We came for our anniversary and couldn't have picked a better place. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was intimate yet comfortable. Very happy to have visited especially for our anniversary. Thank you for a great experience.
Great Italian restaurant for my trip with fam! Sean was my server who makes the experience even better. I had: 1. Tomato bisque 2. Calamari fritti 3. Linguine with clam sauce 4. 12 oz prime ribeye 5. Chilean sea bass 6. Garlic Broccolini 7. Tiramisu 8. Spumoni
This place really caught us by suprise. We were unsure of the quality of food. But after the first bite of the Alfredo, and shrimp scampi. We were blown away ,it was sooo good and flavorful. This is also a kid friendly restaurant with kids menu as well. The atmosphere was so cool, it was dark and designed like a wine cellar.
My husband and I came to Pechanga Casino for Labor's Weekend Getaway and got a chance to tried this restaurant and here is what we thought. Vibe : Cozy and warm and lovely. Service : Awesome!!! Specially our server I think his name is Sean (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong) He's such a character but in a nice way. He's taking care of us and that glass of Rose' He's recommended me it was one of the good Rose' I have ever had in a long time. Thanks Sean. Food : Cheese Board. We chose the Southern Italy one and it was great! Tomato Bruschetta. It's a must! We had bruschetta from somewhere else before but by far this is the best. Petite Surf and Turf for my hubby.Steak was cook right that lobster sure not petite! It's pretty decent size and seasoning really well. Linguine with clams sauce.Pack with a clams and linguine cooked perfect! Season just right.I add a lil bit of red pepper and that's all I needed. I do recommended you make a reservation specially on Saturday (I've learn that the hard way) Next time visiting Pechanga we will definitely come back!
I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at Paisanos, despite its low rating (yelp). I made a reservation for a Wednesday evening at 7pm and was greeted with excellent service, food, and ambiance from start to finish. The restaurant was quiet, and we were promptly seated and treated to a complimentary serving of fresh, hot bread with a delicious oil and garlic dip. The calamari was a standout, with a perfect balance of flavors and a crispy texture that earned a well-deserved 5/5. The spaghetti and meatballs were also impressive, with tender meatballs that justified a 4/5 rating. The Caesar salad, made with house-made dressing, was a highlight of the meal and earned a perfect 5/5. The Caprese salad, while classic and delicious, was slightly less impressive but still earned a respectable 4/5. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by Paisanos and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. With its exceptional service, flavorful food, and cozy atmosphere, it's clear that this restaurant is worth a visit while staying or gambling at Pechanga
First time to Pachanga and to Paosano’s, the place is great for families with kids, the host was amazing and the restaurant manager was very nice and made sure we had all our order ready in time we were a party of 18 but we could not sit altogether in one table, we were given the option to sit in two tables but 10 only decided to stay, the food is of very good quality and value for money, real taste of Italy with amazing taste, this is a highly recommended place that I am looking forward to visiting again
We had 8 guests in our party! We had incredible service from Laurence and even better food! Highly recommend the Wagyu Meatballs were good for a starter! Braised Short rib & Ravoli plate is a freakin must and the Chicken Parm! Good size chicken, recommend the bolognese instead of the marinara. Didn’t love the chicken pesto pasta or shrimp scampi The endless bread and roasted garlic olive oil dip is delicious! Big portions will leave you happy and fat in the best way! Update::: went for the second night in a row and excellent service again, this time from Dale! Great conversation and excellent service to make sure everyone got what they wanted the way they wanted it!

First time dining at Paisano’s and was very impressed with the quality and delicious flavors of our meals. We ordered the Chicken Piccata and the Surf n Turf (8oz Filet Mignon). Definitely going back. Chef Amanda is amazing. We met her in person and I felt I could talk to her for hours. #BronxGirls
What stands out about this place is the exceptional service. Gina is amazing and relates to her guests so effortlessly. The filet mignon + lobster plate was perfectly seasoned and the Chilean seabass with pasta was excellent as well. Thanks for a great experience!
Superb service, delicious food, reasonable prices.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great dining experience.
The list is not too big but every item in the menu is awesome.
Server Sean is awesome and the best I’ve ever had!!
