Haven't been here in so long. I heard they changed the menu and I wanted to give it a try. I'm glad I did it. My boys and I had a great night, lots of fun, and really good food. Our waitress Rosie(I hope I got it right) was great. Kind, attentive, accurate but never too invasive. Another great night @ Chili's!!!

Came to Santa Barbara and we needed some good food so we came to chili’s it never disappoints Food was on point delicious steak cooked perfectly the ribs are always so yummy yummy service is always good palce always clean they always deserve 5 stars. Every time we come to see my son at USBC we come to this chillis it always hits the spot.

Friday night Chilis was bomb!! Triple dippers all around and they were amazing! Waiter was checking in enough and we felt no pressure by the buzzers to rush out. Loved the vibe tonight and their pay system is the best.

Always a staple in that the food is constantly well prepped and served with a smile. Customer service was great as well. Tvs all o er showcasing sporting events. Has a solid trendy feel.

Located inside of a shopping plaza with a large variety of shops and food choices. The service was great and the food was on point. We were checked on several times by our waitress for drink refills and anything else requested. The hostess could use a little training. She never made eye contact, never greeted us, and never gave us a children's menu for my daughter. I had to ask for one and we couldn't hear anything she said. Not a great first impression.

Fast and friendly service. Food was Ok. Nothing too spectacular and moderately clean. Great place to spend with family and friends with great food and drink specials. Wonderful location, feels transported to a new town (not Goleta) feeling. Love the view of the apartments. Great birthday spot! They sing to you and give you a little something. Tip: sign up for their rewards program at least 48 hrs before your birthday and you can get a decadent dessert for your treat. 🤗

Recently dined with a friend. The 2 for $25 deal. We each had an entree: Chicken Fajitas and Sirloin Steak. We each had a Side Salad with Bleu Cheese. We each had a Strawberry Margarita. We both enjoyed our meals. Service was friendly and prompt. The total tab with tip/tax was around $43.

Classic Chili's. My bloody Mary was not very good. It kind of has the color of Kool aid. The Philly cheese steak was ok but smothered in a "queso" white sauce that got everywhere. My wife's Chicken avocado bacon sandwich was bland. I don't think the chicken was seasoned. The French fries were good with salt and pepper. There was only one server and he had his lunch sitting on a back table. Nice guy and he was trying. Would we go back? Big Maybe.

The chicken and shrimp fajitas were ok, but the place is kind of a dump. The bar area has benches that are beyond torn up, the electronic checkout machine on the table was so dirty I didn't want to even touch it, and the plexiglass between the restaurant and the bar was filthy. My corn tortillas were stale and dry and just fell apart when you picked them up. But good margaritas and great chips and salsa, although now they charge you for the chips.

Very loud at the bar (ok it's a bar)and customer service could be better. Seem though we were a burden to our waitress. Plus food order was incorrect(side dishes) scared 😨 to send food back. My first time to a Chili's went there after wife said she had a good experience at a different location. May not be my first choice next time in the area.

The waiter was busy talking with the hostess and showed up on my table after 17 minutes. Chillies used to be good but the level of service has gone down significantly

Avoid this place like the plague...my family and I would never go back to these jerks. Uncooked meats gave two of us food poisoning.recommend either the brew house next door or Jane next door.
