I am not a coffee drinker but I love their Mango Dragonfruit Fresher !!!! Its under $5 for a grande. Their cookies and cream cake pop is delicious.

Since this branch opened about a year ago, the interior is spotless. Every time I come here to order, every staff members are very friendly and get your order quickly. I love the atmosphere of this branch! Too bad we can't sit in and enjoy the drinks because of the pandemic...

Nice new Starbucks. Nice outdoor seating. Staff was friendly, though still learning on the first day of opening. Traffic flow through the store is easy on foot or through the drivethru.

Really disappointed this morning my grande was filled to the very top with ice. Never have I ever seen this much ice in a grande before. Got abut 5 sips out of this $7-8 drink. Do better pls

The coffee is fine and the staff are polite enough. However, the store policy of deliberately inconveniencing drive thru customers needs to change. I tried to pay with a credit card, and instead of the clerk simply taking my card and running it, I was awkwardly handed a screen with a short wire attached to it, that I couldn't read in the sunlight. I tried to adjust the angle of the screen to see it better but the clerk stated I couldn't because "it might break". She refused to take my card the normal way "because COVID". The whole exercise seems focused on getting tips in a drive thru, which is fine, but not if you're going to deliberately inconvenience customers to do it. There are a lot of places to get coffee, and nobody else does this.

Ordered a pick up order for 2 drinks and 2 pastries. My Strawberry Acai Refresher had black flakes within the bottom on the cup by the time I already drank half. Picked up a bagel with cream and cheese and left the store before realizing they didn’t put it in the bag. Just a plain, toasted bagel with nothing. Usually Starbucks is good but the one time I go here and the experience wasn’t great. Only good thing was that my order was ready within 10 minutes, granted the lobby and drive thru were empty.

Their supervisor is not someone who should be in that position. I went through the drive-through tonight, and the way they were speaking was very rude and disrespectful. It was not the appropriate way to talk to customers.

This was the worst experience and starbucks I have ever had. Not only were they dedicating all their attention to the drive thru but they had no grande cups but then there was a woman who may have been keyholder on duty she was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT WAS DRESSED INAPPROPRIATELY FOR WORK. Her stomach and back were constantly exposed and she had no sense of urgency. The woman who cashed me out for my pink drink was amazing and so was the young man who actually tried to communicate that it was coming. People that came in after me were getting their drinks. It wasn't right and the UNPROFESSIONAL person couldn't be bothered. I don't think I will be back to starbucks again.

I ordered a matcha latte at the drive through. They made a hot one instead of a cold one (which I wanted) the guy at the window was nice and told me they’ll just make an iced one, however when I got it, it tasted like it was made with tap water. Literally. They clearly were upset that they had to do their job. This is horrible, $6 for a latte made with water is ridiculous. And yes I know bzc I left that store and went to the one in West Henrietta and ordered the same latter and it was completely different. This is absolute BS.