This is my favorite restaurant at pechanga. The staff always goes above and beyond. Shawn the manager got me My favorite drink delivered to umi the sushi restaurant. My son was in the mood for sushi but i wanted a strawberry shortcake martini from paisano here . He personally delivered it. Everytime i come here is a great experience. The chefs and waiters are very friendly Try the fruite de mare pasta . Shawn has exceptional customer service always makes me feel welcomed and loved here
This was the most pleasant experience dining, I’ve had in a long time at Pechanga, don’t get me wrong. I’ve had plenty of dinners at the Great Oak steakhouse, but I had probably one of the best steaks at Paisanos that I have ever had at Pechanga. Mary K, the server from heaven, assured me, that when I question her of buying a steak at an Italian restaurant that these cuts all came from the same butcher shop located at Pechanga, I decided I would roll the dice and had such a pleasant surprise, a smaller cut of a ribeye steak along with a wonderful Fettuccine Alfredo was such a pleasant experience that I will definitely go back there for my steaks. A great bottle of Chianti Classico Reserve was enjoyed by both my wife and myself, the evening was most enjoyable, lovely service from our server Mary K, For me, dining in a wonderful restaurant requires great wine, great food and great service, when any of these three are out of balance, it takes away from the totality of the experience, and that was not the case, in order for these three requirements to be in balance it takes a village, and it would be wrong of me not to give credit to both manager, chef, who, by the way, understands. Medium rare plus and of course the most delightful server Mary K. Red Card Holder Tom T.
Wow.... it's the best Italian food we had in a long time, the ingredients are fresh, we had the Lasagna, Calamari, fried Mozzarella and the bread was delicious. Shaun was great. Congratulations to the Chef.
Mary, our server, and the rest of the crew were amazing! A young man whose first name began with a D — endeared himself to us when we were out of bread and he brought a warm basket refill so quick. Everything was wonderful
Outstanding service and the food is to die for! Bread roasted garlic was was super delicious. The staff were attentive at all times. Will definitely coming back again for me. Make sure to ask for Laurence! Thank you thank you!
Some of the best Italian food I have ever tried. Shrimp scampi and pepperoni pizza are both perfect dishes. They garlic bread is very unique.
This was my second time eating here. It is amazing! They actually brought out the wrong meal and we didn’t say anything, but they brought out the correct meal as a meal to go. We told them it wasn’t necessary, but they insisted. Amazing service!
Paisanos was theeee best Italian food I’ve ever had! I had the Chicken Marsala with mushrooms WOW 😳 fresh fresh and not shy portions either. My wife and I went there for my birthday dinner and they gave me a tiramisu dessert phenomenal, outstanding restaurant! I can’t believe it’s only 3.3 stars it should be five stars to say the least..
Food was very good. Would like to have heard about daily specials, if they were available. Would like a larger selection of beers available to order.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST RESTAURANT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! Ask for Xtra Garlic sauce/oil for the bread. You can't stop once you start lol. 5☆☆☆☆☆!
What a little gem. Absolutely loved everything about this place.
I seen some of the comments here and I was a little worried but I was going to the casino anyway so I went. The fact that people say it has no flavor is crazy to me lol. This place was amazing! The food was top tier and I know a thing or two about eating out. It was a little pricy but we’ll worth it!
Love the food there. They have homemade pastas, delicious complimentary bread, and drinks. Staff is nice and friendly. Make reservations if possible.
The food was absolutely incredible. The service was top notch. I honestly can not say one single negative thing.
The best steak and Pasta I have ever had! So tender you can cut it with a butter knife. Delicious!
On the 8-5-21 I and my husband had dinner at your restaurant the food was exquisite I don’t know who the chef was but he outdid him self and I waitress Mary she was awesome you have awesome people working with you we really enjoy ourselves and again the was out of this world I had the chicken Alfredo and my husband had the chilean seabass which everything was so great we can’t wait to visit again it was a Measure being there
I tried the Chicken Marsala and it was delicious! Along with the bread and oil wow my mouth is watering 😋! Impeccable service too! Will definitely be back!!!
First time trying wagyu meatballs. Did not disappoint. Prices are reasonable and food overall was amazing.
Definitely delicious food and excellent service, thanks
This restaurant is the best in the world , the entertainment was great aswell , and now me and my family come to this place twice every week
Awesome place to eat Italian food my favorite place definitely this totally recommend 👌 plus the personal very professional specifically zack and enrique on top of everything totally recommend very clean place and romantic too
Everything was amazing! The chicken park was great and the Italian wine was great as well!
