The staff and was fabulous. Very courteous and helpful staff. The food was cooked to perfection the salad bar was neat and orderly as well as delicious. The dining area was clean our table was comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is the Stalls doors and walls in the girls bathroom need to be cleaned. The floor sink and toilets were very clean. I will definitely be back

My family and I have been dining here for over 30 years and the staff always greets us warmly. (I come from a long line of good tippers.) The steak tastes like my Mom grilled it in the backyard on a warm summer night. The decor is dated, but who cares, you're there for steak!

Fantastic service, the staff went above and beyond for my senior parents. The food was good. Steak cooked exactly how we asked. Sizzler has (like every other place) gone up quite a bit in prices and down in selection, but overall was what I expected. The only thing I was not excited about was the change in the Texas cheese toast; now you just get toast. I guess you can't have it all. 9/10, would still recommend as a family dinner place.

I like this place. The staff is always friendly and it is a good sized location so it never feels too crowded. Salad bar is pretty clean and fresh and the cheese bread is always bomb. The food quality is always good and I don't think I have had any food served to me that wasn't cooked well. All Sizzlers could use an update to the decor. It does feel a little dated. Maybe some new furniture and carpet to update it a little. That's my only criticism. Still give them 5 stars.

Sizzlers provided excellent service staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was a turnoff for me was the BBQ ribs and chicken combo. They were either overcooked or pre-cooked and tough to the bite Baked potato was over cooked and burnt on the outside causing skin to taste bitter. Salad great as always!

Everytime my wife and I come to this restaurant we are always taken care of very nicely, the staff are great, the manager of this restaurant is one of the best I have ever met. All of the servers here are very professional and take care of things for us. My wife and I always have a Great experience here, the food is prepared just the way we like it, the chef's here make the best dinners we have ever ate. The salad bar here is also great, kept full and fresh. If you come to this establishment you will have a great time here. We will be back again always.

We were greeted the moment we walked through the door. The place was nice and clean. The workers were very nice and friendly. My husband and I both had the rib eye steak with the salad bar. Everything was very good. I would definitely go back to this Sizzler

Had the best memories with my family here!

This is our first visit since the lockdown was lifted. We were so glad they survived. They have the greatest Salad Bar. The selection is great & everything is fresh. Four delicious soups to choose from and of course the toasted cheese bread is a must. The place is absolutely spotless. The staff is pleasant, helpful & efficient. Stop by for a meal. They would appreciate your business.

This is the best Sizzler in the area. The salad bar is always well stocked. And it is very clean with easy parking. The service can be a little iffy at times, but it's usually okay. Recently our server took our food to the wrong table. But all of those people already had their food. After watching her try to deliver our food to several other tables on the other side of the restaurant, I waved her down and we got our food.

Food is Good also the Service. Got my Seniors discount too.

I'm from Australia, so going to Sizzler in LA was great. We got the unlimited salad bar and it was fantastic. Comes with a taco bar, some hot selections, soup selection, desert and of course all the delicious salads. Great value for money.

Love it absolutely a good spot to catch up with a friend. We got some drinks and food and I was very happy with the service and the staff was amazing. Felt so welcome and safe as well. We went on a weekday I believe and it was practically kinda empty it was my first time at this location and am definitely going back again so calm and relaxed.

My husband are in Cali for our honeymoon. We picked sizzler cause there is options there. Honestly the quality was a lot better than back home. Besides the stale taco shells I was really impressed with the food and service.

I tried the bacon cheeseburger. It came with crispy onion string topping. Fries were really good.

Superb service from any server we get. Cashiers also provide great service with a smile. Food has always been served hot. Bread once cold. But taken care of immediately! Atmosphere seems to always be good. Nice to hear all the laughs and seeing all the smiles. That's why the family has been coming here for over 20 years.

Hands down the best Sizzler location in SoCal, of the locations that are still remaining. At first glance, the food at the salad bar is unremarkable and bland. But appearances are deceiving, and most of the food at the salad bar here was fantastic every time me and my family came here. It was almost like a miniature Golden Corral. The entrees/main courses you can order here are also excellent, although one complaint I must voice; the portion size has definitely decreased a bit since 2022 in my observation. I sum it up to shrinkflation. The steak and seafood options here are "old-school" classic family restaurant quality, and that's a good thing. Lastly, the cherry on top for this excellent restaurant is the SERVICE. The cashier/manager and wait staff has been consistently great every time me and my family have been coming here since 2022, and that is quite remarkable imo. The wait staff have been attentive, and the managers have been responsive to inquiries, issues, problems, and to help make my dining experience enjoyable. They are Veteran friendly and I will continue to bring my family here.

Really enjoyed the service and the salad bar that had she's about everything you can think of and even a little ice cream at the end.

