I am so glad they finally reopened. However They do not have anyone at the register. LONG wait to get service if you don't have a code to get your pizza r want to order a pizza. But I do enjoy their prices and their pizzas.
My family and I came to this location tonight. The pizza was so fresh and delicious! It actually reminded me of the old Little Ceasars’ pizza I grew up having! The ingredients tasted fresh! Blanca took my order. She was so kind! We waited for our order in the car. Blanca went out of her way to come out and look for me. I’m so happy we stopped by! My family and I truly enjoyed our food! We will be back! 😊
They're working so hard to get orders out! They had a high volume and still got my pizzas out very quickly. Excellent customer service.
I'm happy that this location has reopened. Great quality pizza , plus a cool friendly staff. Keep up the great work and quality services 👏 👌 👍 !
4pm-ish 11/21 Order was ready right on time The guy at the front helped me get my order out the portal. It was nice because I had a couple of boxes. I drive about 25-30 mins because of the service instead of driving the 10-15mins to the closer location. The service at this location is way better and majority of the time compared to the other location.
The pizza is good but they tend to ignore the cheese/sauce/toppings options selected on the app. The app is also not updated with accurate pick-up times either.
I have something to confess… I’m addicted to this location’s Pepperoni Puffs. There’s some pizza chef(s) here that are hitting it out of the park with their bakes. I need to learn the name of this pizza chef, or… have the other chef’s receive a little mentoring from them. 😄 Some days the bakes are a little lackluster. The puffs are missing toppings, lack Detroit Style crust, or too little dough/hasn’t risen enough. (Sorry, I’m chasing this Pepperoni Puff high) Whoever is making these bomb puffs, keep at it! You’ve got some kick ass baking skills. Here’s a photo comparison of the delicious puffs vs. lackluster puffs:
The place has no parking lot is really hard to get your pizza. The employees are working hard and try to take care of the high demand.
The pizza is pretty good but we consistently keep getting incorrect orders. Ask for extra sauce, they put basically no sauce on it. Pay for special crust, get normal crust. Ask for pepperoni pizza puffs, get cheese ones instead. If they could get more consistent with filling our order correctly, we would really appreciate it.
Their Taste All right, they have while they're pepperoni Puffs cups are a little bit too greasy with too much buttery grease that they add to the side with that pepperoni puff cups in the first place. the deep dish was not that bad At least it wasn't super greasy. Like I remember it being and at least it's not burnt up and like crispy toasted badly compared to the one in not Round Rock buttery than that. They provided a good service , atmosphere was okay food could be less greasy than what it need to be for overall. I probably give it like maybe a three but without adding too much grease or buttery flavor to the food.
Ordered 20 minutes before showing up, paid when I got there and waited over an hour to recover my food. Sure they gave me complimentary crazy bread but they also took my receipt to go find my order and lost that too in the process.
On 12/07/25 I placed an online order for pick up and after picking up the pizza and getting to where I was going I noticed that part of my order was wrong. Trying to get someone on the phone? Forget it, the phone just rings with no answer. Ive ordered before in person and never had an issue so from now on I will order in person instead of online
I’m normally not super picky nor the type to leave negative reviews, but I ordered a crazy crust pizza with sausage and pepperoni. The crust was very weird, and it came with just sausage, no pepperoni. The slicing was also awful, massive misshapen slices and a few tiny slivers. I mean it’s cheap, pretty consistent, and I know the location was busy at the time, but still. If it was just the slicing I wouldn’t care but I want my pepperoni!
Literally sat in the lobby and witnessed 2 separate parties come back because orders were incorrect. Watched 3 separate orders walk in, order and receive their food before mine, which was ordered an hour ago. Everytime I approached an employee they gave an excuse instead of actually checking on my order. I don't want to bash them, I can tell the manager was doing her best. You really have to stay on them about your order or you will be waiting forever.
Keep giving it a chance but its very hit or miss. Management needs to overhaul the process because orders are consistently coming out super late. I also get a vibe every time that we're lucky to get good food and not that I deserve to get what I pay for.
I have never felt so disregarded as a customer as I am here. Unfortunately consistently the completion of my two pizza order is problematic, and this particular time I was charged for beef and bell pepper (which is pictured) and wouldn't void without the inconvenience of waiting a few more minutes! Not to mention this still is not what I ordered seeing that this is not it! I am beyond disheartened by Georgetown Little Caesars P.S. They are no longer offering white sauce either.