I had to stop eating to write this. All I have to say is OH....MY....GOD!!!!! The most delicious Italian food! Our waitress Gina is amazing. The food is amazing. The restaurant itself is amazing. We need more than 5 stars here.

Our service and food were incredible. We were a little late for our reservation and the staff still accommodated us. After learning we were there to see a concert, they said they would get us fed and out in time, which they did. The food was delicious. My husband and I each had a glass of wine. We split cedar salad and chicken parm . Both were superb. The bread and garlic oil dipping sauce was fantastic. Will definitely be back!
Friendly and attentive staff every step of the way. My wife and I walked up at 5:45 to be seated and they said the soonest they could seat us was 7:15. (I suspect that they just say that so you will go spend some time at the slots while you wait). We returned at 6:55 and were immediately seated. We shared a Caesar salad, calamari, and chicken parmesan. Everything was fantastic and filling. Honestly the star of the show though was the warm bread they serve, sooooo good.
We came in July on a Friday night. Luckily we were able to get seated with no reservations. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. The waiter gave many suggestions and helped me chose what I wanted to order when I was stuck between two options. I got the carbonara. It was so savory and the portions for everything was huge. My friend got the waygu beef meatballs and my other friend got the lasagna. That lasagna sauce was perfect. We definitely had some to-go boxes. I got the watermelon mojito and it tasted like candy.
The room is elegant, clean, and a good atmosphere. It’s a little bit too dark on my eyes and I had to use a flashlight to read the menu. The food was superb! I ordered the 12oz Prime Ribeye and it was the best steak I have ever eaten. I highly recommend this place.
We weren't very hungry so figured get the pizza so we could take home leftovers. The bread and garlic/olive oil was sooo good. Then we shared the fried mozzarella appetizer omg yum crunchy outside creamy cheese inside. The pizzas came truffle mushroom smelled heavenly tasted even better the 1 slice I ate there. Husband ordered the carne mixto and he said next level pizza. We will be back to try other dishes and I hope we get the same server. Zac was friendly and attentive even though it was busy. Thank you Zac.
We had a great time with my husband We always get great service and food is delicious! 100% recommended
Hi 🦋 Every year, my friend and her daughter meet up at Pechanga Casino for our birthdays. This year we ate at Paisanos! I have to tell you they are the nicest people that work there. They have fantastic chefs with gourmet food! All waiters provided spectacular service. We had t Short Rib and Three Cheese Ravioli, amazing spinach with finely chopped garlic, just DELICIOUS, sun dried tomatoes 🍅 roasted and mushroom cream sauce. The waiters knew it was our birthdays and brought out two luscious cakes, each with a candle 🕯 which we all shared after they sang Happy Birthday to us! Then we met a lovely couple as we were leaving sitting at their table and the woman had on shoes with Swarovski crystals so we all started comparing our shoes and took a picture of all three of our feet together, it was so cute, her husband was a Vietnam veteran and they were just as sweet as could be. So, good company, good food, good ambience, wonderful caring service. You should try it! Hats off to Paisanos 💋
The service was really nice. Our server was great. He was very attentive. The food was some of the best Italian food I've had. We had the Chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. They made our anniversary dinner very special. We will definitely go back there more often and it will become one of our dinner date night spots.
The BEST chicken piccata I have ever eaten outside of NYC simply the best service food ambience love it go to Pechango and eat here
Had a delicious dinner with great service and atmosphere. The complimentary bread and garlic oil is addictive. The Italian margarita was very good and strong, which I'm fine with. The southern cheese board was a hit. I had the pumpkin risotto which was absolutely fantastic. It was creamy, sweet, and savory. I would definitely eat there again.
Food A+ Service A+ Atmosphere A+ The only issue was our reservation was for 8:15 and didnt get seated til almost 8:40. The girls at the front looked completely lost and were even scared to call people about delaying reservations. They did not update us about our reservation but the food and service made up for the weak hostess. Go try it!, You wont regret it, i promise!
