I went there with my three year old daughter to have milkshakes. The staff were friendly and prompt. Unfortunately being three years old my daughter spilled her milkshake in their outside dining area. When I went in to notify them about the mess and offer to clean it up the manager not only offered her another milkshake, but had his team clean it up right away. Everyone there seem very kind and care about the customer experience. Not a common thing for a burger join. :)

A bit more expensive than larger fast food chains buuuuut their hamburgers are enormous-fresh-tasty. The amount of fries you get will astound you. Just the fries could feed 3 people. And they are always hot-straight out of the fryer! I stuffed myself on a medium order of fries and a drink. My son had bacon double cheese. It looked great! If you are a fan of In-Out Burger?? This is In-Out on steroids!!

The shop was surprisingly slow (for a Saturday night 6pm-ish) when we first got there but quickly became busy. With only 4 people on staff, they busted through burger orders like machines. Our order (bacon cheese dogs and regular fries) came out well. We had to wait about 5-9 extra minutes for our milkshake, but it was an understandable wait (and worth it because their coffee chocolate milkshakes are so good!). Friendly staff, great service, awesome food.

In terms of service and quality of the food, it's pretty good and I have had no problems at this store. Just remember that this is still Five Guys, the burgers are pretty expensive though I will say that they are filling, but for that amount of money, they should be. Peanuts on the side for you to snack on (for free) while you wait for your burger though. Also note that the regular burger has 2 thick patties.

There are not many places to eat a single meal containing one's total daily caloric needs. This is one of them. The food is delicious. The cajun fries are great. Ordering ahead via the app or web site is very convenient.

Wow! I do not need to look any more for a GOOD Burger, I had the Cheese Burger and it was a 5 Star burger! I also had fries and milk shake which are the best. Just as important the 2 young ladies and the one nice young mam were very friendly, professional. Smile a lot, well just excellent employees, Yes left a nice tip too. Will definitely go back. Plenty of Parking, clean facility and lots of smiles!

Stopped into this Five Guys just trying to grab a bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries… ended up in a whole episode of Law & Order. I’m waiting on my order when this dude storms in, shirt halfway ripped, yelling “WHERE IS HE?!” like he’s in a Jason Bourne movie. Nobody says anything, so he starts pacing around and knocks over the soda machine. The cook calmly flips a patty, looks up, and says, “You got about five seconds to leave before this becomes your last supper.” The crazy dude rushes the counter, and I swear on everything, the cashier jumps OVER the register, hits him with a 3-piece combo and a milkshake slam. Dude folds like a lawn chair. Manager comes out, claps once, and says, “Back to your stations — food’s still hot!” I got my order with an extra order of fries and a nod from the squad like I’d just survived initiation.

I really love the sautéed mushrooms they put on the burger. If you want a really good burger every time this is the place you want to go, quality ingredients and the place is always clean.

The hamburger was very good. The fries were a little limp. The burger was very comparable to Inn/Out burgers but at a much higher cost Over $15.00 for burger, frids and a medium soda. I think I'll stick with Inn/Out burger.

Pretty descent burger joint. I don't like the amount of salt they put in the fries because it just destroys my lips whenever I eat it. The milkshakes are really good and I would advise trying one out if you ever get the chance. For the selection of ingredients you can have, its really good.

It is great when a restaurants is set up to avoid cross contamination. The fries are in their own fryer, the meat is cooked on a separate grill than the buns. Got the lettuce wrap bacon cheeseburger with fries. Tasted great and tons of fries.Sodas are self serve with dozens of options.

Their burgers are good. I have 2 small things that would make it better. 1- the bacon is always charred 2-I wish they used Romain or some lettuce that isn't iceburg. You get plenty of fries if you order them, but Five Guys is on the pricier side of burgers.

I love Five Guys Burgers. I'm always looking for a good burger so when I saw a new burger joint I knew I would have to check it out. It's kind of funny because we were shopping and it took longer than I expected. So we decided to grab something on the way. We both looked at each other and said do you want to try the new burger joint ? We laughed because we were both thinking of the same thing again. Needless to say we tried the burgers and loved them and the shakes too. Give them a try, you would be disappointed.

Tip tier ingredient quality, but the prices really suck. I could get something of similar or better quality at In-n-out or Pretty Good Burger and it might even be more filling. The fries are amazing and stay crispy even after going cold, and their bacon cheeseburger is among the best.

