I would like to appreciate and acknowledge the amazing customer service from Edgar and his staff. The food was very great with good service and preparation. Environment was super clean and comfy for the average customer. Bathrooms were clean with kitchens being clean aswell for food and working ethics. Great experience, 10/10 and would visit again. Edgar does a great job at managing the restaurant!

This location was very clean. I came around 1pm during the lunch rush. The staff members were super friendly and very accommodating to a group of folks with Down syndrome. My food was prepared quickly and exactly how I ordered it. The drink station was stocked with lids and straws and the area was very clean. Tables were all clean as well. I have been to many Carl’s Jr.’s owned by OC Burger Boys, LLC and this is the best of their locations hands down. I would definitely return to enjoy a meal!

CLEANEST RESTAURANT I’ve ever visited! WOW! Walked in a very nice young lady smiled and offered to take my order and Edgar the Manager also stepped up to help. These are great people that take pride in their workplace and that makes me happy to eat here. Great experience all around!

Edgar and his staff are always so welcome and hospitable. He is welcoming and provides great service with a friendly smile. We even drive out of our way to go to this location as he throne closest to our house does not have this exceptional service. Thank you Edgar!

Every time I visit this location my order is always incorrect. I ordered sausage egg n cheese combo without the egg and instead I got without cheese and with egg. Everytime.

This will be my last time eating at Carls Jr. I got a regular burger for $7.50 with taxes. It’s a pathetic burger. It only had 1 very thin slice of lettuce and nothing else beside a dry minuscule meat paddy. The pictures on the apps looks amazing but in reality you got your self a kids size burger.

So I came inside on Saturday about 7pm and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. No one is working the counter. I said hello. Nothing no response. Waited about 2 more minutes. Nothing . Nobody. On Saturday night . Next time I'm going to open up the cash register and take the money. Who runs a business like this.

Hi, I bought chocolate milk and fries from this location for my 4 year old. After drinking chocolate milk my Daughter stomach get upset. And she was complaining test is bad. When I checked it was fungus in side the chocolate milk. I’m very upset and like to complain about that, but no one is picking up the phone.

One of the worst locations! The place looked clean but if you look closer, the tables are not wiped clean, the soda station has trash by it, they give you a miniscule amount of napkins and condiments (ketchup specifically). The bathroom (men's) smelled like dried pee. If you look at the toilet bowl, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Oh and yeah, there is no toilet paper in the dispenser, safe to bring your own! The food, it's not the same as the Carl's Jr of yesteryears where the burger patties are charbroiled when you order. The patties I got seemed to have been done off-site to have grilled marks and then reheated, it was dry! The veggies were plentiful though and they prepared my order correctly! The fries, were not fresh. It was warm but gummy in texture! I came in between 1 and 2 pm, only 1 customer was seated and 2 came in after me. Not busy at all!

Another non-smiling employee came around the corner from I think outside and handed me some napkins. I didn’t mean to cause you extra work but squirt less catsup on my sandwich next time or just stick around and do your job. What an overall bust! Upsetting and sad. Why did this Carls Jr. even open for business today? I think we were just a bother to them. Zero stars for Food and Service and Atmosphere. Something is terribly wrong at this restaurant.