Second time we have dined at Paisano within a year and had the same waiter (Kathleen) both times. Excellent waiter, excellent food both times. Sometimes you need to ask your waiter their opinion on a menu item and Kathleen was just excellent and honest both times. Make sure you try their Stuffed Squash Blossoms as they were the hit of our dinner.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and service we received at Paisono's. We came here for my Mom's 60th birthday. We didn't have reservations but was still seated in the private room. Milven was very attentive and kept us with bread and water. Zachary waited on us and he was absolutely amazing! He constantly checked on us. He was such a pleasure. He was warm, patient and welcoming. The food was great. My husband and I can't wait to come back for our own date night! 😊
My wife and I decided to go to Pechanga's last night to have a little fun for our Anniversary. We got hungry and felt like Italian food. We were promptly sat and had an unbelievable dining experience. The Veal Osso Bucco and Risotto were incredible. Our waiter Zack and the manager Shaun made it a very memorable experience for us. The food was spectacular and they have a very good wine list! I would highly recommend trying Paisano's if you are in the area!
The bread with butter and oil is delicious as the bread is warm which is what you will get at the beginning. For my appetizer I picked the calamari which was fantastic with the red and green sauce. The surf and turf is definitely my favorite as the steak with the sauce and the mashed potatoes were the best combination along with the fried vegetables on the plate which were surprisingly good as well. The shrimp you get with the surf and turf is the highlight of your dish because they are bigger then the ones they give you at other restaurants. The penne vodka pasta with chicken was good and a good portion that’s perfect to share because it’s so much and the fettuccine alfredo is a bit less of a portion but still very filling. The shrimp scampi is kind of bland after eating very flavored items so it’s best to eat it first and the shrimp is the same as the surf and turf. The margarita pizza is not my favorite here only because the tomatoes were a bit too watery but the dough is good.
Absolutely wonderful meal. The Maine Lobster Pasta was delicious with plenty of lobster and a delicate delicious sauce on the pasta. Came with a side half shell of the lobster with more lobster with a light seasoned breading on top. Hubby had the Veal Parm that was not only delicious but a masterpiece of art laid out on the plate. Another had the Rib Eye which he said was excellent. Can't wait to come back and have it again. Wish I had taken a picture.
Our host Elaine was very courteous and kind she answered all our questions and concerns. She was a pleasure to work with!! We will definitely be back and will share our wonderful experience with others in recommending they try your restaurant!!
Love this place. Johnny was an excellent server and the food was hot and delicious. You also get a lot of food for your money and a large amount, that you can take home for lunch the next day. Monday and Tuesday is couple night, dinner for two for $60.00. This dinner includes appetizers, entrée, and dessert.
My family had a lovely time. We went on valentine's weekend and were seated in a private room as we had a party of 9. The ambiance was warm and elegant. The wine and food were tasty. We would definitely recommend it to others. I recommend the shrimp scampi. Others ordered the prime ribeye and lasagna but preferred my scampi to their dishes. The kids meatball was delicious.
First all if Sean is your server you've already made the right choice. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of the dishes and wines. We were hesitant about ordering the mushroom truffle pizza in alfredo sauce (as we do not much care for alfredo sauce) but he informed us that the pizza was well reviewed and it has more of a "delicate alfredo sauce so as to not over power the mushroom truffle flavors". He was so right! Very tasty - thanks Sean. The menu is a decent size with variety for all. The wine by the glass section could use some help (more selections would be nice) but overall we liked our choice there as well (Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc - paired well with the pizza and our Calamari appetizer). As for the calamari it was cooked properly and plentiful. One slight criticism = marina sauce should be hot imho not cold. Easily remedied with a request. So long story short if visiting Pechanga go to Paisano's ... and ask for Sean.
My wife and I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is great — nice, relaxing, and welcoming — and the service is top-notch. We especially enjoy the spaghetti and Wagyu meatballs. If you’re looking for something more upscale, the surf and turf is outstanding as well.
Food quality was strong, with pasta executed authentically and the sauce calibrated to support rather than overwhelm. Ambience delivered a relaxed, quiet environment, and pricing aligned with expectations. Service was the standout, operating at an exceptional level. Some negative reviews clearly stem from a lack of understanding of proper pasta standards, not actual product performance.
Came for the first time with my family on Christmas day. They had a special menu for the day, and you had your pick of 3 courses. The food was excellent, the atmosphere and staff were very helpful. This place does require a reservation, if you do not want to wait. I definitely would recommend this place, if your are at Pachanga.

Nice for a little date night! Prices are decent!
At one time one of my favorite restaurants in Pechanga, I’m sorry to say that the cioppino was a pasta based sauce very bad over salted, but that was just my dish. My wife food was good and so was our guest.