This was my first visit to this Sizzler. I honestly haven't been to one in at least 10 years! It was clean, service was great, and the food was good. The only thing I missed was the chicken at the salad bar. Maybe it was just gone by the time we arrived. Be prepared to order at the front and pay before you're seated, it to me aback.

This location was very, very delicious.Food was fresh.They even cook taquitos for me if they were not out already.

My mom Marina and stepdad Jeff invited us to one of their fave places to eat for a family new year gathering. I had the shrimp skewers with veggie medley. Our waitress was wonderful very amazing service and the food was delicious 😋. We always get amazing service when visiting this location and have nothing to complain about. Highly recommend!

Visiting this Sizzler all the way from San Francisco. The service from start to finish was more than excellent! The guy at the counter greeted us and took our order for 8 very quickly. As we were waiting to take our salad bar plates and drinks, they said that would deliver it to our table. Never have I had this kind of service in my area Sizzlers. Also our server Maria was top notch! She always made sure that our drinks were topped off and we had new clean plates. We will definitely visit this location again when we’re in the area.

I went busy night and was not sure how service was going to be or if salad bar was going to be out of items quick due to the number of people there. Had a good experience. Table of 9. Food orders came quick salad bar was always being attended and waiters were prompt with coffee very frequent. Food was delicious a d salads were fresh. Offer was hot even the decaf. Would recommend 👌. Line was quick. A bit dated as far as building and furniture but was comfortable. Men's bathroom were super clean and smelled clean.

Social distancing is in order at Fullerton Sizzler! Went to dine in! Yes dine in, something we had not done for 3 months! Took my wife for an early dinner and had the whole restaurant to ourselves. They had the tables marked that were available for use. Also had tables marked not available for the spacing needed to establish the required distancing. Oh yeah the food was exceptional as always. See the actual food we enjoyed today in these photos. Wife had the twin lobster tails dinner and I had the grilled salmon. Felt very safe and appreciated. Friendly staff as always. One of the better Sizzlers around. There salad bar is great. Most of the time I should just order that but I have to have some Malibu Chicken so I add the all you can eat salad. They made it possible for our party of 17 sat together so that was appreciated.

Still a great choice for variety. Cant beat the salad bar. This is a small Sizzler but service excellent, food fresh and plenty of everything.

Hadn't been to a Sizzler in probably nearly 30 yrs. Used to be go-to place. Began to not be as great. Location right where I live went out of business long time ago. Was actually surprised when invitation to a real-bearded Santa event was at this Fullerton Sizzler. Found things to be overall quite pleasant. Price point better than I thought it might be! I'd call it Repeatable 👍

The food was very good, the staff was very polite and hard working. I had not been to a Sizzler since 1983, and it was the se one back then. I am happy to see that some things have remained the same from the world I grew up I. I was 17 back when I visited this restaurant last and it was to meet my girlfriends parents. Now, I am treating my daughter and grandson to dinner. The meal was excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Sizzler. It had a more updated look and the food was good quality. The only thing that tarnished the experience was that the server was sent on an errand so she served it dinner then we never saw her again until it was time to leave. Otherwise a pretty decent experience.

It was good, hard to find them around any more so good to see.

The amount of options at the salad bar was impressive at this location. 👌🏼 Steak was slightly overcooked and smaller than expected. Wine Selection is Basic, but they do have huge Modeló's 🍺. The Jello is above Par here! The ice cream 🍦 machine dispenses actually frozen soft serve ice cream not like other locations.

Really very friendly service. I hear that normally there are excellent selections. Right now you get served at your table and there is a basic meal. The salad dishes are too full, it would be better if they gave you half a plate of salad. I do not recommend the wings. Banana pudding was still delicious.

The Entire dining experience at the Sizzler is great....what I don't care for is paying for my meal and the tab requesting a tip before you even sit down. Paying for the meal is one thing....the tip should be after. I had the salad bar. I served myself..

Our club didn't get the conference room so it was almost impossible to hear our speakers. We sat down and quickly were given Cheesy Toast. Then a very long time before our lunch was delivered. Toast was now cold. I had the Crispy Bacon Burger and it was good. My buddy got a steak and it had a lot of grizzle. Sizzler was good food for a fair price, maybe not anymore.

Like visiting an old friend. I've never been the biggest sizzler fan but I definitely can't complain the only thing missing was the all-you-can-eat salad bar

Friendly and fast service. The pricing of the combos were good for the food you get. My meat was a little tough but everything else was fine. Lots of good salad and soup bar options too.

Great ol' school steak house. It's been 20 yrs since I had been to Sizzler. Brought back memories

To be honest this was just a quick thought for nastolgic reason for my wife and I and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the steak and lobster, and to be honest again, the lobster tail is got was twice the size and cooked just as good as other "high dollar " restaurants we have frequented. Steak was a good size and cooked and seasoned properly . Serving portions were perfectly sized. Normally I end up taking some home and it either goes to the dogs or gets waisted. Not this time. Ate everything . Server was polite and not intrusive but very attentive at the same time. And all for about half the cost of other high dollars places we visit. Keep up the good work sizzler! Thanks for the awesome job and trip down memory lane for my wife and I.