A bit expensive, but the burgers are of pretty good size (I couldn't finish a big cheeseburger). They taste delicious and customizable with all free toppings. Definitely a great burger and will definitely be coming back! And they have free peanuts and a fun staff too!

The food was good enough, but I didn't think it was anything special to justify the price. I kept getting the feeling I was at In N Out with a few extras and a lot more $$.

Today I paid for two regular bacon cheeseburgers, one large fries, and a large Coke. Total coast was $32.48. I feel Applebees would've been a better burger quality for the same price. This place needs to improve the meat portion to compete in the central valley.

Good customer service. Employees were nice. But the food was to pricey for the taste. The meat and fries were unseasoned. Had no taste to it at all.

The price was not cheap enough but they even forgot to add the a1 sauce I asked for, a burger without sauce is simply unacceptable.

In my very humble opinion, I think the burger is overpriced. The food tastes fine but it's nothing special. Do not order the grilled cheese, it is simply the bun with cheese on it, one slice. Honestly, awful

The worst Five Guys I've ever been to. Staff needs to be trained on how to prepare this food. Fries are WAY over salted, not greasy enough, and burger patties are under seasoned. I've lived on the east coast for years and have been to Five Guys all over, including Arizona. This location sticks out as worthy to comment on for the first time due to how bad it was. The burger patties did not have the right flavor or any seasoning. The fried were WAY over salted to the point of being inedible. And I like salty fries. The fries are suppose to be more greasy, soggy, and soak the bottom of the bag, also due to the serving size being significantly over-filled. These fries were not that greasy, and there wasn't very many fries over what would fill the cup. This is NOT the Five Guys experience. The staff needs to be properly trained in preparing and serving the food.

I ordered through uber eats. My hamburger was kinda messy but super good! Yum!! My French fries were burnt beyond belief. They went straight into garbage. Uber eats wanted a photo, but their app wouldn't let me up load one.

I walked inside and noticed the guy preparing the food did not have a hair net on over his dreadlocks. When I said something to the manager he told the guy to go in the back until I leave. Wow! I seen the guy come from the back after I walked out.

I put a order in that was about 150.00 I’m not concerned about the price as the food is very good the order was incomplete so I called to see what the issue was the individual on the phone made it clear that the order was no put together correctly and I could come back tomorrow as they are very busy and had to get back to work I would say customer service or making sure to correct and a mistake made by them is not a priority very disappointed to feel like I have figure a issue that should have been taken care of by them lack of personal responsibility seems to be the going trend at least it was just me that didn’t get the food and my family was able to eat.

WoW!!! I am litetally speechless and appalled by the customer service @ this restaurant ! The cashier was BEYOND rude and unprofessional and went out of her way to be as unpleasant as she could be. And to top it all off she said and im manager so when you call to complain you'll get me. She said my name is Janee would you like me to spell it for you and give you my number?! As im writing this she is being obnoxious and loud and laughing with her coworkers! I'm in shock that Five Guys would condone this kinda behavior! I will NEVER come back here again! Her behavior was repulsive! She should be ashamed of herself! And definitely should not be working in retail!

I am part of a 20 person Fire crew from Oregon on our way to the Ferguson fire, when asked about a possible discount on our 20 meal purchase they were rude and quickly denied us a discount. The rudeness continued when we were missing two burgers for our crew, they argued with us saying that they where certain they did not forget any. Lots of burgers where burnt and missing ingredients but we did not have time to get them fixed since we had to eat and go. In the end my worst experience at a Five Guys ever.

Went into the store as we were traveling for the holidays. The food wasn't good. The fries were cold and hard. And I couldn't find the bacon I ordered on my burger. Being in a rush to get back on the freeway I couldn't return the food. So lesson learned, all 5 guys ain't good. Especially Merceds!

Doesn't get your order right, ordered a little bacon burger with no mushrooms, got a regular one with mushrooms on it. You think they would get the orders for the price charged. After a long day, wasn't in the mood to drive back and fight for a place to park to complain. What a waste of money for the burger.

Service is not good at all. Went to use the restroom and their soap dispenser was not working so I told them about it and they said you have to hit it hard in order to use it. Instead of going to fix it they just stood there. After we were done eating I went back to wash my hands and of course no soap. Told them again about it and they were bothered that I even told them. Little things like this is why this place is always empty. Also way to pricey for a plain burger and fries. I will keep going to In and Out burger for sure which is way across town for better service and way cheaper.