I like the ambience OPEN kitchen feel. relaxing atmosphere. Maybe some music ? Service 3 stars Had a waiter, who was..tooo much OVER THE TOP. It got to a point where I can't understand what he was saying just kept blabbing about stuff like he's in a hurry always and too energetic. The customer needs to feel relaxed to go with the relaxed atmosphere. There's a big DISCONNECT between this guy's energy and the relaxed atmosphere. You will know who I'm talking about.. LOLz.. And it's true what previous reviews says below. How the heck u guys hire this guy???? Food: 4 stars - Pasta W/ Wagyu Meatballs- The Free bread was delicious with the garlic butter. To me, it needed to be a bit saltier, so I had to request for salt on the side. The pasta with wagyu meatballs, it had a lot of meat and a lot of sauce, not enough pasta imo. For me, I wish they'd give the meatball a crust to give it a bit of texture. So it wouldn't feel like mashed meat i'm eating. - Pizza: I wanted to try their Truffle Pizza but this waiter didn't hear me because kept babbling and ended up giving me a cheese pizza. To my preference, it felt like it was soggy. Crust texture was good but kinda soggy to my preference. Needed a bit of salt imo. Atmosphere: 5 stars Nice relaxed setting. Dim. I like the open kitchen concept. Properly spaced out tables Receipt - I wish i could see a breakdown of what i ordered on the receipt. So i could tell the waiter "look you gave me a cheese pizza and not the truffle that i ordered" but i didn't have time to waste over that.
This place definitely deserves a higher rating than what they have now. Great atmosphere, service, and food. The bread and pasta were excellent. Only complaint I have is the olive oil used for dipping the bread tastes like cheap olive oil
Food was above average. My risotto was average but my wife's vodka pasta was very good. However, we've ordered 3 appetizers but only one came. The waitress denied any wrong doing and said she only heard us ordered one appetizer. But I clearly heard my friend had ordered them since I was looking forward to try one of them. I've also ordered a cannoli for dessert. was glad they have it even though it wasn't very fresh. The restaurant's entrance was not very prominent since I missed it a couple of times when we walked passed it.
Had a Cesar salad and the shrimp scampi both were just ok. Waitress was pleasant but only checked on me when food arrived and didn’t see her again had to ask a random waiter if he could find my waitress at which point he was kind enough to get it and close it out for me.
UPDATE - down graded to 3 - Star Review - Wow, what happened??? We were here just 10 months ago and everything was amazing! We went back this past weekend 7/20-7/21, and we were SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!! We had the Mozzarella Appetizer. The sauce that came with it tasted like Ketchup, it was not good. I again had the Short Rib W/Three Cheese Ravioli. It did not look the same and absolutely did Not taste the same. If this is how they make it now, I will not have it again!! I'm attaching a photo. The next issue, our Waiter!!! He was so over the top EXTRA!!! It's fine to be Extra but, at least talk so we can understand you. He was talking so flamboyant & low that when we could hear him we had a hard time figuring out what the heck he was saying! Between the food being bad & him, we just wanted to be done with our meal & out of there! Unsure if we will be going back!!! 5-Stars review - We dined here to celebrate my birthday Sept 2023. It was so nice! For our Appetizer we ordered the Calamari, it was great but I wasn't a big fan of the cold tomatoish sauce that it was served with. For dinner we ordered the Short Rib with Three Cheese Ravioli. What a great dish! The flavors are layered & go together very nicely. I highly recommend this dish!!! Our Waitress, Nicole was great! She was very attentive & professional! My birthday Tiramisu was amazing. We will be back!!
