All I gotta say is the Vietnamese iced coffee! Wow. Sooo good and the shop is really clean. Their donuts are yummy too.

Delicious donuts and prices are very reasonable! Would recommend to everyone!

I can surely attest to the falvor of the donuts/pastries old here, every week we stop by and purchase Plain Old Fashion and buttermilk bars Service provided is fast and efficient

Absolutely delish! We ordered a few ham, egg and cheese croissants, a few of the sausage, egg and cheese croissants, and then a dozen mixed donuts for a family gathering at the park. Everyone loved the croissants as they were flavorful and soft. Same with the donuts, the chocolate bar was so soft and fluffy. We will definitely be back!

This place is EVERYTHING. I am from this area but live on the east coast and just can't find donuts like this. I especially was on the hunt for a simple blueberry glazed donut and they have it!! It was perfection... but we ordered a good variety and every flavor was delicious. All the donuts were exactly what they should be (cake donuts moist and just the right density, yeast donuts thick and fluffy, bear claw with a good amount of filling and flaky in the outside). We also got breakfast sandwiches and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality (great croissant and crispy bacon) plus the Vietnamese coffee with boba - yum. For these reasons there was a line out the door but the staff were working hard and moved everyone through efficiently, though still very friendly. I'm here for a week and seriously want to go every morning!

Bonus tip: I’ve been here 4 times already and make sure you get these donuts early since they sell out of the good ones by 12pm-2pm 😅.

CON: Not the place to go for cinnamon rolls. Mine was very dry. Store bought cinnamon rolls are better quality. Also they do not warm the cinnamon roll - everything is served cold. PROS: The service was fast and prices are low for California so that is worth 3 stars on it's own ...drip coffee was also pretty good and priced well If this place would simply focus on heating up and/or keeping the rolls and donuts warm (and moist) they would probably double their business. They need to do that and find another location with seating for customers.

I don’t quite understand all the great reviews, other than the fact that it’s one of the only true donut shops in the city that stays open late and remains fully stocked toward the end of the day. That said, I’ve given this place several chances, hoping my experience would improve, but the donuts have never tasted fresh to me and the prices feel very high for the quality. Parking is limited on that side of shopping plaza & very congested no matter what time you go, with cars tailgating and the overall atmosphere hasn’t been very pleasant—not the employees it’s the people that frequent here. I really wanted to like this shop for the convenience, but I find myself driving out to Menifee or Moreno Valley instead, where smaller, hole-in-the-wall spots consistently deliver fresher donuts and a more welcoming environment.

Because I didn't want to get charged another 50 cents for her mistake. But she stops me and says no it's ok tell me what donut you wanted. Thinking she was going to give it free for her mistake. NOPE! She charged me. Plus they watch you pay and make sure you tip before they go get your order.