It was typical sizzler. The food was good, a little better than average. No wait on a Thursday night. Uses Pepsi products for unfortunately.

I had a great experience at Sizzler, ordered their Steak and lobster combo with Salad Bar and it was really delicious. The food was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, and the salad bar had so many fresh choices that I ended up making a great side plate with mixed greens, fruit, and veggies, servers here are always attentive, making sure drinks stayed filled and checking up on us, the atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable, the restaurant was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of seating, great place to go grab a bite.

The external environment of this store is very beautiful, and the internal environment is spacious and neat. The store has plenty of parking. The service was very kind and timely. The only downside: the salad bar has a smaller menu than the others, and today's soup is too salty and Clam chowder is too thick and dry.

My wife and I had heard that the salad bar was revamped in recent years and we are looking to fill the Souplantation shaped whole in our hearts. Most of the salad bar was just, fine... But some of the hot bar items were aggressively bad. Sadly, our search continues.

I don't usually leave "bad" reviews but this time I will. A few weeks ago we went in at 4isj and all I was there for was the chicken wings they have at the food bar. You could tell not only by temperature but looks the food hadn't been touched since they opened. Sure it was mixed around to look fresh but it wasn't. I was disappointed. The server, gosh I forget this name was amazing. Always came by to clear the plates very quickly. Now I will say they did pull out fresher wings but then they brought out what I believe were chicken suggest and put them with the hours old corn dogs and the suggest were way way way over cooked to the point they were dry and way to hard on the outside

Marisol gave me her best service. The place seems a bit run down, but could be because of the 80's decor. Decided for the petite steak and lobster tail. The steak was a bit tough, and the baby lobster tail had a fishy smell, but can't beat the price. Baked potato and cheese bread were good. My mango lemonade tasted like sweet syrup, so if there is next time I will just order fountain soda or just water with some lemon instead.

Ok it’s sizzler but they always seem to cook that steak just right. Now the other stuff nestled in the salad bar has always been sketchy and strange looking. The lettuce isn’t brown so that’s a plus. Everything else looks like cafeteria food and some I can’t even tell you what it is without a food stick identifier. I give it 3 stars because they have really good service, nice people work there and the steak and cheese bread has always been on point. Good luck , eat better and always laugh

I either get steak with grilled shrimp or woth lobster my daughter does salad bar. The prices are a little high for what you get but they need to energize their salad bar to look as good as the menu posted above the cash register.

Lots of parking. No wait to place order or find a seat. They didn't take our order correctly, which we corrected after being charged for incorrect order and then charged for corrected order and price. Not a huge deal, but it wasn't complicated either. Service after being seated was fantastic. The cheese bread/toast tasted good but wasn't crunchy, more soggy. Fish and chips was small and left something to be desired. The salad bar wasn't exceptional but the food overall was good. I would return again but try something different.

This was my first time at a sizzler. I wasn't very impressed for the price i paid. The blue cheese New York strip was the best part of the meal and was a pretty average steak. The salad bar was pretty good. I wish i had got just the steak or just the salad bar alone as both was too much for lunch.

We had a reservation but they seemed a bit unprepared for our group. There was one server assisting our group. So many of us had to get up and go ask the kitchen for what we needed. My sea bass needed more seasoning, and my son ordered steak and lobster with fries that seem to be a smaller portion compared to the price. My brother ordered honey buffalo strips that came with a drizzle of buffalo sauce on them. I had to go to the kitchen and ask for more. The salad bar area was clean, as well as the rest of the restaurant 👍🏾👍🏾

I’m Sizzler’s (Harbor and Brea Blvd) customer since 1987. I haven’t been there for two years until last week. Four of us ordered salad bar and we were disappointed…. salty soups and too many unhealthy fried stuff that made the salad bar not worthy.

Soagy, less option, even charge for baked potato... why pay more if you can get better quality foods? Go to the one at Buena Park.

Been here 3 times now and while the first two times were great this last time was terrible. The help was great, truly. But there is not enough staff. Our Garlic toast was burnt on top yet soggy underneath, the chicken nuggets were burn to a crisp, the seafood salad was runny, the spaghetti and meatballs were runny and tasteless. The only sure bets were the greens and frozen yogurt.

Always disappointing. My wife wanted to go so we went for her. I got Malibu Chicken. Dry, small portions. My daughter got the steak. It had extensive gristle on the bottom. I used to love Sizzler for the big, juicy chicken wings. They went to small tasteless wings a decade ago. I won't go on my own, only if someone else insists.