My husband went here today for lunch. When he went inside there was nobody in the front he said hello and then he waited patiently and then the phone rang and somebody came from the back. He was a young white man in his 20s. He looked at the phone did not pick it up, looked at my husband and walked away. My husband confused was like are you going to help me, I'd like make an order. The man ignored my husband and never came back to the front. I don't understand why you are hiring people who don't want to do there job. And are racist and I feel this strongly. My husband is black man, I can't help but feel this is was an act of mistreatment and discrimination. Im going to file a complaint. This is absolutely not okay!
Had food delivered through DoorDash and was missing half my order in delivery and the other half was wrong. Drove up to the store to get my order fixed where I was met by an aggressive store manager, Miriam. After explaining to Miriam I was missing two orders of brownies, missing a drink, and recieved the wrong pizza… she just kept tapping the receipt and saying “but is this right” like no… I just explained what is wrong… but she continued cutting me off, repeating herself, and adding “no your not understanding”… like what’s to not understand about not receiving some brownies and drink? After repeating herself for about the 20th time she tells me she is refunding my order and to leave the store. Not sure if it’s the extremely excessive use of makeup to hide the egregious outbreak of acne on her face or what but this store needs a better manager.
People working the counter have no customer service skills. They don’t speak up, don’t confirm they hear you and generally don’t communicate. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas for my kids who can’t eat meat, said it twice bc the employee handed me 1 pizza to begin with…and they were both pepperoni when I got to the car.
I don’t know how this place stays in business. The last three visits I had to wait forever just to be acknowledged. Employees will look at me from the back but won’t come to the front. The pizza has gone down in quality too.
Don’t order from here unless you want to wait over an hour for crap pizza. Employees weren’t trained properly and will mess up your order.
Waited for 35 minutes after my food was supposed to be done and somehow the food still ended up being cold. The workers don’t take the job seriously way to much horse play while customers are waiting. The app told me my food was in the oven for 45 minutes not sure if I ever heard of a pizza being cooked for 45 minutes and still doesn’t turn out to be hot when I receive it. I would not recommend going back unless you just want a “ hot and ready pizza” and not an online order.
Will change my review and rating if owner reaches out. Still waiting for my refund or remake of my order since July. I have called corporate atleast 5 times since July to get staus of whats going on and why cant i just get my money back? They said the owners have been contacted and were supposed to reach out but since they haven't here goes the google review in hopes of getting a call back....We ordered on a busy weekend night, in the summer time, right after their re-opening, so we expected a wait, not a problem. After placing the order we were given a pickup time over two hours out, again no worries. We get there at the given pickup time and the place is packed out the door. We waited in line atleast 30 minutes to get to the register to checkin for pickup, im talking there were no less than 50 people there already waiting. When we got to the register it was well beyond the pickup time we were given when ordering but were told that our order hadnt even been made yet and if we wanted to wait for them to make it, it would be about another 2 hours. We respectfully declined and just asked for a refund, but were told they cannot refund an online order, and that i had to go back online to request refund, which is untrue because there is literally no where online to request little caesars to refund you. We went online immediately to request the refund and they make you fill out a request for a call back yet no one ever calls or emails you back. I had to call their corporate number to get someone on the phone then tell them my story, order number, complaint number, every single time, then they "pass the info along to owners" and then corporate still claims they can't refund you, because this location is privately owned, not a corporate store. So here we are 3 months later, corporate says owner will reach out to refund or remake order, which never happened. Out fifty bucks, but i did find out the reason the online ordering is such a cluster(you know what) at little caesars is because all uber eats, door dash, favor, etc. orders, are given priority and made first and then they start on the walk in orders /hot n ready's and then they start orders from their online little cesars portal. So if you want pizza from this little cesars, and or a refund if you have an issue, definitley use a food delivery service, and do not use the little caesars portal for pickup. You will literally stand there for hours upon hours and never get your food or your money back.
Gave one star bc the girl was nice that took our order. The pizza and cheese bread was awful, I don’t know how anyone with brains thinks it was ok to have this leave with a customer. We waited 27 min when I was told 10, so I expected it to be fresh. Well it wasn’t , it was dry and hard. That definitely isn’t a good combination. For $35. I mean i get it it’s not top rate chef skills that are required but at least learn how to cook the only thing that is sold most at this pizza place. I guess it would be smart to check pizzas before leaving this place.