Ordered a cheese burger and a regular fries for pick up took forever to make but that's not the issue. The bag was dripping with grease, the burger was an absolute mess, the bun tasted like a soup of grease, sorry but this was an overpriced and extremely unpleasant experience.

Very Disappointed,I ordered a burger ect. today to go. They put several pickles on it, which I didn't order. It ruined my whole burger because it made the mayo taste like thousand island dressing and I don't like that, I only had a few bites. I also ordered a Vanilla Malt Shake,I have been craving for over a month and there was NO Malt in it at all,just plain Vanilla and I drank several sips to make sure. $ 21 and here I'm hungry as hell. I should have made a top ramen soup or Mac and cheese .

Last week I suggested to my son to let's go to Five Guys since I have a $10 black card that was given to me. I told my son, "I'll get mine with my FIVE GUYS $10 CARD and you buy your food". We went there and the cashier didn't know how to HONOR their card (given by a district manager at that!) so she charged my son $24 and some change. He looked at me VERY disappointed and I asked him if he handed her my card, she, the cashier answered, "yes, but I can't do it" so I said could you ask your manager to, she graciously walked to the back of the store and came back and apologized and said that her manager said NO!!! My son trying not to embarrass himself or me paid for both of us but almost $25 for two sandwiches was out of what we were looking to spend, so he quietly asked me for my car keys and he went to the car. Me as his mother, I felt so bad. That was too much and they didn't HONOR their own card. So I asked for that sweet cashier to call her manager and the female manager, white woman in her 40's or 50's, light brown hair and, no smile, ZERO customer service, she didn't even want to hear me, but I went on to cancel the order as I was disappointed that their card was not HONORED at the same store that gave it to me... I was pleasantly trying to talk to her about why I was cancelling the order and she shushed me!!! I'm in "awe" but still being humble, she then give me my son's money back and goes on to tell me that my son cannot come back to Five Guys and order again. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to ever again after that experience, but what a lousy manager. I felt really bad for the nice cashier. Had she been taught what to do in that type of situation, she would've stepped up, I'm sure of it, as for this experience, I'll NEVER go back to this Five Guys or another. Poor management. Last week I suggested to my son to let's go to Five Guys since I have a $10 black card that was given to me. I told my son, "I'll get mine with my FIVE GUYS $10 CARD and you buy your food". We went there and the cashier didn't know how to HONOR their card (given by a district manager at that!) so she charged my son $24 and some change. He looked at me VERY disappointed and I asked him if he handed her my card, she, the cashier answered, "yes, but I can't do it" so I said could you ask your manager to, she graciously walked to the back of the store and came back and apologized and said that her manager said NO!!! My son trying not to embarrass himself or me paid for both of us but almost $25 for two sandwiches was out of what we were looking to spend, so he quietly asked me for my car keys and he went to the car. Me as his mother, I felt so bad. That was too much and they didn't HONOR their own card. So I asked for that sweet cashier to call her manager and the female manager, white woman in her 40's or 50's, light brown hair and, no smile, ZERO customer service, she didn't even want to hear me, but I went on to cancel the order as I was disappointed that their card was not HONORED at the same store that gave it to me... I was pleasantly trying to talk to her about why I was cancelling the order and she shushed me!!! I'm in "awe" but still being humble, she then give me my son's money back and goes on to tell me that my son cannot come back to Five Guys and order again. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to ever again after that experience, but what a lousy manager. I felt really bad for the nice cashier. Had she been taught what to do in that type of situation, she would've stepped up, I'm sure of it, as for this experience, I'll NEVER go back to this Five Guys or another. Poor management. White lady, in 40's or 50's.... Not manager material. Worst experience ever. Safe yourself the worst experience in fast food and outright POOR MANAGEMENT from this 1 manager. (I really want to post a picture of my card but there's no option that I can see)... The Five Guys Card that was NOT HONORED at Five Guys!!!

Food was good, but that's only because I got to choose what was on the burger. 16 dollars for a burger?? It's over for this establishment. Also, I don't think I've ever seen five guys working at this restaurant. The employees who work there though are always nice, so that's a plus.

The food was good, but really greasy. I couldn't finish my burger, my stomach instantly started cramping. Kids said the shakes were amazing!!! The large fries definitely fed way more than 4 people. The atmosphere felt like a typical fast food joint. There were delivery boxes all over in the dining area. Kindof pricey for a basic burger