Went into this restaurant 08-05-2024 at early evening 530-6PM. I was very disappointed with my meal. First I went to salad bar. The fruit was okay and the lettuce was full and fresh. The toppings were not stocked up and they were stale and old in appearance The blue cheese dressing was watered down and not cold enough. The waitress did not get the order slip from my table and so she walked all around the dining rooms with my order until she finally realized that it was my order. The steak was very dry and tougher than usual. Baked potato was too dry because it hardly had sour cream on it. It was not buttered. The waitresses never checked on me after the initial clumsy service. They just stayed away from the area of my table. Something I ate made me a little sick with stomach cramps

I was really disappointed I ordered medium rare it was blood dryer inside I couldn't chew it left the part I tried to chew and swallow in the Bread Basket and left the other half of the uneaten steak they're showing pure red. Filled up on the rest of the stuff and left.

I dine out at sizzler quite often averagingabout 6-7 times a year, even dining at this location a few of those times and I have to say this was by far the absolute worst food I have ever had at a sizzler. We had a party of 2 and I ordered the 8oz steak and hibachi chicken with a baked potato and my friend got the ayce shrimp and salad bar coming out to a little over $60 for the 2 with 1 beverage and 1 water. Did not get any bread until the actual food came out. Not off to a good start. My potato was burnt almost to the point of inedible. My steak which i ordered medium was a good well/extra. After notifying management of the overcook they replaced the steak with a new that came back raw/mid rare at best. It took going to management to refill the water or shrimp. We sat for over 20 minutes before seeing a server and there were only 7 tables active on this side. And Time of service was about 3pm on a Saturday, before dinner rush. Needless to say I will not be returning to this sizzler instead I would rather go to the buena park or lakewood location. On a good note, the cheese bread was good as usual as well as the hibachi chicken was on point as well.

My daughter took my wife and myself for mother's day. The service was horrible and the salad bar was not fresh at all. Got all you can eat shrimp and was never brought a second plate of it. So 20 bucks for 8 shrimp. Na go some place else.

This was the worst steak i've ever eaten from a restaurant. I ordered a medium rare ribeye and i get a overcooked unseasoned steak. Not just that but they forgot my lobster, and fries were extremely soggy and cold. Terrible food..

People should avoid this business. Dont waste your time to come here. The service is terrible and the management is below average. I came here with my dad who is in his late 70s. He does not eat much. So i ordered a steak and shrimp to share with my dad.The cashier added a full salad bar to my bill without asking me. I told her that my dad would share with me and we do not want to have salad bar. The chinese waitress in the pictuce i attached suddenly joined in the conversation, and told me that i am not allowed to share my food with my dad. I told her it was my first time in my life to hear that, she went to the back to grab the manager and the guy came out to tell us that their policy does not allow that. Then i told them to cancel my order and give us the refund. After giving us the refund. He said we wasted his time and plz not come here again. I am pretty sure that i never go back there.

I went here for Mothers Day. When we got there they moved us to another table which the worker only cleaned half of the table left plate there and never came back to clean it. We had to ask another waitress to wipe it down. The steak was over cooked with no flavor it looked like they shrunk the steak. This is a picture before i ate. I moved the shrimp to show i only got like 8 grains of rice. The waitress noticed the steak and said it was unacceptable. She took them back and brought us back better steaks. We also got a free salad for the inconvenience. Bad service esp for a holiday. Only the waitress gave excellent service.

This was by far the worst waste of money. The clam chowder was the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like flour and milk with a few small pieces of veggies. Never saw or tasted a clam. Salad bar was plain, the taco bar was out of tortillas for over 20 min. I finally had to ask for some. After they brought them, I opened the lid and they were in a plastic bag that I had to empty out. Tongs were behind the plastic container so I had to put my whole body under the cover to reach ch them. Definitely not worth your money and had I not been dying to get out of there I would have asked for a refund. Never again.

I am a member of the Sizzler "E-Club." I got an email from Sizzler for 50% off a meal. The instructions said I could print the email and bring it in (see my photos). I got there and ordered. The man with the mustache wearing the dress shirt (the manager, I think) told me I had to pull it up on my phone. I do not use email on my phone for security reasons. I told him it said to print it out. He insisted I show him on my phone. I showed him on the print out I bought in that it specifically said I could print it out. He kept saying I had to show him on the phone. Bottom line, this was a very unprofessional way for him to treat me even when the official Sizzler corporate email said to print it out. I attached photos of the email.

0 stars if I could. The guy went up to us very rude and disrespectful right after we ate!!! He asked why we only tipped $6 when there was a $100 bill on the table. My bill was $274 and I put $280 there to ensure I closed the bill evenly As I always do. He asked my disabled faculty member why he didn't tip more and called us cheap infront of our kids. This was so wrong of him. We were Celebrating back to school day and we were a big party. It broke my heart and Sizzlers lost my business forever!!!
