enjoyable place to be.

I had breakfast and coffee for a small film production a couple weeks ago. It was an early morning call time. The pastries and bagels were super fresh. The coffee was good too. The staff at this location are very friendly. Thank you for your support!

Great location if you work in either of these office buildings it's located beneath. Crowd not too bad, the cashier line goes quick but expect to wait a bit for your drink. I may be a little biased since I'm usually a Starbucks fan, but I did not like my iced chai tea latte. It was too watered down for my taste and the flavor was just strange. Overall this is a good location with plenty of seating both inside and out. Also, free wifi that you can connect to without a password.

Effective immediately they, like Starbucks, are closing off their seating area. The general manager was kind enough to at least let me finish my food. Also, had issues with the WiFi, but one of their staff suggested copying and pasting the connection site to a different browser, which worked! So I'm very thankful for all of that abd hopefully it can help others who may have issues with WiFi connection in the future.

Drinks are awesome. The cashier will not give you the advertised discounts that are way behind the bar and hard to see unless you ask, order separately etc. Baristas spend a lot of time gossiping. Bathroom key is attached to a broken measuring cup.. no seating inside and not much seating outside. There is are a few 20 minute free parking spaces that are hard to see from the street side.

Everything was great! It's a cute little CBTL. I love their tea lattes. Parking is limited to 25 minutes, but it's an easy small parking lot with 8 soaves.

Fast service! A lot of great options and the baristas move fast! Great spot for a quick coffee run.

Love the coffee and snacks... But the coffee ALWAYS DRIPS. The cup & lid don't seal well enough to keep the coffee in... so I always get stupid drips. I can't be the only one with this prob. Please fix this.

Love the coffee and snacks... But the coffee ALWAYS DRIPS. The cup & lid don't seal well enough to keep the coffee in... so I always get stupid drips. I can't be the only one with this prob. Please fix this.

The Coffee Bean is everywhere in LA! I got the avocado toast and it just was not fresh avocado spread and the bread toast was very hard and not appetizing. The iced coffee I got the first day of my visit I requested oat milk and it tasted like it had regular milk and my stomach verified that later that day. I went a different day and I saw them use the oat milk this time and it was a better result. So its a hit or miss here.

I went to the one at Terminal 5 lower level LAX airport

Small coffee bean by the airport that says they close at 3:00 but actually don’t. I ordered coffee and around 2:55 and I looked on the maps and it said they close 3! So I sent and email and asked them for my money back. As we were driving by, I saw people inside and the lights were on and so we went down to check and they were opened! My coffee has been sitting there for at least 30 minutes and I asked the two women working there if they could remake it, and one of the women got upset that she had to remake the coffees. So they should definitely change the hours on the maps so the customers don’t get confused.

The barista just said I had to leave... saying there are no seats available. It's totally insane and disrespectful. It was 90 degrees out there and I can't have my croissant into the store. Aldo many franchise stores already allow customers stay inside. Unprofessional and rude.

So I just bought an iced mocha with oatmilk for 9$ which is already absurd but then they tell me they can’t give me a cup of tap water for free, that I can only buy. Incredible. Where is Starbucks.

I cannot believe how rude the staff are. Get in and grab your stuff and leave, which is the message that I got. Looks I won't be going here again. I guess I can save the 6 bucks I would have spent on the coffee and do something else with it. If you're going to spend this much on coffee, go somewhere else where they are happy to have your business.

Unfortunately the Chai tasted like milk. I tried to explain how to make it and it just went over their heads. Wanted to enjoy this place with my kids but the customer service and drink just wasn't flavorful at all

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is just bad. Every drink I’ve tried tastes like straight sugar with barely any coffee in it. There’s no bitterness, no balance, nothing that makes it worth ordering. If you actually care about quality coffee, go to Starbucks or Blue Bottle instead.

The service here is absolutely atrocious. The staff are unwelcoming, indifferent, and downright unhelpful. On top of that, the prices are outrageous — shockingly high even for an airport. To make matters worse, they don’t even accept Coffee Bean gift cards, which is unacceptable for a store carrying the Coffee Bean brand. The fact that this place is allowed to operate in the international terminal is beyond me. For many tourists, this is their very first impression of America, and sadly, it’s an embarrassing one. This shop is a disgrace and a terrible reflection on the country
