I’m writing this review as I’m eating slices of the gourmet vegetarian pizza because it’s so good!! Possibly the most on point vegetarian pizza ever!!! I’m going to add jalapeños next time !!!

Papa Murphy's is always delicious the gourmet veggie with garlic sauce delicious thin crust no tomato add pineapple yes I know pineapple doesn't belong on pizza but on this pizza it's the bomb

They went out of there way to make sure the pre-made salad I got didn't have any cheese in it. They didn't have any lettuce to make a fresh salad so they went above and beyond for me they picked out all the graded cheese in the pre-made salad thank you

See my update to save money. Great food, let's me order my way without a fuss, friendly employees, and I never have to wait long even when there busy. They know how to make a great pizza. Update: I recently discovered that if you order your pizza online not only is it convenient but it saves you money. When I got to the end of the order the final cost had been discounted by $5 off the family size pizza i had ordered. Plus I was able to customize my pizza at no extra cost for substituting any items. When I would order in the store I would have to pay a little extra to substitute the original sausage for the spicy sausage, and I online I was able to add extra toppings also at no extra cost. I thought maybe this was just a special they were running at that time so the next time I was in the mood for a pizza I ordered online again, and again had the same results. I would definitely recommend you order your pizza online

To Mark, who left a one-star review and long rant for refusing to wear a mask, nobody will miss your “business.” Everyone knows masks are a state mandate and this is a private business. This location is very clean and usually not busy except for $10 Tuesday’s. Staff have always been friendly. I usually place my order online and drive straight there to find they have my pizza ready. LOVE 10 DOLLAR TUESDAYS !!! Pizza here is great. I have a hard time eating a lot of crust so you can get any pizza in a thin crust. The Tuscan Chicken Garlic with Added Bacon is my favorite meal of the week.

I forgot the name of the young man that made my pizzas today but they were by far the best pizzas ive ever got from any papa Murphys location. Good amount of sauce. Excellent amount of toppings!!!! Cant lie my past 2 experiences at the same location were rather lack luster. Pizzas seemed pretty skimpy. But today far exceeded my expectations! Keep it up and I'll continue with my patronage!!!!

This is the only pizza I buy. The quality is amazing. The staff is so helpful. I can’t imagine why anyone would spend more money elsewhere.

Good take n bake pizza and reasonably priced. If you are in a hurry, call your order in as they can get pretty busy during rush hour.

The pizza here is really good, my favorite is probably the Cowboy minus the mushrooms. Occasionally, I find that the service could be better. Overall, Papa Murphy's is a good place to order a pizza to your liking and bake it at home.

My pizza is always good. They close pretty early for a pizza place. The workers are decent, nothing special. My pizza dough has always tasted and baked well and pizzas put together with a good amount of toppings for the price. They always have deals or coupons. Kind of annoying that they don’t have a separate, dedicated pick up area for prepaid orders. Everyone just gets helped in the order they come which takes a while since most people are placing a long or customized order. Overall not a bad franchise.

This is a 3 star rating - for now, i will try my hand at this shop again but I wasnt blown away at the results of my pizza, it tastes decent, but I was more successful at making it all from scratch. For 14.50 for 3 toppings, it not the cheapest option either, at raleys I could get a vegan meat + cheese frozen pizza for 8$ Update: I ordered a pizza with the olive oil garlic sauce and veggies, cooked it as directed and it came out a LOT better. Still, I couldnt manage to get the pizza off the plate before cooking

Would have given it 5 stars but, the girl working today was quite rude to the guy in front of me. He just left the ER with his wife and wanted to know how much longer it was going to be. Apparently, he had come in places order went back out and sat in the car with his wife. Benny came back in and said that three people had come in and left while he was waiting in the car. It was at that point she started making his pizza and he said "guess I should have gone somewhere else if I wanted fast service", and she said, "well, that's up to you". Anyway, I just thought it was pretty rude of her not to have any better customer service then that or even empathy for the poor guy you could tell he was exhausted.

The food is usually quite good from here. The stuffed pizzas we have to bake for a little longer than it says on the cooking times but it usually turns out really well. We used to order the salads but sometimes their salads are not rinced or cleaned properly so we tend to avoid them now. The cheese bread is amazing and so are the knots and monkeybread.

