Everything was fine with the food, except that I spend a lot of time invoicing, and when you ask them to issue an invoice, they don't want to and say they don't have a system. Although they do have a system, they issue the invoice and send it, and to this day, I'm still waiting. They don't have a number to call the branch, so I have no way of calling that branch to see what happened to the invoice. And the invoice gateway doesn't work because they changed franchises. I came here because of the advertised original chicken sandwich. But the sandwich I received had no seasoning. This is a false KFC. They also only had 2 secret recipe sandwiches when I wanted 3, no ice cream, and no secret recipe piece of chicken. It's no wonder it's empty. It doesn't taste like KFC should, and it doesn't have any stock.

My dad, my sister, and I ate chicken from there, and now we have an infection that's caused us to vomit and have diarrhea. Check your product carefully, maybe it's been bad lately, especially the strips, which were the ones we bought. Besides the terrible service, we ordered 12 strips and they only gave us 6, and they all had the wrong flavors. Who knows since when they had them, and it was old chicken :( because we ate chicken from there, it cost us more, and we do know that it hurt us because my mom didn't eat it and she's perfectly healthy.

There have been several occasions where the salad has been spoiled, and on this occasion I was missing chicken pieces. Terrible service from some employees, and they take everything personally. I recommend that when you receive your takeout order, you check that the number of pieces is correct and that the toppings aren't overcooked. Owners, be aware of your employees' behavior; it can seriously affect your business and, therefore, a large franchise like KFC.