UPDATE…..Great place if u can make reservations…. If u don’t have a reservation , i don’t recommend it the waited was 3 hours and half. Place opens a 5 pm … and there is not way o made a reservation true phone unless you call days in advance….. Visited this Restaurant yesterday and the atmosphere there is very nice, the tenue lights made the place looks cozy. The Food is very flavorful authentic Italia 🇮🇹… the service was great… we really enjoy the place …

First time there & I definitely won’t be back… food looked delicious but once you took a bite you are left wondering where the flavor was at ! No flavor whatsoever! I mean no salt or nothing Jesus !! The only thing that was okay was the steak the $54 dollar steak lol Our waiter was great & that’s the only Reason I leaving a 3 start review otherwise it would be zero!!!! I can see this place having great food but man please add some salt & pepper into you live PAISANOS
Disappointed for cost. Calamari was kind of rubbery. Bread was good. Fettuccine with bolognese was like a soup as had a lot of sauce compared to noodles, when pointing this out said could add more fettuccine but would have to charge for order of noodles. Also ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp which was good except only 5 shrimp which were small (40 count?). Will not go again
I did not see much of my server. Dale made sure I was OK even though I was not seated in his section. Appetizers were fine: A nice pesto cream sauce was present along the standard fried calamari plate. Wagu Meatballs had decent flavor served under a straight forward classic marinera sauce. For the short ribs and ravioli I enjoyed it but the duo of reduction cream sauces had a bit of scorched taste but all in all, tasty. The bronzino was the least favorite offering. It was overcooked and under seasoned. The pasta portion of the dish was waterlogged and bland. The fish dish was a disappointment but I must say that the bottle of Moscato was crisp and added some well balanced acidity to this well executed Italian home style meal. Service and ambiance could definitely use a bit of work especially with the open kitchen befuddled by frantic Expiditer and bored appearing chef d cuisine.
Tried the Chicken Parmesan, chicken was moist, but completely bland. No seasoning, no flavor. The spaghetti was just as dull, with barely any sauce to bring it to life. On the bright side, the bread was excellent warm, fresh, and perfectly crusty. The server was overly pushy and lacked any real personality, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. For the price, I expected a lot more. The atmosphere is nice, but the food and service didn’t live up to it. Honestly, Olive Garden is much better! Sadly, I won’t be returning anytime soon!
The atmosphere is cozy, almost upscale. I was seated in close proximity to other people. The service was prompt, friendly, and informative. The spaghetti with wagyu meatballs, was ok. But, was not served with salad or soup; I had to order and pay separately for those. The spaghetti was firm and didn't have enough seasoning. The meatballs had good texture, but I couldn't taste any seasoning. The salad looked better than it tasted, and the soup was good. The prices are high, but other restaurants in this casino are more expensive. They recommend making reservations, but it's not always required.

Terrible dinner for the price it should have been top notch but unfortunately the food came late and my octopus was burned they tried to hide the burned black from it with the black rizoto absolutely Terrible but the waiter had a great customer service.
The food was very bland. Its as though they didn't use any spices on any of the dishes. The service was good. When Italian food cost nearly $140 for 2 ( only one glass of wine), it shouldn't taste like it came out of my freezer. It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't great. For the price I expected the food to better then just ok. Will most definitely not be back.
Had dinner here last night (2/15). While the food overall was pretty good, it took over an hour from the time we ordered until the time the food was served. Based solely on this, I will never return. I expect better when we spend over $200 for just 2 people.
The receptionist was terribly rude to my mother in law who only speaks Spanish and the receptionist was Spanish speaking as well but only continued to speak in English and was not helpful. She had an attitude. As far as the food, the beef short rib and three cheese pasta , was good but the balsamic sauce was not good as a dressing, the beef short rib was bland there was no taste, it needed salt although it did melt in your mouth just needed salt. The raviolis were amazing! Zachary was amazing though and told us to reserve the last dessert for the night before someone else got it. Thanks Zachary, it was delicious!!
Food is far away from Italian taste. I recommend hiring a real chef. We ordered various dishes for our dinner, the only good food was the bread. Most of the food was prepared with fast food products. There was the worst tiramisu I've ever tried. I can't recommend this place as an Italian restaurant.
Service was great. The bread is always delicious. Unfortunately my lasagna was cold when it was served. This has happened in the past with this restaurant. Not even a busy night. I usually will send back the dish but I was with a birthday gathering and did not want to bother with it. Very disappointed.

Weird server, and host was rude Food came out cold and waiting forever for pepper
Waitress comes after 20 minutes of being seated. Food comes after another 20-25 minutes after ordering. Ordered a lasagna and tasted like cafeteria food.. The bread was probably the best part of this restaurant.
Food was just like any other if not worse. Overpriced for the amount and not seasoned well. Spaghetti and fettuccini was not good. Pasta is also very dry. The calamari was not crunchy enough and a very small amount
I was there yesterday with my wife and Mother...We waited 49 minutes to get food. The waiter was nice but food took so long we had a Second refill and Second Bread before our food.Other customers were getting up and walking out .Not sure if will ever eat here again if it takes that long. Thank you
3rd time going first time it was wonderful service, but the 2nd time horrible service they literally took an 1 1/2 hr didn't even check or table and never brought out our food so we left. We thought we would give it one more try and and the food my husband ordered wasn't good and it was ok service never checked our table for refills or anything not even once.
