This is one of the best habits around. I go here on my lunch break once a week and they are quick! The food is very fresh… and there is usually no wait at all. The ladies working are always nice and polite. I highly recommend 10/10. Try the chicken teriyaki sandwich with grilled I onions. You won’t be disappointed!

amazing I went once with my friend and we ordered 2 kid meals and a employee there payed for us and told us we did a great job going there by ourselves. The food was awesome and the drinks were nice and fresh. And the Atmosphere was also great 👏. The habit Is doing their job. They are amazing.

Newer location that just opened. Stopped by. No wait. Cashier immediately ready to take order. I asked for a minute while I decided. Looking at the menu they had a seasonal burger called the ‘Santa Barbara’. So I went with that one. It did take awhile for the burger to come out but it was fresh. The atmosphere. There are like three dining areas so it doesn’t feel like a huge cafeteria. Very nice and clean.

Newer location that just opened. Stopped by. No wait. Cashier immediately ready to take order. I asked for a minute while I decided. I loved the habit until I didn’t! If I’m getting charged $20 a meal I expect better quality. My chicken was paper thin and avocado was brown and gross

So I'm the only one on Drive thru.. finally after a few minutes someone takes my order.. real simple a Santa fe Char burguer.. I want a shake but there are no shakes.. no problem . ( only reason I didn't go to in n out is because I wanted avocado in my sandwich)... pull up to the window to wait a total of 20 minutes from entering to leaving.... I finally get home to enjoy my Santa Barbara sandwich... no freaking avocado!!!! I threw most of it away

Teriyaki burger is a scam, they don't put pineapple around the meat, just a small piece, it didn't have teriyaki sauce and what they did was give me extra sauce. The place is dirty. I do not recommend it

Went on 2/13/26 and was served raw chicken in my sandwich.

$20 for a fast food chicken sandwich, fries and drink. Outrageously expensive. Food does not justify the pricing. Also, I’m sure the 25% pay raise doesn’t mean customers get a 25% increase in service or quality of service. Better off going to a small sit down restaurant (like Leo’s)where price increases are minimal at best and you’ll spend 20% less with actual service.

I would 100% not recommend this location in Fontana. The drive thru had 3 cars only and it took 10 minutes to serve each one so I was waiting for a good 30 minutes. Second, I get to the window and they refused to accept my $100 bill. It was CASH CASH and they claimed it’s “old.” Then I leave and get home and I ASKED FOR damn utensils and sauce and both were missing. What a horrible experience! They make people lose their appetite due to frustration.

Went through the driveway. Lady that took our order hated her job had no manners. Go home take a bite of my hamburger its raw nothing worse than an undercooked hamburger definitely a waste of my money hopefully I dont get sick.

Horrible service kt took them 30 min to take my order and 30 minutes to receive it!!!!! 0 out of 10!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! Also not to mention they people working there dont even come out and tell you to wait or nothing!!!! I dont know why they have people workimg in there of they dont loke their job!!!!!!!!!!!

I called on another day left a complaint they told me a manager would contact me no one has contacted me yet.

Customer service is really bad . It all stems from Felipe the store manager. Employees can't get orders correct. No accountability. Felipe shouldn't be in charge of the fry section much less the store. Save the pain and go to in and out. Prices are better and u know you'll get what u ordered and the store will guarantee that. Habit not so much.
