What a great store! 7 cars 🚗 n front of me, they were standing outside took my order before I got to the order station. Guy had a name tag Steve! He was happy and chatted with me. I got to the front to pay and Rico was loving my Bronco card! Great people fast and efficient. Every time I go it’s like this!!

I like caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch so when I sip it I get a little bit of crunches in my mouth. I drank half the cup before I found any crunches. But still was a delightful cool refreshing drink.

The service was very friendly. Not terribly busy. The sandwich was a touch undercooked, better well done than not enough.

Excellent service and friendly staff even during Monday morning rush, timely as well. Very clean location, moreso than your average Starbucks. Only problem was warmed cheese Danish felt/tasted like the bread was in the older side and quite dry. Would highly recommend this location but maybe be hesitant with some pastries. Keep up the quality service!

1) they can hardly hear you when you’re ordering and are asked to repeat yourself multiple times. 2) I asked for my drink with room because I don’t like my coffee too milky. 3) they charged me FULL PRICE for a half full grande. I said with room… not half empty!!! No sips were taken out of this. I need my money back.

Had to change my review today! Went in and politely asked for a cup of water with some ice and Steve told me that they don't give out free waters anymore and that he'll give me water if I purchase something. Not giving out free waters anymore is a dumb policy to have tbh. Especially it being really hot out here in temecula and in the surrounding area. He said they changed policies the beginning of the year... but where in the store does it say that they don't give out free waters anymore? I didn't have any problems with receiving free waters until today. Starbucks should be ashamed!

My husband just brought me an iced espresso while at work. There was a hole on the side of the lid and it spilled all over me!! Now I have to clock out, go home and change. So not happy! :( :(

Ordered ahead and when I arrived order was not ready, once I got my order, my coffee was ice cold that I even thought they gave me the wrong drink, I told them and they said they would remake then continued to make other drive thru drinks before mine. No smiles and all 4 employees looked behind stressed. Horrible service and my coffee was a venti and see picture to see how much I got!

Cloud Machiato? Difficulty ordering in the first place. Then this...drink, which is untouched at the time of the photo. Next time I drive through the area I'll b try a different Starbucks.
