I'm giving the service such a low rating because of one person at the establishment. Not only did she refuse to refill my husband's drink, but she did so with extreme disrespect, raising her voice to the point of aggression. She said that refilling drinks wasn't her job and that we had to ask her manager (who was wearing an earpiece and dressed in black) because she didn't even know what drinks we had. She then immediately turned her back on my husband and refused to serve us, even though she was serving other customers. We asked how he had recommended us to one of the managers if what this person said was true, and both she and another waitress told us that we could ask any of the waiters for whatever we needed, without exception. When I went to tell this waiter he was wrong, he not only cut me off as soon as I started talking to him, telling me to hurry up because his shift was ending and he had to go home, but also, when I told him what his manager and colleague had said and explained that what he was saying wasn't true, he lied to my face, saying that what I was saying wasn't true (there were four adults at the table and we all heard the same thing). He became aggressive again, and when he didn't hear what he wanted to hear, he cut me off mid-sentence and left. Unfortunately, I don't know this guy's name, but thanks to him, I doubt I'll ever set foot in that VIPS again. It's a shame because the rest of the staff (especially one of the waitresses) were lovely. I simply recommend that they better evaluate the kind of people they put in customer service positions because these kinds of employees only serve to damage the reputation of the establishment and, consequently, the rest of its staff.

Today I left disappointed with one of the employees because when I arrived to order at the counter at 12:33, he refused to take my breakfast order, saying that they stop serving breakfast at 12:30. I asked him to show me where it says so, but he wouldn't. I showed him the official VIPS website, which states that breakfast is served until 1:00 PM. Even one of their colleagues, who knows I go there every weekend for breakfast, gave them a dirty look because he knows I'm a frequent customer. I think you should be more flexible with customers, especially regulars.

The food is a disgrace. It's awful; they serve it like the kitchen is eating it, throwing the plate at you, all dirty. You complain that it's cold, and they go to the kitchen to heat it up. Everything is terrible. Please, owners and managers, improve this. This is people's money and savings, so they can go once a month to eat something or receive decent service. But seriously, change the kitchen. Today, January 2, 2026, at 12:30, look at the staff you have; it's terrible.

The food is bad and tasteless (I ordered poke bowl and it was bad) also it takes them so long to serve and I’ve been waiting for pancakes almost an hour. Definitely not coming back.

If you're hungry, this place isn't for you. Besides, the food arrived 40 minutes late, it was cold, and the portions were tiny. It seemed like they'd counted the potatoes or that they didn't have enough left to serve as a side dish. The chicken was small, and my boyfriend ordered "carbonara" pasta, which had absolutely no flavor. We almost sent everything back. I've been to other VIPS restaurants, and they were fantastic! I definitely didn't want to go back to this one.