Overall dissapointing..food was average at best..waiter was ok..manager was clueless and rude. Definitely won't be back.
Food is not as good soup was frozen and steak was way to salty took about 1 hour for them to give us our food not the best another Denny's I say
Chef Boyardee is better, this place is a joke…all 6 of us ordered different meals and all of us only eat a few bites, Denny’s is better!!! 🤣
The valentine menu was horrible. The food had no taste and pasta was over cooked. Definitely won’t be back here again.
My wife had the pasta Bolognese, It had high acidity content, my wife was sick for two days with her stomach and acid reflex which she never had before. I also tried a little of her dish and also had an upset stomach. The quality of food has definitely gone down, We have gone to Paisano many times. Save your money, one of the worst Italian dinners I’ve ever had.
The mother's day dinner was absolutely terrible, I hate to say that. The squash blossom appetizer was awful and soggy. The steak was burnt and way over cooked. The Alfredo was no good as well. The seafood risotto was drowning in butter, I didn't even eat a quarter of it. Overall awful. Definitely not worth the 75$ per person as nobody enjoyed their meal. We went here to celebrate mother's day as well as a birthday, bad decision sadly.
My wife and I went here for our 4 year anniversary on 4/20 and regret wasting our money. For how expensive this restaurant is I would expect them to understand the difference between medium, medium well, and well done. My wife and I both ordered the surf and turf but when it arrived it was scorched beyond belief.....when we asked for a pink Center not so much medium, but more in between medium and medium well. They redid the food but because they have an open kitchen we were able to observe them pointing and sneering at us because we didn't like it... it's not our fault they don't know how to cook steak properly. On top of which I asked for a limoncello martini but they didn't have limoncello even though it's an Italian restaurant all they had was a lemon drop and the lemon drop was horrible it gave me heartburn immediately. Honestly after we just got our leftovers packed up and we went to the American classic which is in the food court, and the food was way better....and not even near the price we paid at Paisano's. Save your money and go to the food court. Thanks for nothing Paisano's!
Came here a month ago and had one of the best pieces of white sea bass I've ever had. Came back tonight for my anniversary and got a 1/2" thick piece of dried out something that was inedible. Bummer 😞.
Horrible food! You’ll find better at a local pizzeria or a TV dinner! Service was excellent but. The chef has no idea about Italian food nor spices! It’s difficult to screw up spaghetti and meatballs but they made dog food an attractive option! Olive Garder a thousand times better at 30% the cost! Noise level competitive with a riot. Atmosphere zero!
As I was highly anticipating a good Italian dinner when my cousin suggested this location for dinner. As an Italian from the east coast and understand what excellent Italian food is, This WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE TONIGHT. Sfaff all great and attentive but I realized that not smelling the aroma of garlic when entering an Italian establishment was first sign. I ordered fried calamari and when served , it was ok but didnt know what the purple substance that was described as Marinara sauce. Along with an green substance that looked like guacamole. I was surprised that they didnt offer shrimp scampi, so I ordered the fruti de mare. Seafood of shrimp, scallops, crab, over linguine. Surprised to noticed when served that the crab was in red sauce and I had to break myself like I was at Red Lobster, and after the waiter didnt want to help with the matter, I lost my appetite. The sauce was very bad with no flavor of any seasoning which left an after taste. Shrimp and other seafood were ok but nothing what I had anticipated. Reading some other like reviews. Have to agree, OVer priced for very bland non seasoned meal.,
I liked restaurant’s location. I didn’t like that I got charged $3 for hot water. In my 47 years of existence and 37 countries I have never been charged for hot water in a cup instead of the free glass of cold water restaurants usually serve. And we also got charged $2 for ranch sauce. It’s not the $ amount that was shocking but the fact that nowhere have I ever been charged for complimentary warm water. On my plate, the spaghetti noodles were cold but the chicken was warm. It was not good. The server was mid, lacking a smile while talking to us. She looked tired so no big deal to us. Overall we wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend your restaurant to family or friends. Best of luck to you.
