October 2025 Driven by for years, just off the I-15 at Rainbow. Finally stopped by and now, we've been there twice in the last two weeks. Sunday breakfast (after grand daughter's baseball game). Plenty of parking; dining both inside and outside with covered patio and umbrellas. Pleasant atmosphere - (rated 5 for country style diners). All I've had is breakfast - same thing both times: French toast plate w/ eggs n bacon. Enough for another breakfast. Wifey went for Rainbow Veggie omelet n hash browns. Again, enough for another meal. At high noon, the speakers stop the music, everyone stands up and the National Anthem is played while all face the flags inside and out. There's even a decorative flag made of shotgun shells in the bar area. A patron makes them for sale, I think, to help support his skeet shooting hobby. Also on site - a camp store and a gas station with reasonable prices.

1st time visiting Rainbow Oaks Restaurant. My wife and I were there at 11am for breakfast. Our waitress was very friendly and provided great service to us. Our breakfast was fresh and delicious. Good size breakfast portions too. Down home rustic interior design and feel. We definitely will visit this restaurant again.

Awesome food. Bartender was helpful in recommending food. Burgers are insanely good and filling. I didn’t have breakfast all day and it was too much. lol. Definitely grate place to stop by. They have a grocery store with local produce and items. Worth checking it out.

Super friendly owner and staff! Breakfast was delicious! Chicken fried steak and eggs with crispy hash browns was huge, tender, and delicious!! Plenty of food, you won't walk away hungry! Omelets and the French toast combo is absolutely delicious!! Love the sausage and bacon!!!

What a wonderful place to have an afternoon breakfast!! We had biscuits and gravy and chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was wonderful. The staff was super friendly. A must for stop spot!!! Can’t wait to come back.

The walls featured an array of iconic photographs, and the establishment was always bustling with activity. It proudly upheld an old American breakfast tradition, providing patrons with outstanding food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere decorated with wooden elements.

Huge portions, great prices, and great service. This place is very dog friendly. They have a big shaded outdoor dining area. If you like French fries, they make amazing fries. There is even a grass area next to the restaurant for you to take your dog.

YES!!! Eat here! It was really delicious 🤤 I had thebbq brisket special, my son had the bacon burger, my daughter had the fish and chips, mother in law had the turkey dinner with all the fixings, hubby homemade special lasagna. Huge portions and the veggies were perfectly cooked. For dessert we had the salted Carmel crunch cake with a scoop of vanilla. Everything is pictured here except for the cake because we eat it before I could take a picture! Love this place and if we are in the area we will definitely come back again.

The food is amazingly delicious! My husband, grandson and I enjoyed a nice brunch together on Sunday. the cost is extremely reasonable and the portions are big, we all took home the leftovers and had the rest for dinner that evening. The employees are friendly, the other patrons seem friendly and the environment is peaceful especially on Sunday. There is also a little Market & gas station located near the Cafe which was equally nice. I highly recommend this Cafe.

Went too late at night but looks like there is a cute antique shop across the way. I will go back. The prices seems high but the amount of food and taste did not disappoint. This was my first time here but I highly recommend you try it. 3rd time back. Again great service and food. This time I had the BLTA it was good but the avocado was cut too large that I had to take it off and slice it up better so I could eat the sandwich 🥪. The food is excellent. Rib eye tender and seasoned well. However the owner was rude. We had reservations for 5:30 and by 6:30, she indicated that they were closing very rudely. We spent over $500 on our family dinner and we were finishing our wine. She could have waited 5 more minutes and not say anything to us, clearly we were on our way out.

Visiting Fallbrook for a dance competition for my niece and found this place. Food was amazing! Portions are soooo big. Everything was cooked fresh! The sign said we had to wait for host to be sad. I really wanted to love this place. Quality ingredients, clean facility, smells heavenly. The presentation was 100%, the service outstanding and the atmosphere was cozy. The chicken sandwich was outstanding! The chicken Fried Steak was tough and the toast was hard. The corned beef Hash was cooked well, but looked canned. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside and luke warm. Eggs were all cooked fine. Wheat toast was soggy with butter (i liked that, but it was not a proper toast). Water was filtered and the lemons were fresh. A take home turkey sandwich was perfect...lightly smoked sliced turkey, fresh veggies and toasted well. Plenty of seating. Certainly the best place to eat in rainbow valley. I will go back, hoping the main chef was on break or something...

My family has been coming here for years because we love the atmosphere. However today was very disappointing. After waiting patiently for my rainbow egg scramble (even though the kitchen was backed up), I was brought the wrong order (rainbow omelette). When I was finally able to flag her down and inform her, the server’s suggestions to fix the mistake were not reasonable, and I was told that I would still be charged something because I had eaten a small portion before realizing the error. The managers response was even more disheartening (very condescending). This experience was very disheartening and disappointing, not sure I can return.