Love their Tuesday deal !! Large pizza for $13.99. This time around we did 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 chicken and garlic. I also like that I can purchase liters of my family's favorite drink with side salads to go. It's a win all the way around. Enjoy!!🍕

I like this place so I don't want to give them a low rating: but they do not close at 9pm they should change that online I ordered two pizzas online and went to pick them up at after I got off work, got there around 8:20pm and the place was closed

They put you on hold for a long time on the phone to make order. I would make order online but no option online for thick crust should update online to allow for thick crust.

3rd time in a row now🤔 they keep messing up on my pizza.. Either they forget to add some ingredients that are supposed to be on (mainly the artichokes n zucchini) or they add what I ask to no put on(onions.. Im allergic to raw onions!) and they don't seem to care.. I live 20 mins away, and it getting rediculas you come that far, and they mess it up.. The last time, I made sure the girl knew about the last time, and she promised it would be right.. And again.. Missing topping n adding onions.. (it's always the vegetarian one.. All the others are amaZing😊

The older gentleman making the dough doesn't wear a mask (I believe he's the owner). The six teenagers all had one on. This is not a rare case. Have been there three other times and he still wasn't wearing a mask. The bad thing is that the food is really good and the kids are professional but with everything that's going on in the world, I will not be going back. Safety first. Hope others will find this post helpful.

Been coming to Papas for 10 years or more now , Pizza is still good , staff does change .. but the prices are decent .. and i like to bake my own anyway ..um don’t bother with making your order on line just because they have an online order section does not mean they use it. , you won’t get it any faster .. just drop in and wait like the rest of us cause thats what your gonna do anyway

Pizza is usually very good. This time the dough was not right and stuck to the waxed paper pan. Toppings were light also compared to normal papa murphy's pizza. Very disappointing.

If I didn't like the pizza I would have given one star. The employees did not have it together tonight! My wife called in an order and we arrived near their estimated time. My wife walked in the store I made contact with an employee and then stood in line for probably 15 minutes while they made her Pizza, which isn't really that bad it had been called in early. I observed a few customers it drove in walk in and came out within 5 minutes with their order ,they may have ordered earlier than we did. I still think the pizza is good, and will go back.

Something is definitely going on with the dough. I get a hit or miss with it. Sometimes it’s fine and sometimes it’s not. The bad times are it’s very airy and doesn’t cook well, sticks to the paper no matter how long you cook it.

There website to order sucks so bad, I ordered no cheese and it took off the pizza sauce also. All this and was on the phone with someone at the store, repeating what I ordered online

The pizza at Papa Murphy's is always awesome, but this visit the store was disgusting. There was food from the beginning of the day until 7pm when we picked up our pizza's all over the counters and smudged food from just taking their hand and wiping away, we've gone in there and normally there 2 or 3 people and it's clean. This time there were 4 and it was just nasty, if it wasn't that the food was paid for from my boyfriend who was still at work, we would have left the pizzas and gone else where

I guess their stuffed pizza is stuffed with air today. Previous purchase was stuffed not sure what the heck this is

This location is usually great but today the girl in there made our pizza in less than two minutes, everything just completely thrown onto the pizza, even though there were no other customers in the store and on top of that, the dough and cheese smelled extremely sour when we opened the wrap. Not sure what’s going on with this location but there’s no way they didn’t smell the cheese or dough that they pulled out to use and still thought it was ok to serve it to a customer.

I ORDERED A MED PIZZA AT 730 PM AT MERCED LOCATION PICKED IT UP I WAS SO DISGUSTED AFTER I BAKED IT WHAT I THINK HAPPENED THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF CLOSING HAD ALREADY PUT AWAY SAUCE AND OLIVE THEY SCRAPED WHATEVER SAUCE THEY HAD IN THE PAN ABOUT A TEASPOON AND LEFT OUT THE OLIVES I ORDERED AND CHARGED ME 14 DOLLARS I WILL BE RETURNING IT FOR A REFUND AND WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN

The yosemite store hours say 11:00 - 8:00, but Google says it closes at 9pm, the time is off by a whole hour. This should be edited on Google as it could throw people off just like me hoping to order a pizza for dinner, thank you

Are you a full business til closing time? Or half menu after a certain time? I remember when business were full service with everything for sale or available til closing time. No call in orders after a certain time. I go in to order 30 mins before closing and only certain items available

I’m sorry to say but our combo pizza was disgusting. It had a funny flavor of bitterness and pure salt🤮! We figured pizza is pizza and what would be better that to have it freshly baked in our home. Very disappointed. Even my two boys would not eat it. I ended up throwing away the pizza which is a shame. Never going back there. 👎🏻👎🏻

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. Bad service. The young lady at the register should consider working somewhere else because she didn't look happy to be there. In our last visit, we purchased a salad, as we were not happy with the way they make pizza, We got No napkins, No plastic ware, Not enough dressing, and barely even a salad. Everytime I go there, I am disappointed. I will NOT be going there again. ☹

We've Been going there for years.. and loved them alot.. the last couple times I have admit have not been very good.. you call and complain because either you are missing items you paid extra for or the vegetables are soaked in water(im assuming) and your pizza is full of water and ends up being a raw soggy pizza that you can't eat.. which they don't seem to think they should make right) .. the last time ( 2 weeks ago) I reported how awful it was and again, they forgot to add my extra items I paid for.. and they have ignored me or to call me tso they make this right. I. Tired of getting ripped off and them not thinking they need to correct the problem!

If you like being yelled at for not wearing a mask, then come on in. Used to like Papa Murphy's but alas, the disrespect is real and unforgiving. I understand that emotions run high especially in this time were are living in, but when you are ungracious to the customers that keep your business thriving you are basically biting the hand that feeds you. Fortunately capitalism allows me to take my cash money and business elsewhere. There are plenty of make your own pizza at home kits, bake at home pizzas available at any grocery store, or pizza restaurants to choose from. I could even custom make and bake it at home myself as a family activity we can eat, albeit Papa Murphy's makes pizza slightly convenient. Moreover, pizza is considered an intermittent indulgence I could actually live without.

When you call to order they put you on hold and then forget about you then phone hangs up so you call back and they want to put you on hold again you tell them I was on hold they I'll have to put you on hold again. We loved your pizzas but you have lost our business.

Today was the worst servicei have ever received. I called in a order and the person acted like they did not have what i was trying to order. I came inside to order it to find out that i could only order the special online only. I went ahead and ordered it and they made me wait over 30 min people came in and ordered and they got there order first. Wow it will be a long time before i come back.

Horrible experience. I initially ordered three pizzas. All of them are supposed to be their largest size which they told me was the family size. I said okay and began placing the order. One of the orders was to be gluten free and cheese-less as my neighbor has a severe Dairy and gluten allergy. When I came to pick up the order, I noticed that one of them is a completely different size. When I inquired a why, they told me then that their largest gluten is only a medium. So when I asked why was the order change, they said it wasn't. then when I asked to see the slip for the order, sure enough it was written down as a family size gluten-free, but nobody had the common sense to call When they changed my order without notifying me. Then I find upon arrival home that they still put cheese on it. This is completely unacceptable As you have one job when it comes to making pizzas and you did it wrong. Most of the employees here have only been here for a couple months at most and are horribly trained. I am also a member of the military that offers a 50% discount from corporate. It has been accepted here numerous times but for whatever reason the discount rate tends to change because nobody is familiar with policies and procedures because they've only been here for a while. I asked about it, the employee stated she had never heard about such a thing for as long as she's been working here and wouldn't honor it anymore. When I asked how long that had been, her reply was two and a half weeks she's been there. I don't expect any discount because of that and I am proud of my service. What bothered me was her attitude and disrespect for a regular customer that was inquiring. Skip here and go to the Bellevue location. This place doesn't deserve your service.

Ordered half and half stuffed crust but unhappy the way the staff prepared and didn't follow instructions. Tried to remove jalapenos because it's all over the whole pizza when I asked half stuffed and other half none.

Zero Stars !! here's the reason why the main lady that they have running the store , touches all the food with her dirty gloves and never switches them or changes gloves ever .. I've seen her wheel her little cart to the refrigerator door open the refrigerator door touch everything that's in there rearranged everything move everything around, wheel back to the back of the counters and scoop the lettuce out of the container with the same gloves that she has contaminated and touched everything else with there she goes scooping the lettuce out of the Tupperware into the salad containers now .. with the same dirty gloves , .. I go back another time .. I see the same girl do the same thing open refrigerator doors touch everything go back to the food this time she touches a dirty rag that is completely contaminated with chemicals and bleach not changing her gloves scoops out cheese into another container never changing her gloves do not eat here staff Employees can unknowingly transfer contamination through poor hygiene or lack of training. Gloves and Hands: Touching contaminated surfaces (dirty bins, floors, and refrigerator doors ) and then handling pizzas without washing hands or changing gloves is not a good thing no wonder me and my family got sick to our stomach after eating their pizza ..
